Abstract

Abstract - As clinics in the field of public health services, the Clinic Eka Anugerah is building and developing a computerized system to assist and support the smooth in running any activities, one of which is handling the outpatient system. Object oriented methodology used is more flexible, easier in changing the program, and is used widely in large-scale engineering. It is also easy to learn, easier to develop and maintain. This is done based on the constraints that hamper data reports Clinic in the manufacture of Eka Anugerah. That in the end, this system will make the performance of the staff will be more rapid, precise and accurate so as to make better efficiency. To overcome these problems, we need a new information system is more computerized. The authors tested the system made using quality testing techniques with some characteristics in ISO 9126 and system testing with FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Keywords: administrative information systems outpatient, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), ISO 9126.   Abstrak - Sebagai klinik di bidang pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, Klinik Eka Anugerah adalah membangun dan mengembangkan sistem komputerisasi untuk membantu dan mendukung kelancaran dalam menjalankan kegiatan, salah satunya adalah penanganan sistem rawat jalan. Metodologi berorientasi objek digunakan lebih fleksibel, lebih mudah dalam mengubah program, dan digunakan secara luas di skala besar rekayasa. Hal ini juga mudah untuk belajar, mudah untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara. Hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan kendala yang menghambat Data laporan Clinic dalam pembuatan Eka Anugerah. Bahwa pada akhirnya, sistem ini akan membuat kinerja staf akan lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat sehingga membuat efisiensi yang lebih baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kita memerlukan sistem informasi baru yang lebih terkomputerisasi. Para penulis menguji sistem yang dibuat menggunakan teknik pengujian kualitas dengan beberapa karakteristik dalam ISO 9126 dan pengujian sistem dengan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Abstract

Abstract - This audit of information technology governance aimed at mapping the level of Information Technology maturity process implemented in Information System Study Program in the School of Information Management and Computer (STMIK) Lombok in order to measure  the position process. This audit used Cobit Framework to formulate relevant IT Governance recommendations for the study program in order to attain the expected Maturity Level based on the formulated IT Governance recommendations for the System Information Study Program. Based on the Maturity Level, the result showed that the score reached the average score 2, which is Repeatable, meaning that the Information Technology Study Program has  pattern in governing the process based on repeated experience which had been conducted previously. Information System Study Program has applied procedures that were followed by the staffs, but there were no trainings and formal communications according to the standard procedures for the staffs therefore full responsibility and trust were given to each of the individuals which may have led to misconduct. Meanwhile, the result of Maturity Level identification shows that 16 domains were on Repeatable Level, 2 domains were on Initial/Ad Hoc level, and 2 domains were on Defined Level. Based on the mapping utilising Business Golas of the School of Information Management and Computer (STMIK) Lombok and COBIT 4.1, it was shown that there were 9 Business Goals, 8 Information Technology (IT) Goals, 31 Information Technology (IT) Process of each Business Goals, and 125 Control Objectives which were needed to be considered.   Key Word: cobit 4.1, Maturity level, Business goals, IT Goals, IT Process, Control Objectives   Abstrak – Audit tata kelola teknologi informasi ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tingkat maturity proses TI pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok sehingga dapat diukur posisi proses. Audit ini menggunakan Framework Cobit untuk merumuskan rekomendasi IT Governance apa saja yang bisa diberikan kepada Program Studi, sehingga dapat tercapai Maturity Level yang diharapkan berdasarkan rumusan rekomendasi IT Governance pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Berdasarkan Level Kematangan (Maturity Level) didapatkan level yang dicapai rata-rata memiliki nilai 2 yaitu Repeatable yang artinya adalah Prodi SI memiliki pola untuk mengelola proses berdasarkan pengalaman yang berulang-ulang yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Prodi SI telah menerapkan prosedur untuk dipatuhi oleh karyawan, namun belum ada pelatihan dan komunikasi formal dari prosedur standar kepada setiap karyawan sehingga tanggung jawab dan kepercayaan penuh diberikan kepada individu yang memungkinkan terjadinya penyimpangan. Sedangkan Hasil identifikasi Maturity Level penulis mendapatkan 16 domain berada pada Level Repeatable, 2 domain pada level Initial/Ad Hoc, dan 2 domain pada level Defined. Berdasarkan hasil mapping penulis antara business goals Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok dan COBIT 4.1, terdapat 9 Business Goals, 8 Information Technology (IT) Goals, 31 Information Technology (IT) Process dari masing-masing Business Goals, dan 125 Control Objectives yang harus diperhatikan. Abstract

