Jurnal Teknik Komputer AMIK BSI
Jurnal Teknik Komputer merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Jurnal ini berisi tentang karya ilmiah hasil penelitian yang bertemakan: Networking, Robotika, Aplikasi Sains, Animasi Interaktif, Pengolahan Citra, Sistem Pakar, Sistem Komputer, Soft Computing, Web Programming, Data Mining, dan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan. Jurnal Teknik Komputer berisi pokok-pokok permasalahan baik dalam pengembangan kerangka teoritis, implementasi maupun kemungkinan pengembangan sistem secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan setiap naskah yang diterbitkan di dalam jurnal ini memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi peningkatan sumberdaya penelitian di dalam bidang informatika dan komputer. In the processing of academic data is still a lot kekuranngan that occurs, because the existing system still uses sheets of paper and archives so that it can cause data that is easily lost or damaged. Development of Web-Based Academic Information System In SMK Insan Madani aims to support and facilitate the existing academic system in SMAN Insan Madani so it is expected to be perceived by the students and teachers and other staff existing in the school. In the development of academic system the authors use data collection techniques that is observation, interview and literature study. Programming language used in designing and implementing the architectural information system of PHP is PHP and data base used is MySql. Cryptography is the scienceand art to maintain the security of the message when the messageis sent from one place to another. Chiper algorithm hill is onemethod of cryptography that belongs to the symmetric algorithm.Chiper hill is an example of a polyalphabetic cipher that employsmodulus and linear algebra techniques. In the process ofencrypting hill chipper require help table to encode letters or Abjatare arranged in a sequence of letters or Abjat "A" to "Z".Encryption Abjat and this letter serves as a conversion of plaintext(messages or data) and key that you want to encrypt and decrypt.So that components or figures can be done by calculating thematrix multiplication.Intisari — Sebuah system keamanan komputer menuutama konsepnya adalah bagaimana pesan tersebutsebelum dikirim oleh si pengirim ada sebuah proses untukmenyembunyikan pesan arti dari pesan atau datatersebut. Dan jika ada orang yang mencuri pesan ataudata tersebut tidak mengerti maksud dari pesan yangdiambilnya atau diterima. Kriptografi adalah ilmu danseni untuk menjaga keamanan pesan ketika pesan dikirimdari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Algoritma Chiper hillmerupakan salah satu metode kriptografi yang termasukke dalam algoritma simetris. Chiper hill adalah contohdari chiper polyalphabetic yang mempekerjakan modulusdan teknik aljabar linier. Dalam proses melakukanenkripsi chipper hill memerlukan tabel bantuan untukmenyandikan huruf atau abjat yang disusun secaraberurutan dari huruf atau abjat “A” sampai dengan “Z”.Penyandian abjat dan huruf ini berfungsi sebagai konversidari plaintext (pesan atau data) dan key yang ingin dienkrip dan di dekrip. <![CDATA[Inventory system is a process to determine and manage goods that function to obtain an information about the stock of goods that exist. In this case the authors focus on controlling existing pipeline inventory at PT Fivalco Indonesia. The greater the amount of inventory of goods owned by PT Fivalco Indonesia, now the data processing in PT Fivalco Indonesia there are often problems in terms of availability of stock items such as stock shortages or excess stock even the difference in stock. Recognizing that the growing company will be more and more data is processed, then PT Fivalco Indonesia requires application programs for inventory. Therefore it is needed a inventory information system in PT Fivalco Indonesia that can determine the amount of inventory in covering all orders from consumers and also an information system that can support all activities on inventory management goods. Overcome the existing problems, the writer tries to apply inventory information system with FIFO method using Microsoft Visual Basic and MySQL database so that users work in inventory management to be efficient and effective and will facilitate the sales department to demand goods out and demand of goods in company need to check directly to the warehouse to find out information about the stock of goods.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract— Direct marketing is a typical strategy to increase business. The company uses direct marketing when targeting customer segments with their contact to fulfill a specific purpose. Direct marketing is one way that can be used to predict potential customers who open deposits at the bank. Direct marketing became a very important application in data mining today. Data mining is widely used in direct marketing to identify potential customers for new products, using the purchase history data, predictive models can be used to measure that customers will respond to a given promotion or offer. One method that is most widely used method of support vector machine. In this study will be used method of support vector machine for prediction of direct marketing. After testing the results obtained is a support vector machine produces an accuracy value of 88.71%, 89.47% and a precision value AUC value of 0.896 with a value of classification accuracy was very good (excellent clasification). Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of support vector machine method can be used for precise and accurate prediction of direct marketing. Keywords : Prediction, Direct Marketing, Support Vector Machine. Abstrak— Pemasaran langsung merupakan strategi yang khas untuk meningkatkan bisnis. Perusahaan menggunakan pemasaran langsung bila menargetkan segmen pelanggan dengan menghubungi mereka untuk memenuhi tujuan tertentu. pemasaran langsung merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi nasabah yang berpotensi membuka simpanan deposito pada bank tersebut. Pemasaran langsung menjadi aplikasi yang sangat penting dalam data mining saat ini. Data mining secara luas telah digunakan dalam pemasaran langsung untuk mengidentifikasi calon pelanggan untuk produk baru, dengan menggunakan data histori beli, model prediktif dapat digunakan untuk mengukur bahwa pelanggan akan menanggapi promosi atau tawaran yang diberikan. Salah satu metode yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metode support vector machine. Dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan metode support vector machine untuk prediksi pemasaran langsung. Setelah dilakukan pengujian maka hasil yang didapat adalah support vector machine menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 88,71 %, nilai precision 89,47% dan nilai AUC sebesar 0,896 dengan nilai akurasi klasifikasi sangat baik (excellent clasification). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode support vector machine dapat digunakan secara tepat dan akurat untuk prediksi pemasaran langsung. <![CDATA[Information technology (IT) has become the backbone and most important elements for companies to survive as well as the opportunity to gain a competitive edge. Likewise with PT Nara Summit Industry , which has a dependency with technology. The basic concept is that the COBIT framework in IT controls based on the determination of the necessary information to support the business objectives and the information generated from the combined application of IT processes and related resources. This study discusses the governance of IT in PT Nara Summit Industry , particularly in the information system by using COBIT as procurement framework by limiting the domain only on Plan and Organize (PO), Acquire and Implement (AI). After the analysis of processes related to PT Nara Summit Industry generally has a level of maturity (Maturity Level) at level 3 (defined processes) where management expectations generally at level 4 (managed). Value Index gained maturity shows the level of maturity in each process. Aplikasi itu harus mudah digunakan dan dapat digunakan di hampir semua peralatan. Tidak menggunakan memory yang cukup besar adalah suatu fitur yang harus dimiliki aplikasi Web Server agar memory yang tersedia tidak digunakan sia sia oleh server nya sendiri. Karena memori adalah salah satu hal penting yang berada di dalam sebuah server, jika memory penuh karena digunakan oleh sistem nya dengan sia sia, maka kebutuhan klien akan menjadi terhambat. Masalah yang biasanya muncul yaitu Web Server tidak dapat merespon permintaan klien karena sumber daya komputer server terlalu berat atau Overload. maka dibutuhkan aplikasi yang sangat ringan agar tidak membuat server berat. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa c Sharp ini akan digunakan untuk menjalankan Web Server secara sederhana dan untuk mencoba sebuah web dapat berjalan secara bagus atau tidak, tanpa harus menginstall aplikasi web server yang biasanya berukuran besar dan agak sulit di install. KimiaFarma Trading & Distribution (KFTD) juga sering mengalami halyang sama, kendala mengenai kegiatan operasional pada perusahaanyang disebabkan oleh gangguan jaringan komputer VPN-IP-MPLSdari provider. Fasilitas dan pelayanan terhadap user dalam jaringankomputer diharapkan dapat diberikan secara maksimal sehinggatidak mengganggu dan menghambat kegiatan operasional, danapabila terjadi maka user tidak perlu lagi menunggu sampai jaringankomputer VPN-IP-MPLS dari provider beroperasional dengan baik.Dengan jaringan komputer VPN yang dibuat menggunakanOpenVPN IPCop dapat membantu agar user/cabang tetapberoperasional dengan baik. <![CDATA[Abstract – An early age is the golden age for children inreceiving and caught a novelty. From an early age to begiven the knowledge that is beneficial to the development ofthe mindset that would be useful for him and thesurrounding environment. The introduction of the alphabetis learning introduction letters that are the basis for earlychildhood. Teachers in providing an introduction to thealphabet to his disciples is to pronounce each letter of thealphabet and wrote the alphabet on a Blackboard, it provedless effective for pupils in the following and accept theintroduction of the alphabet. Animation serves as a mediumof learning that is interesting because in visual form themove accompanied audio which can be used to explain thedifficult subject matter presented. In facilitating theintroduction of the alphabet in an interesting then designedan interactive animation of the introduction of the alphabetfor the pupils in the OLD. This research uses the method ofcollecting the data of observation, interview, and the study ofthe literature. While the model of development system with awaterfall and applications using Macromedia FlashProfessional 8. The results of this research in the form ofstoryboards, design of state transition diagrams,implementation design and testing with interface blackboxand white box testing. The presence of interactive animatedintroduction to the alphabet is expected to help pupilsunderstand, recognize letters and words with interestinglearning media.Intisari - Usia dini merupakan usia emas bagi anak dalammenerima dan menangkap hal yang baru. Sejak usia diniperlu diberikan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagiperkembangan pola pikir yang nantinya bisa bergunauntuk dirinya dan lingkungan di sekitarnya. Pengenalanalfabet adalah pembelajaran pengenalan huruf-hurufyang dasar bagi anak usia dini.Guru dalam memberikan pengenalan alfabet kepadasiswa adalah mengucapkan masing-masing huruf alfabetdan menulis huruf alfabet di papan tulis, cara ini dirasakurang efektif bagi siswa dalam mengikuti dan menerimapengenalan alfabet. Animasi berperan sebagai mediapembelajaran yang menarik karena dalam bentuk visualbergerak disertai audio yang dapat di manfaatkan untukmenjelaskan materi pelajaran yang sulit disampaikan.Dalam memudahkan pengenalan alfabet secara menarikmaka dirancang sebuah animasi interaktif pengenalanalfabet untuk siswa di PAUD.
