Abstract

Filling vacant positions in the promotion process is often run into trouble because the candidate who can occupy that position by matching employee profiles and the profile is less well defined positions. Methods to support the decision to increase this position is the method of matching profiles. This research was conducted by finding the weight values for each criterion, such as aspects of intellectual capacity, aspects of the work attitude, behavioral aspects and aspects of intelligence work and then look for the value of core factors and secondary factors, the total value and the final value is the value of the ranking. Profile Matching method used here to get an assessment of each prospective employee will be raised position. The smaller the value gap is generated then the weight of large value, which means that employees have greater opportunities to occupy these positions. The results of this study to determine the calculation regarding the selection of eligible employees into office with a matching profile method.

ne"> Abstract—Designing a computer network with wireless technologybased Wireless Outdoor, method used in this paper consists of twomain parts, namely the method of analysis and design methods.The method of analysis is used to analyze the system running anddesign method is used to create a network topology based WirelessOutdoor proposal that aims to metropolitan file sharing,metropolitan disaster recovery and backup files network,metropolitan network chating, dan metropolitan accuntingdatabase program. Implementation Using Wireless OutdoorNanobridge the 5GHz frequency, enabling stable connections andnot easily interferention by external network. The result achieved isa metropolitan area network which have high mobility and is ableto save bandwidth that is often used to transfer files between groupeffort.Intisari— Merancang sebuah jaringan komputer dengan teknologinirkabel berbasis Wireless Outdoor, Metode yang digunakan dalampenulisan ini meliputi dua bagian pokok yaitu metode analisis danmetode perancangan. Metode analisis digunakan untuk menganalisasistem yang berjalan dan metode perancangan digunakan untukmembuat topologi jaringan usulan berbasis Wireless Outdoor yangbertujuan untuk metropolitan file sharing, metropolitan disasterrecovery and backup files network, metropolitan network chating,dan metropolitan accunting database program. Abstract

The accuracy of delivered newspaper to customers affects the quality of service. Besides, the cost of shipping is not stable result of defeat in competitive because it can not offer the lowest prices of the products to the customers and also affect the company's revenue. Required modeling is right for newspaper delivery problems in PT. Arah Medialog Pembangunan is to transport models and techniques completion of transport, so that costs transport can be optimized delivery of newspapers. Solving method is the method of Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM). The results show that the total cost of newspaper delivery to West Java optimal for Rp.1.603.270, smaller than a newspaper delivery started transportation costs incurred by the company using its own way. Mechanical completion of transportation using Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) is applied to the application POM-QM For Windows 3.Keyword—Newspaper delivery, optimization, transportation fees, Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM).

Abstract

The classification depends on the variety of bacteria that exist. The important feature to identify an organism of bacterial phenotype is the scheme that utilizes the morphology and staining properties of the bacteria itself, to classify the phenotype scheme is used Naïve Bayes algorithm that has proven to have a high degree of accuracy and high rate of speed when applied into E.coli dataset in E. coli dataset consisting of seven features are: mcg, gvh, lips, chg, aac, alm1, alm2, and proteins are classified into 8 classes: cytoplasmic (cp), an inner membrane without the signal sequence (im), perisplasm (pp), in the membrane with uncleavable signal sequence (IMU), outer membrane (oM), outer membrane lipoprotein (OML), the membrane lipoprotein (IML), an inner membrane with cleavable signal sequence (IMS) with an accuracy of 80.93%, with Naïve Bayes algorithm so it can be ascertained that the classification of gram-negative bacteria with E. coli phenotype datasets prove to be accurate.

Abstract

Internet facilities in every college has become indispensable in providing education to attract more prospective students. Intense competition universities both public and private in the competition, would require a strategic capable of winning the competition, the provision of internet facilities is one way to face such competition. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Pondok Gede branch is one of the private universities which are currently improving the quality of service. In addition to the attraction of new students to register, internet facilities are also urgently needed at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Pondok Gede branch during the learning process. In an effort to achieve the goal Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta branch in Pondok Gede who formulated the vision and mission, the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta branch of Pondok Gede try to provide the best facilities for its students is one of them by providing fast internet facilities by selecting a business unit of internet service providers accordingly. Study selection business unit of internet service providers are using the AHP approach (analytical Hierarchy Process) with the software Expert Choice 2000. The study is expected to generate an appropriate method in determining the business unit that Internet service providers suitable for use in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Pondok Gede branch to an increase in the provision of services to students.

