Jurnal Teknik Komputer AMIK BSI
Jurnal Teknik Komputer merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Jurnal ini berisi tentang karya ilmiah hasil penelitian yang bertemakan: Networking, Robotika, Aplikasi Sains, Animasi Interaktif, Pengolahan Citra, Sistem Pakar, Sistem Komputer, Soft Computing, Web Programming, Data Mining, dan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan. Jurnal Teknik Komputer berisi pokok-pokok permasalahan baik dalam pengembangan kerangka teoritis, implementasi maupun kemungkinan pengembangan sistem secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan setiap naskah yang diterbitkan di dalam jurnal ini memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi peningkatan sumberdaya penelitian di dalam bidang informatika dan komputer. Tim redaksi membuka komunikasi lebih lanjut baik kritik, saran dan pembahasan.

Perkembangan dunia kesehatan dan pengobatan sangatlah pesat, sehingga persaingan antara klinik menjadi semakin ketat dan kompetitif. Kemampuan klinik dalam memenuhi keinginan pasien merupakan salah hal yang sangat penting. Hal tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kepuasan yang diberikan oleh klinik kepada pasien yang meliputi pelayanan yang memuaskan dan kelengkapan metode pengobatan. Semakin tinggi tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan klinik kepada pasien, maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat terpenuhinya kebutuhan pasien yang biasa dinyatakan oleh tingkat kepuasan para pasien. Masalah yang sering terjadi pada klinik adalah dalam hal pengolahan data pendaftaran pasien, sampai pembuatan laporan yang di cetak secara manual, sehingga dalam proses pendaftaran pasien sampai pembuatan laporan seperti, laporan data pasien, laporan registrasi kunjungan pasien, laporan data kunjungan banyak terjadi kesalahan dan proses yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penerapan komputerisasi pada klinik sangatlah diperlukan sehingga dalam menangani masalah pendaftaran pasien serta pembuatan laporan dengan menggunakan komputer melalui sebuah program berbasis website menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat.

Susu merupakan asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan balita untuk tumbuh kembang karena termasuk dalam makanan empat sehat lima sempurna. Berbagai produk susu olahan telah beredar dimasyarakat, salah satunya adalah susu UHT (Ultra High Temperature). Banyaknya jenis pilihan merek susu balita yang ada di pasaran saat ini dengan keunggulan dan karakteristik masing-masing produk yang ditawarkan, membuat konsumen sering bingung dalam memilih produk mana yang cocok dan baik untuk dikonsumsi. Susu UHT yang ada dipasaran dengan berbagai macam merk, variasi rasa, harga,kualitas susu, kualitas kemasan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot, konsep dasar metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menawarkan solusi untuk memilih susu UHT (Ultra High Temperature) untuk balita dengan berbagai karakterisktik menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sehingga didapat rekomendasi merk susu yang sesuai dengan kriteria utama yang dibutuhkan

The use of information technology using the internet is very easy to find information, so its users do not have to go to the place to find information, website and mobile applications internet users can directly get the information you want. Every Manager world tourism now provides the details about the tourism products offered. Very useful information at this time because people tend to look for quick information in the booking through the review of others in social media, blogs and websites. The importance of the review of the hotel as a source of information for travelers will plan trips. Currently known methods of classification of the highest accuracy in classifying hotels Indonesia-language review. So I need to know how Naïve Bayes algorithms of accuracy, Support Vector Machine, Decission Tree (C4.5) and Naïve Bayes Method with Particle Swarm Optimization Feature Selection. The results obtained from the comparison of four methods of such algorithms, a better level of accuracy in the classification review of hotel indonesian using an algorithm Decission Tree (C4.5) 96.94% While achieving the fit method of optimization of the Nave bayes by using Particle Swarm Optimization feature Selection of 95.91%, accuracy using Naive Bayes Algorithm of 89.98 and the accuracy of the model of Support Vector Machine of 89.86. PT Transcoal Pacific Jakarta is a fast growing company specializing in transportation and logistics services for energy related products. By strengthening the relationship between contractors and suppliers through this partnership relationship it is expected that scheduling changes and procurement volumes of spare parts do not interfere with the ship operating. In addition, by choosing the optimal supplier, the company can get keutungan either directly or indirectly. This study was conducted to study and analyze problems related to supplier selection. Data collection is done by interview, observation and literature study. Data processing is done by one method of MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) that is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method. From the results of data collection with selection criteria include Price, Quality, Service, Delivery and Responsibilitas. Quality criterion is the most important criterion in Supplier selection, with percentage equal to 39.50%, next delivery criterion with percentage value 20.56%, next criterion price with percentage value 18,18% next criterion of responsibility with percentage value 14.66% and the last criteria of service with percentage value of 7.09%. Furthermore, the priority order of suppliers are Karya Karya Mandiri (35.99%), CV Prega Lestari (31.31%), CV Rachmat (13.34%), UD Sinar Rejeki (10.12%) and last Multi Jaya (9.24%). And the Supplier selected is Mitra Karya Mandiri of 35.99% and is designated as the best supplier.