Abstraction - Company Color Advertising in administrative management such as recording the order data is still using handwriting, as well as in providing services to the orders of the customers, by way of input manually at the administrasihal this will cause a lot of errors, the data redundancy of orders, less rapidly in seeking manufactured goods that have been completed or still in progress, it is still possible there is a problem that arises. The purpose of this research is to create and build information systems digital printing PT Color Advertising Surakarta with Visual Basic 6.0. The method used is metodede skriptif with direct observation at PT Color Advertising Surakarta in the data recording process orders and conduct interviews to the relevant parties. This study menghasilakn an administrative information system to facilitate and expedite the transaction ordering goods and recording reservation so that service to customers has increased. Keywords: System, Information, digital printing, sisteminformasi   Abstraksi – Perusahaan Warna Advertising dalam pengolahan administrasi seperti pencatatan data pesanan masih menggunakan tulisan tangan, serta dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap pesanan dari pelanggan, yaitu dengan cara menginputkan secara manual di bagian administrasihal ini akan menimbulkan banyak kesalahan, terjadinya redudansi data pesanan, kurang cepat dalam mencari barang yang telah selesai diproduksi atau masih dalam proses,masih dimungkinkan terdapat masalah yang muncul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan membangun sistem informasi digital printing PT Warna Advertising Surakarta dengan visual basic 6.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodede skriptif dengan pengamatan langsung di PT Warna Advertising Surakarta dalam proses pencatatan data pesanan dan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak yang terkait. Penelitian ini menghasilakn sebuah sistem informasi administrasi untuk mempermudah dan memperlancar dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan barang dan pencatatan pemesanan sehingga pelayanan kepada para pelanggan lebih meningkat. Abstract

Abstract - Libraries in general is a place that provides a collection of books and records in physical form. Libraries in general are managed by government agencies. As technology advances, a library can be converted into a digital library that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The existence of digital libraries can provide solutions to problems that exist among them, the lack of information providers container. Digital library that has been built not only functions as a provider of information, but a container that is able to accommodate the work of local authors. The digital library is built using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, accompanied by CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) and MySQL so that the process of website development can be faster and easier. The purpose of making this digital library website that is providing a public service that is accessible to all levels of society. While the library's collection is all of the work donated by donors in the form of a digital library. Before the results of the work was published, the administrator will be to check the contents of the collection that had been donated. Abstract

Abstract - Choosing a college is not easy, because it is associated with various factors considerations or criteria that are tailored to the needs. Such criteria include cost considerations, the old tuition, curriculum, degree and quality of universities, namely election Alternative Academy, Polytechnic University and the College. For that we need a method to assist in determining the decision to choose universities based on the level of education that is with AHP. Data from the questionnaires were processed using Expert Choice software. From processing the data it was concluded that the electoral college in Tegal influenced by the quality, cost, curriculum, degree and duration of courses, while the level of education chosen is the Academy, College, Polytechnics and Universities. Keywords: AHP, Expert Choice, Universities   Abstrak - Memilih sebuah perguruan tinggi tidaklah mudah, karena berkaitan dengan berbagai faktor pertimbangan atau kriteria yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Kriteria tersebut diantaranya adalah pertimbangan biaya, lama kuliah, kurikulum, gelar, dan kualitas Alternatif pemilihan Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Akademi, Politeknik, Universitas dan Sekolah Tinggi. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode untuk membantu dalam menentukan keputusan memilih Perguruan Tinggi berdasarkan jenjang Pendidikan yaitu dengan AHP. Data hasil kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan software Expert Choice. Dari hasil pengolahan data maka disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan perguruan tinggi di Tegal dipengaruhi oleh faktor kualitas, biaya, kurikulum, gelar dan lama kuliah, sedangkan jenjang pendidikan yang dipilih adalah Akademi, Sekolah Tinggi, Politeknik dan Universitas. Abstract

Abstract – Preparation is the key factor of student success in mastering the material course. One possible tests that can be done is a pre-test before lecturing. In this research, a pre-test which is based on visual basic application program was done. The questions given related to the material and also the questions were about student’s preparations before attending the class. The result of this research shows that 68% of student prepare themselves, but only 48% succeed in mastering the material. So, the result shows that more than 50% of student failed because they did not prepare themselves. Keywords : Student Preparation, Pre-test, Application Program Persiapan adalah faktor penentu keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam menguasai materi perkuliahan. Salah satu pengujian yang bisa dilakukan adalah melalui pre-test sebelum perkuliahan dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini pre-test dilakukan menggunakan program aplikasi berbasi visual basic. Pertanyaan yang diberikan berkaitan dengan materi perkuliahan dan pertanyaan tentang persiapan mahasiswa sebelum mengikuti perkuliahan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 68% mahasiswa telah mempersiapkan diri, namun hanya 48% yang berhasil menguasai materi.Maka persiapan sebelum perkuliahan sangat penting untuk menguasai materi, terbukti dengan hasil yang menunjukkan lebih dari 50% mahasiswa yang gagal karena kurang mempersiapkan diri. Abstract

