Abstract

Today's modern era, the development of information technology goes so rapidly. The need for a technology is needed. One of them is the internet being used to obtain information in a short time. In many internet consumers who are looking for particular items of furniture, where consumers can obtain information and facilitate in pemesana and purchasing furniture. PK. Bumi Jaya is one company that is engaged in the manufacture and sale of furniture. The program is to be taken about the design of the website selling the PK. Bumi Jaya. Where this program is designed to simplify the booking and purchase of furniture for the consumer. The author makes writing material obtained from interviews with the PK. Bumi Jaya, observation and library reference books related to ordering and buying from the internet. Here the authors chose a program with application software Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 for database using PHP and MySQL. Abstract

The population at 30 people, especially consumers Tangerang regency research data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS. The results of the study calculations, the number of correlation between the effect of financing services to improve the marketing of mortgages in the district of Pasir Nangka Tigaraksa Banten province by cost 0415, a correlation of 0415 means that there is the influence of services between financing in improving the marketing of mortgages in the district of pasir nangka  Tigaraksa province of Banten quite strong and unidirectional (for the result is positive), the direction means that if the service is high, the savings and credit cooperatives in improving the marketing of mortgage loans is also high. The correlation between the two variables are significant because significant numbers of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the numbers R Square (r2) by 0172 that number could be used to see the effect of financing services to improve the marketing of mortgages in the district of Pasir Nangka Tigaraksa (determinant coefficient). These figures are intentions that influence financing services to improve the marketing of mortgage credit in the district of pasir nangka  Tigaraksa cost is 72% and the rest influenced by other variables of 0.28%. Hypothesis test results F count = 2,804, compared with F table that uses the 5% error level  value F table = 2.36 so F count> F table (2.804> 2:36), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence finance services to enhance the marketing of mortgages in the district of Pasir Nangka Tigaraksa Banten Province Keywords: services, credit financing, marketing

Abstract

Sukuk  sebagai surat berharga jangka panjang milik pemerintah berdasarkan prinsip syariah adalah bukti penyertaan dalam mata uang rupiah maupun valuta asing  yang mewajibkan pemerintah untuk membayar pendapatan kepada pemegang obligasi syariah berupa bagi hasil margin/fee, serta membayar kembali dana obligasi pada saat jatuh tempo. Ada banyak manfaat sukuk, diantaranya memperluas basis sumber pembiayaan anggaran negara dan mendorong pertumbuhan dan pengembangan pasar keuangan syariah di dalam negeri. Penerbitan sukuk maupun penggunaan dananya harus terbebas dari unsur riba, gharar dan masyir karena proses penerbitan sukuk haruslah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dari awal sampai akhir. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas menjadi hal penting dalam penerbitan sukuk. Penerbit sukuk harus memberikan informasi sejelas-jelasnya di prospektus, sehingga investor dapat memahami tujuan, hak dan kewajiban di setiap penerbitan sukuk. A good compensation pay mentmethod will have an impacton the performance of the tutor. If the performance of the tutor is good then it will have a good impact also in the quality of learning guidance agencies. At this time the method of payment of compensation using the transfer system. The payment with the transfer system has some disadvantages compared to the payment method of cash payment system implemented in the period until 2016. Abstract

ABSTRACTWith increasingly fierce competition in the industry bottled mineral water, every brand perform a variety of ways to win. Products Danone Aqua has become a generic brand, but will need to create a strong brand loyalty because many bottled water brands that offer low prices or attractive packaging. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of pricing, advertising effectiveness and strategy of packaging on brand loyalty product Danone Aqua partially or simultaneously and analyze the most dominant factor in influencing brand loyalty. The sample was 130 people and carried out questionnaires to the Student of Academy Communication Bina Sarana Informatika with convenience sampling method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the results obtained indicate pricing significant and positive impact on brand loyalty, advertising effectiveness significant and positive impact on brand loyalty, and packaging strategies significant and positive impact on brand loyalty. Effectiveness of advertising is the most dominant as the most effective in increasing brand loyalty. While simultaneously pricing, advertising effectiveness and packaging strategies significant and positive impact on brand loyalty. Analysis of the coefficient determination on adjusted R Square of 0.497 which means donations pricing, advertising effectiveness, and packaging strategy is 49.7%, while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

The training program at a company is required to improve the quality of work that affect the achievement of objectives of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of research conducted by PT Neyda RIZKI in implementing employee training programs at every new and old employees to get to know their work areas. The research method that I use is the method of observation / interview, and literature. Based on observations and interviews at the Human Resource Development Division of PT Neyda RIZKI training starts from the planning stages to the training evaluation training. This type of training is used for new employee orientation, training methods on the job training and of the job training for new employees and old employees that provide benefits for companies and employees to achieve results or targets satisfactory work. The training provided is Leadership, Decision Making, Safety Awareness, Excellent Service, Taxation, Computer Organization Development and Filing. Until recently conducted a training program on Human Resource Development division goes well and smoothly. Training is the best way to provide the skills and mastery of work in the field of their work. Good training can have a positive impact in identifying and improving the quality of work of each employee.  Keywords: Employee Training