In today's era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. The computer that is a device that was created to facilitate human work, while achieving good progress in the manufacture of hardware and software. Tanjungsari Village Office requires a system that supports and provides a satisfactory service for its citizens. That's why the author tries to make the final task about the system of correspondence services at the Village Office Tanjungsari which until now has not been computerized. At this time Tanjungsari Village Office is only a government agency engaged in the field of community services. The existing system at Tanjungsari Village Office is still done manually, starting from the recording of the existing population data in Tanjungsari Village, to the storage of other data related to the process of correspondence service up to the making of the report, making it possible at the time of the process of going wrong in the recording, the inaccuracy of reports made and delays in searching the necessary data. The design of this system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this government agency, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities in this government agency. The computerized system is better than the manual correspondence system to run more effectively and efficiently and the system is now more conducive than the previous system. The research method used is the method of obeservation where in this method the authors make direct observations at the office of Tanjungsari Village, the second study method where the author in this method the author uses books or files and reports as a reference, the third method of interview where the method of this interview directly interviewed secretary Tanjungsari village. With the results of research services to the population is still not maximal because the system used is still using the manual system so that service to the population becomes less effective and efficient.

PT. Sinar Inti Kharisma merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyediaan bahan jadi seperti accesories jaket yaitu Rib Knit jaket yang bermacam-macam jenis dan bentuknya. Perusahaan yang berdiri sejak tahun 1997, sistem penjualan di PT Sinar Inti Kharisma yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Sistem yang ada pada PT Sinar Inti ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan pemesanan bahan baku, sampai penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penjualan. Saat proses pengolahan data berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Kurang akuratnya pencatatan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang dibutuhkan. Rancang bangun sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada. Dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini. Dengan sistem yang baru diharapkan sistem penjualan yang sekarang lebih kondusif, mudah dalam pengolahan data sampai dengan cetak laporan.

The use of information technology in processing a company's data is a very important part. With the existence of an information technology data processing to be very fast, precise, and accurate in generating an information. PT. Giesecke And Devrient Indonesia is a company engaged in the distribution of money sorting machine and machine spare parts sales. In data processing PT. Giesecke And Devrient Indonesia still use manual system, so the information produced less than the maximum. Data processing which still using manual system become constraint which must be faced by PT. Giesecke And Devrient Indonesia, especially the process of inventory data processing machine spare parts in the warehouse. The warehouse has the responsibility in managing the machine spare parts in and out of the warehouse and also responsible for making reports on the availability of spare parts in the warehouse. Therefore, PT. Giesecke And Devrient Indonesia tries to develop an information system that will be used in spare part inventory data processing. With this information system is expected to assist users in presenting a information needed by the company quickly, precisely, and accurately. In essence, quoted from a survey conducted by Jakarta Transportation Statistics Jakarta - BPS Jakarta explains that motor vehicle users in DKI Jakarta area in 2014 as much as 13,084,372 with annual growth of 10, 54% and added with passenger car, load car, car bus and rensusu of 17,523,967 with a lot of numbers will certainly cause many problems between the defects and the most feared is the leakage of the vehicle tire probadi, to facilitate the private motorists in finding a place tire feeding is necessary application of vehicle tire repair information so the riders do not have to walk far to find a place of tire repair whereas the possibility of rider position is not too far away with the location they are looking for, the application will find the closest distance from where the tire patch that has been registered by the seller of the service.

3D Animation Learning on object rendering material for some students is very difficult to understand. The number of students who need aids in the form of learning media more than the number of students who do not need. For that need to be built 3D animation learning applications, especially on the object rendering material for students to use as a means of learning and facilitate lecturers in delivering the material.Subject in this research is 3DMax multimedia application as 3D learning media of Animation on object rendering. Data collection in this research using literature study method, observation method, and interview method. Applications are prepared by procedures that include identifying the problems obtained, needs analysis, designing concepts, designing contents, design documents and navigation diagrams, designing scripts, designing graphics, producing systems, testing systems with black boxes and alpha test.The result of this research is multimedia application as learning media of 3D animation on object rendering material for student of Broadcast Study Program at AKOM BSI Jakarta which based on result of testing it can be concluded that this learning application can help the learning process in students to understand the material and can be used as a tool lecturer to support 3D animation learning.

Nowadays games become one of the choices of activities to fill in leisure time or just to amuse themselves during leisure time, because the game is made with a fun and entertaining game system. The current games are very diverse, such as games with puzzles, games that require dexterity to games that require concentration. However, most existing games still use touch screen or touchscreen media, so some games that require fast reflexes from players will cause difficulties. In this study aims to create a fruit slash entertainment media where players can cut fruit as if real. The game fruit slash app is a game designed by applying Virtual Reality technology that will simplify and maximize excitement while playing the game. Game Fruit Slash is also made by using the engine (game programming) Unity 3D using C # programming language. Game Fruit Slash can be played on android based mobile devices. Expected with the game fruit slash players will be able to feel the new experience. The first test using white box method is a method that uses procedural control control structure to obtain test case. The second test uses the black box method to ensure that an event or input will execute the appropriate process and generate output according to the design. The third test was conducted on fruit slash game application quality test by distributing questionnaires to fruit slash players. And the results of questionnaire data processing is 3.8 (strongly agree) on the aspects of benefits.