ne"> Abstrak – Premature births, defined as a pregnant woman in laborat a gestational age 20-36 week.The research related by birthprematurely been carried out by researchers are using the neuralnetwork. But the research only manyajikan about the sensitivity andspecificity. Research using methods neural network in the predictedbirth prematurely to have the kind of accuracy that results are notenough and accurate are only serving about the sensitivity andspecificity.In this research there have been built a model algorithmsneural network and models algorithms neural network basedparticle swarm optimization to get architecture in forecastingpremature birth and put a value the kind of accuracy that moreaccurately at the data set patients sumber waras hospital.Aftertesting is conducted with two models and algorithms network neuralalgorithms based particle swarm neural network optimization andthe result obtained is algorithms neural network yielding 96,40percent of the value of accuracy and value of 0,982 but after theauc conducted the addition of which neural algorithms basedparticle swarm network optimization 96,80 percent of the value ofaccuracy and value of 0,987 auc .So both have the method accuracyof the different levels namely 0.40 percent of the auc 0,005 and thedifference .Intisari-Persalinan prematur, didefinisikan sebagai persalinan padawanita hamil dengan usia kehamilan 20 – 36 minggu. Penelitianyang berhubungan dengan kelahiran prematur sudah pernahdilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan menggunakan metode neuralnetwork. Namun penelitian tersebut hanya manyajikan tentanghasil sensitivitas dan spesifisitas. Hasil Penelitian yangmenggunakan metode neural network dalam memprediksikelahiran prematur mempunyai nilai akurasi yang dihasilkanmasih kurang akurat dan hanya sebatas menyajikan tentang hasilsensitivitas dan spesifisitas. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatkan modelalgoritma neural network dan model algoritma neural networkberbasis particle swarm optimization untuk mendapatkan arsitekturdalam memprediksi kelahiran prematur dan memberikan nilaiakurasi yang lebih akurat pada data set pasien RS Sumber Waras.Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan dua model yaitu algoritmaneural network dan algoritma neural network berbasis particleswarm optimization maka hasil yang didapat adalah algoritmaneural network menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 96,40% dannilai AUC sebesar 0,982 namun setelah dilakukan penambahanyaitu algoritma neural network berbasis particle swarmoptimization nilai akurasi sebesar 96,80 % dan nilai AUC sebesar0,987.Sehingga kedua metode tersebut memiliki perbedaan tingkatakurasi yaitu sebesar 0,40 % dan perbedaan nilai AUC sebesar0,005.Kata Kunci: Kelahiran prematur , Neural network , ParticleSwarm Optimization

Abstract

So far many companies still don’t use maximally existing information technology, which in fact this technology is very useful for the company as a means to help employees so that more quickly and responsive when there is a problem. During this time if there is interference on the network is still a manual way of asking the PIC (Person In Charge) to do first level handling example to restart the modem, check wiring or plug unplug it is sometimes difficult to do if the PIC (Person In Charge) Uncooperative, PIC is not available it will cause the duration of handling interruption. To facilitate a handling of the interference then the author will make tools restart the remote modem for first level handling in order to facilitate the work in handling interference and minimize the arrival of technicians just to restart the device. From the description of the problem above, the author found the idea to make a tool restart modem distance ahu. The tool uses Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller. How it works via SMS command to the tool and the tool will cut the current so it can restart the modem automatically

Abstract

Abstract  –  E-commerce is defined as an act of buying and selling as well as marketing and service of products, services, and information through a variety of computer networks. In this research, the running system motorcycle spare parts sales at Proklamasi Jaya Motor repair shop is still done manually. It causes the system to be less effective. In this point, E-commerce is one of the most important elements in the development of a business or effort, hence researchers create an information system, in the form of e-commerce, to manage online sales system spare part motorcycle at Proklamasi Jaya Motor repair shop. The purpose of making this system is to help increase sales and improves customers’ satisfaction because the customers do not need to come directly to the repair shop. Key Word: E-Commerce, Motorcycle Spare Parts, and Waterfall

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan dengan media online merupakan interaksi antara informatika medis, kesehatan masyarakat dan bisnis. Pelayanan kesehatan online atau yang biasa kita kenal dengan sebutan E-Health ini mengacu pada pelayanan kesehatan dan informasi yang disampaikan atau ditingkatkan melalui internet dan teknologi terkait. Puskesmas Pluit adalah salah satu instansi yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Puskesmas ini sangat membutuhkan sistem informasi didalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatannya, diantaranya sistem untuk pendaftaran awal pasien dengan mengurangi waktu antrian, mempermudah proses rujukan online ke rumah sakit bila menggunakan BPJS, pengelolaan data pasien dan pengelolaan transaksi pelyanan kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype, sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Alat perancangan sistem yang digunakan  untuk penggambaran model sistemnya menggunakan beberapa diagram UML yaitu Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Deployment Diagram dan Package Diagram serta menggunakan ERD untuk konsep databasenya. Dengan dibuatkannya E-Health ini, diharapkan dapat membantu proses kegiatan yang ada di Puskesmas Pluit.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, especially computer and internet, we can get information more easily. It also encourages the number of computer users and the internet is getting bigger. Especially in the environment of PT. Prism Dynamics Indonesia, the number of employees who use the internet more and more from time to time. Increasing users who use the network will cause the existing network infrastructure, should be increased so as not to make users disappointed due to decreased network performance. At PT. Prism Dynamics Indonesia a lot of important files that must be stored starting from the data project, finance, sales, purchasing and service of goods, all hardcopy data or softcopy if not stored properly then there will be damage to the data or even lost. it takes a centralized data storage container like file sharing. File sharing is a system where many users can share files and storage resources with a client-server concept run over the network. A file server allows users to share information over a network without having to physically send files with floppy disks or some other external storage device.
