Perspektif : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika
Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis kritis mengenai penelitian di Bidang Ilmu Sistem Informasi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi. Jurnal Perspektif menerbitkan 2 (dua) jurnal dalam setiap tahunnya, yaitu terbit di bulan Maret dan September.
Jurnal Perspektif sebagai bagian dari semangat menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan hasil dari penelitian dan pemikiran untuk pengabdian pada masyarakat luas. Situs Jurnal Perspektif menyediakan artikel-artikel jurnal untuk diunduh secara gratis. Jurnal kami adalah jurnal ilmiah nasional yang merupakan sumber referensi akademisi di bidang Ilmu Komputer dan Manajemen.

<![CDATA[Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi sehingga hal ini dapat menjadi peluang besar bagi perusahaan di bidang telekomunikasi untuk meraih banyak pelanggan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur pasar pada industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia, mengetahui perilaku dan kinerja dari PT Telkomunikasi Indonesia Tbk serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari struktur pasar terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui struktur pasar dalam industri ini digunakan konsentrasi rasio empat perusahaan terbesar (CR4), dan minimum eficiency scale (MES). Perilaku dijelaskan secara deskriptif pada strategi harga, strategi produk, dan strategi promosi. Terakhir, kinerja dilihat pada tingkat kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan laba dari aktiva yang dipergunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia memiliki struktur oligopoli ketat sebesar 95,88%. Dari hasil perhitunan regresi diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel struktur pasar (CR4 ) dan tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) baik secara simultan maupun parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusaan (ROA).]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:Balanced scorecard is a management step, which is needed to improve the organization's financial performance in the process. Measurement of non-financial and financial information systems part of all staff throughout the organization. Balanced scorecard as a tool to exchange the work process, which must be with some organization that recently envisioned. Some companies which are designed on a vision and strategy can not be controlled for the competitive position in BSC. Companies can propaganda on planning to make an appointment BSC can also provide measurement system better. In the competitive process is prepared BSC consists of the implementation of interviews, workshops, and estimates on a reconsideration of research each year. <![CDATA[The development of human resources through education and training is basically a member of the organization in the capacity building work, means of achievement of each employee assessed and measured according to the criteria predefined by the organization. Education and training in government institutions aim to increase the knowledge, expertise, skills and attitudes to be able to carry out the duties of office are prefesional with based on personality and employee ethics. Methods of data collection in this study is the observation and study of literature with qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results, the implementation of education and training is good enough. Employees who have the education or training to become more skilled in carrying out its work. Education and training is an effort to develop human resources primarily for professional development related to the capabilities and skills of the civil servants. The purpose of this study was to determine how the pattern of education and training provided by a government agency to the ministry, especially civil servants, benefits and objectives. While the usefulness of this study is to add insight, information, and knowledge of employment issues at a government agency, especially at the level of education and vocational training of civil servants. <![CDATA[Small and Medium Enterprises have a high enough role in improving economic growth in Indonesia. A total of 97% of the workforce can be absorbed by the Small and Medium Enterprises. The increasing presence of SMEs, there arises a problem in the management of financial transactions. SMEs have minimal knowledge in managing their business. With the sober knowledge, resulting in less innovation SMEs in generating product, so it has limited working capital, as well as the lack of expertise and knowledge in developing their business. Cloud Accounting Software comes as accounting software that uses cloud technology to financial management. Where the use of web-based applications that users can access via the Internet using a user and password. This technology makes it easy for users in terms of access anytime anywhere without having to install the program. For SMEs that have solid daily transactions, the technology is suitable to be applied to get the ease of viewing the report. Every transaction that is processed by the user will be directly saved automatically establishes a report. Which is expected to help SMEs to create, read, and manage their financial statements. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the perceptions of members of the Regional Representatives Council (parliament) Bekasi against public policy transparency in monitoring revenue budget expenditures (budget). The study population is a member of Bekasi City Council while the sample used is the Education Commission of the Commission on D.Questionnaires were used as the data was likert scale and secondary data from documents and archives commission D parliament especially related to the budget. This study used descriptive statistical analysis and methods of SPSS Version 19 and AMOS 6.0 because to describe the real situation. This study concluded that the perception of members of parliament to the public policy of transparency in budget expenditures (budget) is good, but a lot of weaknesses.]]>

<![CDATA[Financial reporting is important for a company engaged in the business of profit or business or non profit business or non business due to the financial statements containing historical information i.e. information penyajikan has happened giving rise to gaps in information needs therefore required an analysis of the financial statements in order to overcome that gap by means of processing the information so that it can help the decision makers do forecasts relating to the future of them by using liquidity ratio (analysis , solvency, profitability). The financial statements can be used for planning investment. Research methods used are secondary data and decision making based on the existing description. The result is a performance that exists inside already quite well with the increased liquidity ratio, activ ity, turnover, return on assets, return on equity, growth and the decrease in the ratio of solvency assessment, as well as the existence of a performance management less well seen from the decrease in the net profit margin. Investment planning can also be done through the existing data in the financial statements profit and loss balance sheet in particular through depreciation and amortization and earnings withheld.]]>