ABSTRAK - Economic growth is now growing rapidly, so it is necessary to finance companies lending capital which resulted in many similar companies so that competition among finance companies are very strict. Accurate and useful information to form a knowledge. Knowledge of the organization can make the organization aware of its existence and the purpose of finding a way to achieve that goal. Currently there are many finance companies that have not implemented knowledge management (knowledge management) well. Yet in the midst of intense competition needed a strong organization. The organization will be weakened if there is tacit knowledge that comes from expert personnel lost due to the exit of the organization's personnel. It is very dangerous for the survival of the organization. So, we need a container of Knowledge Management System to manage the existing knowledge so that knowledge of the organization will continue to evolve. This study discusses the development of Knowledge Management System to process consumer financing in BESS Finance Branch Slawi. The study began with a search for data, information, and knowledge that exist in the company that would be known knowledge assets owned company that later knowledge will continue to be developed using KMS. To obtain the Knowledge Management process analysis used contingency factor by holding a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and to determine the architecture of KMS architecture Tiwana Amrit (2000). Abstract

Abstract - The development of technology is growing rapidly, one of which teknlogi mobile internet. Moreover, the emergence of mobile phones with android operating system. Users can download a variety of applications with ease. More than 700,000 available on google play, and 25 basic applications available. But most are available in the form of games that are less educated. In fact, often have a negative impact on the user, especially for children who still can not distinguish between positive and negative. Therefore, researchers wanted to create an application that besides providing entertainment also be educating users. The selected application here is a puzzle game with pictures of traditional costumes from all over Indonesia. It is considered necessary due to introduce a genuine culture of Indonesia with a more effective way. Games that are made can be downloaded at Google Play, no download fee to be used by all users of the device. This can be expected to assist the government to preserve the national culture which is currently less ignored by the younger generation. Also can stem the cultural flow that is not in accordance with the cultural values ​​in Indonesia. This application is very effective for parents to teach children ages 4-10 years. Android based applications deliberately chosen because at the moment is the most used in Indonesia. Android-based phones used throughout society and all age levels. It is hoped that these applications can be an effective means to educate the public, especially children. Hopefully, with the advent of this application followed by the emergence of other applications similar to Indonesian culture will be more easily found in Google Play. Apalagi muculnya telepon genggam dengan sistem operasi android. Pengguna dapat mengunduh berbagai aplikasi dengan mudah. Lebih dari 700.000 tersedia di google play, dan 25 aplikasi dasar tersedia. Akan tetapi kebanyakan tersedia dalam bentuk game yang kurang mendidik. Bahkan sering kali berakibat negatif pada pengguna, khususnya untuk anak-anak yang masih belum bisa membedakan positif dan negatif. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin membuat sebuah aplikasi yang selain memberikan hiburan juga bisa memberikan edukasi kepada pengguna. Aplikasi yang dipilih disini adalah game puzzle dengan gambar-gambar pakaian adat dari seluruh Indonesia. Hal ini dinilai perlu karena untuk memperkenalkan budaya asli Indonesia dengan cara yang lebih efektif. Game yang dibuat bisa di download di Google Play, tanpa biaya download agar bisa digunakan oleh seluruh pengguna perangkat. Diharapkan dengan hal ini dapat membantu pemerintah untuk melestarikan budaya nasional yang saat ini kurang dipedulikan oleh generasi muda. Juga dapat membendung arus budaya yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai budaya di Indonesia. Aplikasi ini sangat efektif bagi orang tua dalam mengajari anak-anak usia 4-10 tahun. Aplikasi berbasis android sengaja dipilih karena pada saat ini adalah perangkat yang terbanyak digunakan di Indonesia. Telepon berbasis android digunakan diseluruh lapisan masyarakat dan semua tingkatan umur. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini bisa menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk mengedukasi masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak. Semoga dengan munculnya aplikasi ini disusul dengan munculnya aplikasi-aplikasi lain yang sejenis sehingga budaya Indonesia akan semakin mudah ditemukan di Google Play. This leads to Jaya Bersama Convection must always provide the best service to its customers and prospective customers. In this research will be focused on designing applications that can help Jaya Bersama Convection in providing the best service untu customers. Eservice is an application that is capable of providing all the information available at the Jaya Bersama Convection, in particular to provide information required by the customer or prospective customer. So as to facilitate the owner Jaya Bersama Convection provide information to customers or prospective customers.
