Abstract

This research was done to analyze effects of dimension level or variables of service level of retailer dealer toward tourist satisfaction in Malioboro, beside also to analyze variable which have high importance and performance for tourist in Malioboro. This research have hypothesis that said: (1) service level variable that placed at second quadrant is responsiveness, which have high importance and performance. (2) There are positive significant effects between service level variables (reliability, responsiveness, emphaty, assurance dan tangible variables) toward tourist satisfaction. This research used teknik purposive random sampling for sampling method by got any responden between 20-60 years old who had ever visited malioboro. The measuring scale that used are Likert scale  by using tourist satisfaction scale and service level scale there are  reliability, responsiveness, emphaty, assurance dan tangible variables. To find out more descriptive result of research was used Importance and Performance matrix Analyze, so ascertainabled level of importance every tourist service level variable.This result was used for interested parties references in establish foreigh steps that had taken to increase retailer dealer performance in Malioboro as specifically and retailer dealer in other places for generally. The result of research showed all service level variables (reliability, responsiveness, emphaty, assurance dan tangible variables) have positive effects towards tourist satisfaction by level of significant (α : 5%). The statement answered hypothesis 2 and able to be accepted.Whereas from Importance and Performance Matrix can be shown that responsiveness placed at second quadran it’s meant have high Importance and Performance and  hypothesis 1 also be accepted. Abstract

Abstract - Application of management systems International Standardization Organization (ISO) 9001: 2008 in SMKN 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo is related to clauses pelakanaan ISO from start input, process and output. So the result of the application of ISO 9001: 2008 may be perceived by stakeholders. And the constraints faced in the implementation of these systems such as human resources are not in accordance with their competence or the teacher is not in accordance with the basic edukasinya, so also happen to the employees there that do not fit between the basic education with a job works, this results in less than optimal service to students as learners. Thus it should of SMKN 2 Pengasih continuously improve consistently to meet customer needs, so that customer satisfaction is the benchmark of success Keywords: system, management, clause   Abstrak - Penerapan sistem manajemen International Standardization Organisation (ISO) 9001:2008 di SMKN 2 Pengasih Kulon Progo ini berkaitan dengan pelakanaan klausul-klausul ISO dari mulai input, proses, dan outputnya. Sehingga hasil dari penerapan ISO 9001:2008 dapat dirasakan oleh stakeholders. Dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan sistem ini seperti sumber daya manusia yang belum sesuai dengan kompetensinya atau guru yang mengajar tidak sesuai dengan basic edukasinya, begitu juga terjadi pada kalangan karyawan ada yang tidak sesuai antara basic edukasi dengan job kerjanya, ini mengakibatkan kurang optimalnya pelayanan terhadap siswa sebagai peserta didik. Dengan demikian sudah semestinya SMKN 2 Pengasih memperbaiki terus-menerus secara konsisten untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, sehingga kepuasan pelanggan menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan. Abstract

ABSTRACT - Batavia is one of the trade centers in Indonesia. In which made the better trade during the period by Tionghoa people. Although, they came early by the force from the Dutch people, they eventually came over by their own willingness. The term to call out the Tionghoa People is various in Indonesia, such as the Totok Chinese and the Peranakan Chinese. They suffered in life during the Dutch Colonial period either in economy, trade or in education sector. The Dutch Colonial undertook the tricks of action to squeeze the Tionghoa, by rising up the tax. Abstract

