Abstract

Currently, there are many large companies in the world merge into a single company either through acquisitions or mergers to strengthen the competitiveness with other companies. There are many examples of giant companies that acquire other companies, such as recently the company Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. acquired the majority of Lazada Group. There is a lot of interest a company merged with another company. One was for the company to move forward and avoid liquidation. Liquidation is a state where the alliance was dissolved by completing obligations to creditors and divide the remaining assets to the owners. The main purpose of liquidation is to perform the maintenance and clearance on the bankruptcy estate. One of the underlying condition that is an ally liquidation bankruptcy. The liquidation process consists of two stages: the process of changing the existing wealth into cash, which is called the realization process and the process of repayment of debts to creditors and repayment of capital to the rest of the members of the so-called process of liquidation. In this stage to do is register and the accumulation of wealth and corporate debt, announced in the newspapers and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the plan of distribution of the proceeds of the liquidation, to make payments to creditors, and pay the remainder of the proceeds of liquidation to shareholders. Keyword: Liquidation Guild, Process Realization, Ms. Access Programming

Abstract

Each company implements systems and information technology to improve its competitiveness against other companies, as well as in terms of implementing Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) as one solution. Still many companies are engaged in a trade or service companies that have not implemented information technology systems and well. In fact, there are still companies that have not entirely apply information systems. This is due to the still high cost of ERP implementation, complexity in the implementation of ERP, and complexity in the ERP maintenance, as well as other problems. To solve the problems above, needed a system and information technology as a solution. One of them is the solution to solve the problems in the financial management of a company. By using the accounting information system solutions offered to address financial management issues can be resolved properly. At this time PT. Bilanouv Brothers engaged in timber trading and leasing cargo aloes. Start of recording transactions, financial data processing to making the report is still not using accounting applications, making it possible during the process of recording took place there was an error and also made less accurate reports and delays in the search data - data that is required. To solve the existing problems in PT. Bilanouv Brothers used MYOB Premier v.12 application allows recording of financial transactions become more efficient and accurate report creation and fast. Abstract

New admissions is an essential part of the school to be recognized or selected by parents in order to enroll their children at the school. Various ways of promotion every year is always done to make it more known by parents and prospective students themselves in choosing schools that match their interests and skills possessed by prospective students in the school department contained. Originally a school just introduced their schools offline either using banners or promotions of students who are already attending the school without the help of technology that can be used by parents, but the use of the internet is now enabling everyone to be able to search for information quickly and efficiently without wasting time in getting the desired information, that's what made the design of new admissions online. In this system all of which related to the procedures of registration, majors available, fees based on the subject as well as the orientation of learners can be determined directly by parents and prospective students who will enroll at the school. Prospective students can also provide information relating to personal order to complete the personal details of prospective students before the new admissions process is done so that the data - the data provided can be used for new admissions process to the next stage. While using the website easier for administrators to manage data related to prospective students and to update the information relating to schools ranging from registration procedure, facility, fees and registration statements relating to new admissions. Abstract

Some of the problems that occur in the process of recruitment of employees in decision-making which is felt from some candidates, particularly if there are employees who have the ability and some of the other considerations that are not much different, likes and dislikes. Some of the factors that led to the company doing the hiring of employees i.e. Turnovers. These things need to be made to the company's attention because of the high turnover in a company can interfere with activities and productivity. The methods used in this research Analytical Hierarchy Process Method and Profile Matching Method that is often called the Gap. The purpose of the research is to develop a decision support system (DSS) selection to help gain employee acceptance of the results of the selection of employee acceptance for the ability of reason, intelligence, systematic thinking. The potential ability of a person is shown with the skills to solve problems, work on a heavy workload, overcoming stress due to work, making priorities or schedules, the ability of controlling emotions.

