Jurnal Perspektif pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 2013. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai media kajian ilmiah hasil penelitian, pemikiran dan kajian analisis kritis mengenai penelitian di Bidang Ilmu Sistem Informasi, Manajemen dan Ekonomi. Jurnal Perspektif menerbitkan 2 (dua) jurnal dalam setiap tahunnya, yaitu terbit di bulan Maret dan September.

Entrepreneurship is an attempt by someone or a group of people to produce a product or a new and unique creativity by utilizing a variety of available resources as well as bold risk for his efforts. Whatever the form of the work done if not committed with a comprehensive plan that will lead to business growth are seen not as expected. Therefore, the author discusses the importance of entrepreneurial management in particular to increase productivity and turnover are owned, due to the increased productivity will boost turnover and the turnover increasing it will increase the amount of labor that would decrease the number of unemployed and will assist the government in providing jobs in ultimately will increase per capita income, which in turn some of the problems experienced by the State of Indonesia macro will be resolved. The method used in the study is secondary data which the authors take the example of a resource that has been successful in carrying out their entrepreneurial path from childhood up to produce a turnover of billions of dollars. Inflation occurred in Indonesia can impact positively or negatively on the economy globally, depending on the height of the low inflation rate is concerned.If inflation mild dampat is impacting positively on the economy of a society that is able to raise the level of national income and enhance people's interest for saving becomes even higher.The recipient of a fixed regular income each month as civil servants, private employees and workers are increasingly eager to do his work activities to improve the quality of life.While the stable inflation can improve financial planning dimasyarakat better, purchasing power against goods and services become more affordable so that the necessities of life are met, investing more smoothly because the motive is not a speculative investment and bank credit more smoothly, and if this situation happened in quite a long period of time will cause the real income of the society become stable, standard of living and welfare of the community miningkat. For the corporate world in areas such as trade in financial reports produced positive financial balance while the value of the country is relatively stable, whereas the heavy inflation or uncontrolled (Hyperinflasi) resulted in a decline in the economy of the community or the slack economic growth Countries. Based on the above research titles then the researcher explores how tackling the possibility of inflation in terms of deregulation or the policies conducted at Bank Indonesia especially the Government as monetary authorities in Indonesia so as to prevent a decline in economic growth as well as the slack economy of Indonesia in particular

Technological developments are encouraging everyone to work more effectively and efficiently as well as in generating financial reports. As we know together with the financial statements of one of the tools used by the company in assessing the success or decline of financial activities performed during a certain period and will result in a fatal impact given wrong/incorrect. By using the calculation manually accounting process that must be traversed into very long in accordance with the accounting cycle i.e. from transaction documents that exist to make a journal and then the book of the balance of the existing big dibuku the final produced a balance sheet balances continued by journal of adjustments and balance columns of newly acquired financial reports for it required a system of accounting information in this regard zahir to shorten the process to be undertaken in producing the financial statements i.e. insert existing transactions in the journal module available by zahir and the system will process the direct dperoleh of the results (financial report) as desired. The methods used in the writing of this literature is the study and conclusions. Whereas the results obtained was using accounting information systems (zahir) can shorten the time of the making of the financial statements. Because the process is a system that is far from tired properties then the accuracy of the resulting financial statement results be better compared to the accounting manual and for system operators need not have to be skilled in the accounting cycle but by understanding each module provided by the system then the desired financial reports can be generated. The background of this research is many studies on the role of the success of an organization is affected by the job performance, for that every company will try to improve the performance of its employees in achieving organizational goals. The objectives of this research were to identify the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the employee’s performance. Data analyze used in this research is primer data and using purposive sampling to collect the data, analysis data method in this research is using multylinear regression with SPSS. Respondent in this research are the employee. The result of this research show that indicated that motivation has positive and significant impact in performance; job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on performance; and then jointly motivation and job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on employee’s. Abstract - This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on customer satisfaction. Subjects are travelers who use the GrabCar online transport service. The sample selection is based on non-probability sampling. There were 100 people participating in the study. Data were collected by questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study found that service quality and sales promotion have positive effect on customer satisfaction.Keyword : Service Quality, Sales Promotion, Customer Satisfaction, GrabCar Abstraksi - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi penjualan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Subyek adalah wisatawan yang menggunakan jasa transportasi online GrabCar. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan non-probability sampling. Terdapat 100 orang yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Recruitment, advancement of technology and working methodology, competition and the development of the company’s productivity as well as an adjusment of the company’s policy are the many reasons a company should train the employees (Hariandja, 2002). Training can be given by sending the employees to other institution or conduct an internal training trained by internal instructors from the company or work together with other institution to design, to provide the instructor and conduct the process of the training. This thesis tries to analyze the influence of working climate and training design toward working motivation of the employees. This hypothesis is made in order to test a theory on training process. The hypothesis is tested based on the data derived from distributing questionaire to 32 participants of englishfor engineering training held by PT.PLN P3B Jawa Bali. This thesis is a quantitative descriptive research. The approach applied in this thesis is survey. The technique of data analysis is path analysis that is proccesed by SPSS 17 Program. The primary data is obtained from giving questionaire to 32 respondents and the secondary data is obtained from interview and other supporting data from the USB P3B Jawa Bali as the company where the research is conducted and also from Learning Center as an institution partner that holds the program. The Result of the study surprisingly reveals that there is no correlation between working climate and training design, and between training design and working motivation the only significant correlations is between working climate and working motivation. This study aims to analyze factors that influence job satisfaction in hospital nurses YARSI Pontianak. The variables used are salaries / wages (x1), co-workers (x2), working conditions (x3), the opportunity to go forward (x4), communications (x5), job security (x6) as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The method used by the survey method, the total population in the set of 39 respondents. Techniques of data collection consisted of interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis coefficient of determination or R squre amounted to 0.662. means that variable Y is influenced by the six independent variables at 66.2% while the remaining 34.8% were influenced by other variables. Value adjuster R Square of 59.9% indicates that there must be a strong influence of salary / wages (x1), peers (x2), working conditions (x3), the opportunity to go forward (x4), communications (x5) and job security (x6) are inter-related unit nurse at 59.9%, while the remaining 40.1% were influenced by other variables not examined in this study. It can be concluded that the hypotesis this research is accepted.
