Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis kritis mengenai penelitian di Bidang Ilmu Sistem Informasi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi. Jurnal Perspektif menerbitkan 2 (dua) jurnal dalam setiap tahunnya, yaitu terbit di bulan Maret dan September.

<![CDATA[This study provides problem solution with the use of computer-based data processing technology to overcome the problems in the system and calculating attendance honorarium of teachers, especially in SMK Citra Mutiara. Where errors occur often recapitulation presence that cause financial losses for teachers and school management. Each of the existing step from analysis to implementation using the Waterfall method. This study tested using blackbox testing. This system is implemented using Micrososft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Acess 2003 as DBMS. Attendance system and payment of honorarium teachers gives more accurate presence information and the calculation of the honorarium of teachers becomes more effective.Keywords: presence, honorarium teacher, waterfall.]]>

<![CDATA[The population at 30 people, especially consumers Tangerang regency research data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS. The results of the study calculations, the number of correlation between the effect of financing services to improve the marketing of mortgages in the district of Pasir Nangka Tigaraksa Banten province by cost 0415, a correlation of 0415 means that there is the influence of services between financing in improving the marketing of mortgages in the district of pasir nangka Tigaraksa province of Banten quite strong and unidirectional (for the result is positive), the direction means that if the service is high, the savings and credit cooperatives in improving the marketing of mortgage loans is also high. The correlation between the two variables are significant because significant numbers of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the numbers R Square (r2) by 0172 that number could be used to see the effect of financing services to improve the marketing of mortgages in the district of Pasir Nangka Tigaraksa (determinant coefficient). These figures are intentions that influence financing services to improve the marketing of mortgage credit in the district of pasir nangka Tigaraksa cost is 72% and the rest influenced by other variables of 0.28%. Hypothesis test results F count = 2,804, compared with F table that uses the 5% error level value F table = 2.36 so F count> F table (2.804> 2:36), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence finance services to enhance the marketing of mortgages in the district of Pasir Nangka Tigaraksa Banten Province Keywords: services, credit financing, marketing]]>

Infomedia Nusantara is not optimal, where the level of increasing mails volume continuously lead to the equipment and the available storage can no longer accommodate the document. This matter led to the office space look narrower due to the lifting up of the documents.Effects of the accumulation of this document are causing problems. Including the search process documents take a long time because there are so many bundles of documents are untidy.This problem also makes document’s officer hardly to find it. Sometime slipped documents are considered lost. Moreover, the documents are important.Electronic archive applications is a file storage application in electronic form (soft copy), this application is made and can be expected to become solutions. The application is created by web-based, so as to accessible by officers who have been granted access rights in accordance with their duty. Within web-based electronic filing system is expected to make PT.Infomedia Nusantara administrativelyin order, because it will save document storage, enabling archiving, retrieval and distribution of documents, avoiding the uncontrolled destruction of documents and document access rights of the people are not responsible, because with the use of user code and password for each user the appropriate access rights each of the track record of each document can be monitored. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of situational leadership, individual characteristics, motivation, and discipline on the performance of business organizations in Astrido Group. This research was conducted in the office Astrido Group Jakarta.The method used in this research is to conduct a survey, with a sample of 264 people. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis between independents variables (situational leadership, individual characteristics, motivation, and discipline) and the dependent variable (performance business organizations). From the analysis and hypothesis testing, is known to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variables competency, compensation to employee performance, and a positive and significant effect partially between competence and compensation variables. Based on these results, it was concluded that the performance of employees Astrido Group will be increased by increasing the competency, and compensation. <![CDATA[Small and Medium Enterprises have a high enough role in improving economic growth in Indonesia. A total of 97% of the workforce can be absorbed by the Small and Medium Enterprises. The increasing presence of SMEs, there arises a problem in the management of financial transactions. SMEs have minimal knowledge in managing their business. With the sober knowledge, resulting in less innovation SMEs in generating product, so it has limited working capital, as well as the lack of expertise and knowledge in developing their business. Cloud Accounting Software comes as accounting software that uses cloud technology to financial management. Where the use of web-based applications that users can access via the Internet using a user and password. This technology makes it easy for users in terms of access anytime anywhere without having to install the program. For SMEs that have solid daily transactions, the technology is suitable to be applied to get the ease of viewing the report. Every transaction that is processed by the user will be directly saved automatically establishes a report. Which is expected to help SMEs to create, read, and manage their financial statements. Various ways of promotion every year is always done to make it more known by parents and prospective students themselves in choosing schools that match their interests and skills possessed by prospective students in the school department contained. Originally a school just introduced their schools offline either using banners or promotions of students who are already attending the school without the help of technology that can be used by parents, but the use of the internet is now enabling everyone to be able to search for information quickly and efficiently without wasting time in getting the desired information, that's what made the design of new admissions online. In this system all of which related to the procedures of registration, majors available, fees based on the subject as well as the orientation of learners can be determined directly by parents and prospective students who will enroll at the school. Prospective students can also provide information relating to personal order to complete the personal details of prospective students before the new admissions process is done so that the data - the data provided can be used for new admissions process to the next stage. While using the website easier for administrators to manage data related to prospective students and to update the information relating to schools ranging from registration procedure, facility, fees and registration statements relating to new admissions. <![CDATA[Recruitment, advancement of technology and working methodology, competition and the development of the company’s productivity as well as an adjusment of the company’s policy are the many reasons a company should train the employees (Hariandja, 2002). Training can be given by sending the employees to other institution or conduct an internal training trained by internal instructors from the company or work together with other institution to design, to provide the instructor and conduct the process of the training. This thesis tries to analyze the influence of working climate and training design toward working motivation of the employees. This hypothesis is made in order to test a theory on training process. The hypothesis is tested based on the data derived from distributing questionaire to 32 participants of englishfor engineering training held by PT.PLN P3B Jawa Bali. This thesis is a quantitative descriptive research. The approach applied in this thesis is survey. The technique of data analysis is path analysis that is proccesed by SPSS 17 Program. The primary data is obtained from giving questionaire to 32 respondents and the secondary data is obtained from interview and other supporting data from the USB P3B Jawa Bali as the company where the research is conducted and also from Learning Center as an institution partner that holds the program. The Result of the study surprisingly reveals that there is no correlation between working climate and training design, and between training design and working motivation the only significant correlations is between working climate and working motivation. It is necessary for mutually beneficial cooperation between the company with another company. One form of cooperation that can be taken the company to expand its business is through business combinations (business combination) between the two or more other companies, both similar and dissimilar. There are many types and forms of business combinations, including acquisitions.
