Abstract

LIFE STYLE AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH DIABETES MELLITUS ON WOMEN IN JAKARTAThere is an increasing trend in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in both developing countriesincluding Indonesia. The research aimed to analyze the relationships between life style, nutritionalstatus, and socio-economic and demographic factors with diabetes mellitus. Data used for thestudy are secondary data from the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas 2007), which applied across-sectional study design. The number of samples obtained 5702 adult women with inclusioncriteria aged >20 years and not pregnant. The results show, the risk factors for diabetes mellitusare age >45 years on women with obesity (OR=13.0); age >45 years on women without obesity(OR=9.3). and sugary food consumption. The results imply the important of managing diet inpreventing diabetes mellitus for women in Jakarta.Keywords: life style, nutritional status, diabetes mellitus, obesity

Abstract:Balanced scorecard is a management step, which is needed to improve the organization's financial performance in the process. Measurement of non-financial and financial information systems part of all staff throughout the organization. Balanced scorecard as a tool to exchange the work process, which must be with some organization that recently envisioned. Some companies which are designed on a vision and strategy can not be controlled for the competitive position in BSC. Companies can propaganda on planning to make an appointment BSC can also provide measurement system better. In the competitive process is prepared BSC consists of the implementation of interviews, workshops, and estimates on a reconsideration of research each year. As part of strategic planning is the location of the main objectives, therefore, can perform the primary purpose strategy location is therefore better able to perform the BSC to give effect to the level of customer satisfaction and improve the level of achievement. Abstract

This research examines the influence of e-service quality and price discounts on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop customers in Bogor. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form with purposive sampling, namely Tiktok Shop users as an online shopping platform for consumers in Bogor. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method of 180 respondents. In analyzing the research data, SPSS 26 was used to calculate the results of the Multiple Linear Regression variable test, t-test, F test, and determination analysis. Based on the t-test, this research shows that e-service quality and price discounts positively affect Tiktok Shop customers' purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F Test, e-service quality and price discounts significantly influence purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop in Bogor. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the effect of e-service quality and price discount on purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop in Bogor is only 51.7%. In comparison, the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