Abstract

Abstract - Employee or officer is one of the company's assets to achieve the goal, the better the performance and discipline of employees or officer who indicated the more likely the company is to achieve the objectives that have been set. In this paper we will discuss about how the relationship between performance variable  and career development of employees? How the relationship between discipline variable and career development of employees career? and how the relationship between these two variables together with an increase in career development employee? Based on the results of the study showed that the variable of work achievement has a positive and strong correlation with an increase in employee career shown by analysis tables linear correlation with r count> r table (0607> 0279) with N = 50 and α = 5% , while for the relationship between the variables of labor discipline with an increase in employee career shows also a positive and strong correlation, this is indicated with the correlation table analysis arithmetic linear r count> r table (0.484> 0.279) with N = 50 and α = 5% , whereas to see the relationship between the two variables achievement and discipline together have an influence on career advancement of employees using ANOVA test or F test results show positive results and have the same effect on increasing employee career where F count> F table (20,803> 2.79) with N = 50 and α = 5%. Test results R (model Summary) concluded that the variables of performance and discipline work together significantly associated with an increase in employee career 68.5% and the remaining 31.5% were related to other factors that were not studied. Keywords: Achievement, work Discipline and Employee Career Abstrak-Pegawai atau karyawan adalah salah satu aset perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan, semakin baik prestasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai atau karyawan yang ditunjukkan , akan semakin besar kemungkinan perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam tulisan ini kita akan membahas tentang bagaimana hubungan antara variabel prestasi kerja dan peningkatan  karir pegawai? Bagaimana hubungan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan peningkatan karir pegawai? Serta bagaimana hubungan antara dua variabel ini bersama-sama dengan peningkatan karir pegawai? Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel prestasi kerja  memiliki hubungan yang positif dan korelasi yang kuat dengan peningkatan karir pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh tabel analisis korelasi linear dengan r hitung> r tabel (0.607> 0.279) dengan N = 50 dan α = 5%, sedangkan untuk hubungan antara variabel disiplin kerja dengan peningkatan  karir pegawai  menunjukkan juga  hubungan yang positif dan korelasi kuat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tabel korelasi analisis hitung linear r hitung > r tabel (0,484> 0,279) dengan N = 50 dan α = 5%, sedangkan untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel prestasi  dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan karier pegawai menggunakan  ANOVA test atau uji F, Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan mempunyai pengaruh  yang  sama pada peningkatan  karir pegawai dimana Fhitung > Ftabel (20.803> 2.79) dengan N = 50 dan α = 5%. Hasil uji R (model Summary) menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kinerja dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama secara signifikan berkaitan dengan peningkatan karir karyawan yang 68,5% dan sisanya 31,5% berhubungan dengan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Prestasi, Displin Kerja dan Karier Pegawai

Abstract

Perencanaan merupakan proses dasar dimana manajemen memutuskan tujuan dan cara mencapainya. Perencanaan terjadi di semua tipe kegiatan. Perencanaan merupakan salah satu dari empat fungsi manajemen yang penting dan saling terkait satu sama lain. Perencanaan memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting. Dikarenakan pentingnya, jika perencanaan tidak baik, maka tidak baik pula seluruh pelaksanaan seluruh fungsi manajemen dalam perusahaan. Pembahasan mengenai perencanaan, tentu saja kita dihadapkan pada pertanyaan apakah suatu rencana berjalan dengan baik atau tidak. Dengan adanya perencanaan strategis ini maka konsepsi perusahaan menjadi jelas sehingga akan memudahkannya dalam memformulasikan sasaran serta rencana-rencana lain dan dapat mengarahkan sumber-sumber organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Perencanaan strategis adalah proses perencanaan jangka panjang yang formal untuk menentukan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Perencanaan strategis merupakan perencanaan yang dirancang untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara keseluruhan, yaitu untuk mengimplementasikan misi organisasi dimana dengan misi itulah satu-satunya alasan eksistensi organisasi tersebut. Abstract

Accounting for a trading company is the subject of the course and Basic Accounting Practices (code 943). Its main activity is the trading company to buy goods (finished products) and sell it back to consumers. Operational trading company include: purchase, spending money, sales, and cash receipts. The subject of trade accounting firm presented at the meeting of the ninth to the fourteenth and ends with final exams (UAS). Presentation materials trading company accounting discussion, in five meetings, namely: (i) the general journal and special journals, (ii) a subsidiary ledger, general ledger and trial balance, (iii) adjusting entries, (iv) the work sheet, and (v ) the financial statements and the final stages of preparation of the financial statements.Semester GPA (IPS) is a combination of the 10%, 20% assignments, midterms (UTS) 30%, and final exams (UAS) 40%. In an effort to increase the value of UAS students 12.1G.25 Class AMIK BSI odd semester 2013/2014, researchers gave the task in the form of quiz and practice.Case study analysis quis value and value in the practice of increasing the value of the framework UAS relationship between X1 (value quis) and X2 (the value of practice) in increasing Y (value UAS), which is formulated Y '= a + b1X1 + b2X2.