Abstract - Wediombo beach located in the village Jepitu Girisubo District of Gunung Kidul Regency. Wediombo beach is one of the beaches are very promising, but until now the beach Wediombo not managed properly. The study was conducted through qualitative research by collecting data through interviews, observation, documentation, and secondary data sources in order to know how the influence of internal and external environment as well as strategy development Wediombo Beach Wediombo Beach The result of research the power of aspect originality, uniqueness, variatif, totally, scarcity, wholesomeness. While the weak is from the human resources who don’t have tourism skill yet, capital constraints, facifacilities and infrastructure are inadequate and promotion is not maximized. The external factor to be the threat is competitor and environmental damage caused by lack of awareness of the public and tourists. Regulation , investors , government support into an opportunity in the development Wediombo Beach . Coastal development strategy Wediombo short-term plan : improving the quality of human resources, cooperation with investors, the development of a tourist attraction . Medium-term plan : improvement of infrastructure, promotion , human resource development of tourism. Long-term plan : improved management, regulation, conservation.Keywords : Development Strategy , natural tourism , beachAbstraksi - Pantai Wediombo terletak di Desa Jepitu Kecamatan Girisubo Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Pantai Wediombo ini adalah salah satu pantai yang sangat berpotensi, namun hingga sekarang Pantai Wediombo belum dikelola dengan baik.  Penelitian dilakukan melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan sumber data sekunder dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan internal dan eksternal Pantai Wediombo serta strategi pengembangan Pantai Wediombo. Hasil penelitian aspek internal kekuatan berasal dari keaslian, keunikan, keanekaragaman, keutuhan, kemanfaat dan kelangkaan. Adapun faktor kelemahan terjadi pada SDM yang belum sadar wisata, keterbatasan modal, sarana prasarana yang belum memadahi, dan promosi yang belum maksimal. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi ancaman meliputi adanya daya saing dalam wisata yang sejenis dan kerusakan lingkungan akibat kurang kesadaran masyarakat atau wisatawan. Regulasi, investor, dukungan pemerintah menjadi sebuah peluang dalam pengembangan Pantai Wediombo. Strategi pengembangan Pantai Wediombo rencana jangka pendek: peningkatan kualitas SDM, kerjasama dengan investor, pengembangan daya tarik wisata. Strategi jangka menengah: peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, promosi, peningkatan SDM kepariwisataan. Strategi  jangka panjang: peningkatan pengelolaan, regulasi, konservasi. Kata kunci : Strategi Pengembangan, wisata alam, pantai

Abstract

Purchasing transaction that requires money from the company could lead into fraud and or human error. To prevent that, a company needs to apply a good internal control system. The purposes of this research were to identify whether the internal control system of purchase accounting system at Puri Chorus Boutique Hotel had been adequate, and to identify whether the internal control system of purchase accounting system in this hotel had been done effectively. The analysis was done by comparing the practice of internal control system in purchasing system applied in Puri Chorus Boutique Hotel with the theories of appropriate internal control system. The information was gained by interviewing, observing and giving questionnaire. The analysis was used to know whether the internal control system in the purchasing accounting in this hotel was appropriate or not. Attribute sampling with stop-or-go sampling method was used to test the effectiveness of the internal control system in the purchasing accounting system. This finding showed that internal control system in the purchasing accounting system at Puri Chorus Boutique Hotel was inadequate (not fully in line with the theory). Based on compliance test on the internal control system it was obtained that DUPL = AUPL. It proved that internal control system in the purchasing accounting system implemented at this hotel was already effective (obeyed by the staffs).   Keywords:  internal control system, purchase accounting system, adequate, obeyed, and  stop-or-go sampling.

Abstract

Reservasi adalah salah satu bagian dari front office departemen, yang bertugas menerima pesanan kamar tamu tamu yang akan menginap di hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana standard opersional yang diterapkan oleh bagian reservation section di Cakra Kusuma hotel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap beberapa staff kantor depan hotel.  Ketatnya persaingan hotel, menuntut hotel Cakra Kembang untuk menerapkan standard operasional bagi kantor depan hotel. Penerapan standar operasional bagi reservation section di hotel Cakra Kembang, bertujuan untuk menciptakan pelayanan yang mampu memberikan kepuasan pelanggan, sehingga tercipta  repeat bussines. Selain itu standar operasional yang tepat, memberikan kemudahan bagi bagian reservasi dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan. Pesanan kamar tamu bisa berasal dari tamu individu atau tamu rombongan. Standar operasional prosedur yang ada di kantor depan hotel Cakra Kembang, diantaranya meliputi standar operasional prosedur pemesanan kamar, penanganan kedatangan tamu, perubahan pemesanan kamar, dan penanganan keluhan tamu. Standar operasional prosedur, yang diterapkan di kantor depan hotel Cakra Kembang, sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh semua staff dan operasional berjalan dengan lancar.                                                 Kata kunci: Standar Operasional, Reservasi, dan Front Office.