Abstract

Sistem Produksi Toyota, dikembangkan dan dipromosikan oleh Toyota Motor Corporation dan telah dipakai oleh banyak perusahaan Jepang sebagai akibat krisis minyak di tahun 1973. Tujuan utama sistem produksi Toyota adalah pengurangan biaya atau perbaikan produktivitas dengan menghilangkan pemborosan.Just in Time (JIT) adalah suatu sistem manufaktur yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses-proses dan prosedur dengan mengurangi (menghilangkan) pemborosan-pemborosan atau dengan kata lain JIT adalah sistem atau ide untuk memproduksi dan membawa barang atau produk yang dibutuhkan pada saat dibutuhkan dan sejumlah yang dibutuhkan saja.Tujuan sistem produksi Just In Time (JIT) adalah untuk menghindari terjadinya kelebihan kuantitas/jumlah dalam produksi (overproduction), persediaan yang berlebihan (excess Inventory) dan juga pemborosan dalam waktu penungguan (waiting). Dengan adanya sistem JIT, kita telah dapat mengatasi 3 pemborosan (overproduction, excess inventory dan waiting) diantara 7 pemborosan (7 Waste) yang harus dihindari dalam sistem produksi Toyota.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model penjadwalan produksi tepat waktu yang dapat memperhitungkan kapasitas kebutuhan operator,  perataan volume produksi dan pengaturan urutan tipe barang yang akan diproduksi dengan menggunakan konsep takt time. Model penjadwalan produksi dengan konsep takt time dengan menggunakan metode Shortest Processing Time (SPT), dan Longest Processing Time (LPT) akan menghasilkan waktu makepan yang sama sesuai dengan waktu kerja yang telah ditentukan. Kata kunci : Penjadwalan produksi, Takt time, JIT, Pull system

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance appraisal is one of the thing that human resource management department conducted in a company. In every year or on in every six months company conducted performance appraisal. Performance appraisal is the method that human resource use to see the employee performance in one period. The things that performance appraisal see like how work done, how the employee work with others, how the discipline of the employee, and others things. With the performance appraisal companies can know the level of accomplishment of employee works as a part of a team or as an individual. Employee achievements can be assessed and monitored from this process. With performance appraisal, achievement and shortcomings of a work from employee can be monitored clearly. From this method, human resource can track all aspect from employee like motivation, effectiveness, efficiency, the work load, job satisfaction from time to time. With this method also, company can make a plan for employee like career path, employee development, salary and other things.With this method also, company can see the progress that employee achieve from year to year. But sometimees the performance appraisal is done in a way that improperly or at least inadequate procedures. biases of standard and subjectivity are usually the things that become problems in performance appraisal. For example, Sometimes the standar value from performance appraisal is not match with the work or sometime standar operation and procedur that not clear. The cause or problems that sometime we see in company that use the wrong way to conduct performance appraisal can sometimes can be a fatal problem. Abstract

Improving the quality of services offered by the company to the attention of management. This is because the quality of service can be used as a tool to achieve competitiveadvantage.  The purpose of this study conducted to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction on restaurant My Bento japanese Fast food. This study uses primary data by conducting research directly in the field with data collection techniques are used questionnaires or sheet statement to the 100 respondents, and secondary data that can support the research, are for methods of analysis and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. Based on the coefficient of determination can be concluded that the effect of service quality on satisfaction at fast-food restaurants My Bento . Based on calculations with simple linear regression formula obtained results Y = 0.575X + 5.028 and hypothesis test results of 17 989 t-test and t-table 1.66, then so determination obtained yield was 76.50%. Based on these results it can be concluded that significant. Significant here means Ha Ho accepted and rejected, which means there is the influence of the variable x (quality of service) of the variable y (customer satisfaction) and Quality of Service makes an influence on consumer satisfaction was 76.50% while the rest of 23:50% obtained by other factors or variables that is unknown and is not included in this regression analysis. Abstract

Banking in Indonesia is progressing rapidly every day. Sophisticated banking transactions make it easier for individuals or companies to use banking services. Related to these conditions will certainly increase the number of transactions in the Bank including at PT. State Savings Bank. To support banking activities, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara always wants to be a healthy bank with a high level of performance efficiency and gain a significant advantage. In the correlation coefficient test results at Bank Tabungan Negara can be seen that the relationship between Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA) is having a weak and unidirectional relationship. From the result of determination coefficient of determination of Return On Assets (ROA) influenced by Operational Cost and Operating Income (BOPO) equal to 47,7% the rest 52,3% influenced by other factor. The calculation results show the regression equation Y = 4.793 - 0.039x formed can be seen that the constant of 4.793 states that if there is no Operational Cost and Operating Income (ROA) thenReturn On Assets (ROA) will be 4.793%. With the regression coefficient x of -0.039. Stated that if Operational Cost and Operating Income (BOPO) increased one unit (1%) will reduce Return On Assets (ROA) by 0,039%. Keywords: BOPO, ROA

Abstract

Abstract -This study aims to determine whether there is influence in the calculation of inventory value using FIFO and Average method. The research method used in this research is literature research that is obtaining data through literature sources such as reading literature books and relevant literature related to the problems studied to obtain theoretical basis and field research is to obtain data through research directly to the object of research that is PT. Hope. Data collection techniques used for this study through observation, interviews and documentation. Companies are more appropriate to use the Average method rather than the FIFO method of calculating the value of inventory, since the end inventory value of the Average method is greater than the FIFO method.