Abstract

In the tradition Saparan bekakak two things are contrary to the preservation of culture and creed shift. In the preservation of this cultural impact can be seen from two sides: first, the belief in which people believe titual offerings to resist misfortune, believes this is part of good teaching because in it no element of religion, and believing as a blessing for keselamatn ngalap danmendapatkan rijki. Second, the implementation of activities to coincide with the Muslim religious activities that will menggau wishes of the people to worship. Abstract

The small interest of students BSI Yogyakarta in entrepreneurship became an the problems which is the focus of this study. This situation is indicated by the least amount of students the following sort course entrepreneur that ever into a work program BSI Entrepreneur Center.  Based on this, researchers attempted to knowing several factors such as the social environment, consumer behavior and perception against student interest in entrepreneurship. The method used is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis for knowing effect independent variables against the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. T tests were done partially for social environment and consumer behavior no effect against the interest of students in entrepreneurship. Perception as an independent variable last as measured by t test showed significant effect against the interest of students in entrepreneurship.  While the simultaneously  based on the results of F test showed the significant influence between variable social environment, consumer behavior and perception simultaneously against interest  of BSI Yogyakarta  students in entrepreneurship.   Keywords: socialenvironment, consumer behavior, perceptions

Abstract

Abstract - Tourism is one of the service industry in Indonesia that currently constitute one of the largest foreign exchange earner for the country. Because the tourism industry is an industry in a very complex field of services, where not only the tourism sector itself but also include other sectors such as economic, political, social, cultural, artistic and even legal sector also was involved. One city in Indonesia Yogyakarta  who is also a city of tourism and tourist destination that has many tourist resorts are worth visiting one of the famous and well phenomenal Parangtritis which is full of mystical elements that thick. Parangtritis is place of tourism in the form of the Indian Ocean coast, located about 27 km  on the south of Yogyakarta city. Parangtritis is one of the beach areas that have a remarkable uniquinese. Physically, his strength lies in a combination of sand, and wavecrashing. Over the years more visitors come to Parangtritis beach although sometime there are victims who dragged the waves. Those need to be increased the safety and security of Parangtritis beach. So Parangtritis beach is a beautiful and faccinating beach as well as the visitors feel save and comfortable. Karena industri pariwisata merupakan industri dalam bidang jasa yang sangat kompleks, dimana tidak hanya sektor pariwisata itu sendiri tapi juga meliputi sektor-sektor lainnya seperti, sektor ekonomi, politik, sosial, budaya, kesenian bahkan sektor hukum juga pun terlibat. Salah satu kota di Indonesia Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang juga merupakan salah satu kota pariwisata serta tujuan wisatawan yang mempunyai banyak obyek-obyek wisata yang layak untuk dikunjungi Parangtritis adalah sebuah tempat pariwisata berupa pantai samudra Hindia yang terletak kurang lebih 27 Km sebelah selatan kota Yogyakarta. Pantai Parangtritis merupakan salah satu kawasan pantai yang memiliki keunikan yang luar biasa. Dari tahun ke tahun pengunjung panati Parangtritis bertambah banyak walaupun terkadang ada korban yang terseret gelombang pantai.dengan sering adanya korban itu perlu ditingkatkan lagi tentang keselamatan dan keamanan pantai Parangtritis. Untuk itu perlu upaya upaya antara lain memberikan Leaflet kepada para pengunjung yang berisi tentang informasi tentang bahaya gelombang laut Parangtritis. Sehingga pantai Parangtritis merupakan pantai yang indah dan mempesona serta pengunjung yang datang merasa aman nyaman.Kata kunci : Sejarah, pembangunan pariwisata, Parangtritis

Abstract

Abstract - This research aims to investigate (1) the influence of electronic word of mouth on the visitors’ decisions in visiting Sindu Kusuma Edupark, (2) the most influencing dimension of electronic word of mouth on the visitors’ decisions in visiting Sindu Kusuma Edupark. This research was a quantitative research. The population of this research was the visitors of Sindu Kusuma Edupark. The sample of this research was 100 respondens who were taken from the population by applying judgemental sampling technique. Furthermore, this research showed that (1) electronic word of mouth positively and significanly influenced the visitors’ decisions in visiting Sindu Kusuma Park, (2) Concern for other consumer was not the dimension that influenced the visitors’ decision but the extraversion/positive self enhancement which had the influence on the visitors’ decisions in visiting Sindu Kusuma Edupark.Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth and visiting decisionAbstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kata elektronik dari mulut ke mulut terhadap keputusan pengunjung dalam mengunjungi Sindu Kusuma Edupark, (2) dimensi elektronik kata mulut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pengunjung dalam mengunjungi Sindu Kusuma Edupark. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Sindu Kusuma Edupark. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi dengan teknik judgmental sampling. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kata elektronik dari mulut ke mulut secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pengunjung dalam mengunjungi Taman Sindu Kusuma, (2) Kepedulian konsumen lainnya bukanlah dimensi yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengunjung namun ekstraversi/peningkatan pandangan positif yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan para pengunjung dalam mengunjungi Sindu Kusuma Edupark.Kata Kunci : Electronic Word of Mouth, keputusan berkunjung
