Jurnal Teknik Komputer AMIK BSI
Jurnal Teknik Komputer merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Jurnal ini berisi tentang karya ilmiah hasil penelitian yang bertemakan: Networking, Robotika, Aplikasi Sains, Animasi Interaktif, Pengolahan Citra, Sistem Pakar, Sistem Komputer, Soft Computing, Web Programming, Data Mining, dan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan. Jurnal Teknik Komputer berisi pokok-pokok permasalahan baik dalam pengembangan kerangka teoritis, implementasi maupun kemungkinan pengembangan sistem secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan setiap naskah yang diterbitkan di dalam jurnal ini memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi peningkatan sumberdaya penelitian di dalam bidang informatika dan komputer. Tim redaksi membuka komunikasi lebih lanjut baik kritik, saran dan pembahasan.

<![CDATA[An expert system is one of the branches of artificial intelligence technology that combines the knowledge of an expert with data searches to solve problems that are usually done by an expert. With more advanced developments in information technology now allows people to access information from anywhere and at any time, including in the field of health. One of these allergic diseases in children, allergies are the result of the body's response to foreign particles that enter the body. The inability of the body to the particles that enter the body makes a person suffers from allergies, while the symptoms caused by a different body. In this application method used is the Bayes method in which patients choose your symptoms will then get a conclusion in the form of provisional diagnosis of the illness. Master Grafika still uses the system manually by using Microsoft Excel application in accounting data processing, so in the process of presenting financial information and data search takes a long time. Along with the development of the wheels of PT. Master Graphics requires improvements in its business data management system, making changes from manual recording using Microsoft Excel to more automated. To support the smoothness of the presentation of financial statements, companies need an accounting application system such as by using accounting based software, Zahir Accounting, there are several advantages that are additionally reliable and facilitate users in accounting data processing, Zahir application also has integrated facilities and highly competitive, friendly language equipped with multi languages and data security, the resulting report not only be a financial report but also a business and financial analysis, so that PT. Flexibility of time and over manyactivities outside of the office agency and the presence of an agentor leader who has a side job to be the cause for the lack of timeknowledge sharing among agents and the constraints in the PRPactivities face to face. The purpose of this study is to help overcomethe existing problems by building an application that can helpagents and leaders in the activities of the Performance Review andPlaninning (PRP), and build applications that can developknowledge sharing among agents that can be done online throughthe android smartphone that is expected can increase theproductivity of the agent and leader. The method used in thisresearch are descriptive analysis of the work and activities andprototype Model for system design. In the application of thisandroid-based smartphone, the agent and the leader can performPRP and knowledge sharing activities anytime and anywherewithout constrained by time and space, which is expected to helpagents and leaders in conducting knowledge sharing and PRPactivities, especially for those who have side job.Intisari — Pengelolaan pengetahuan saat ini penting untukditerapkan di perusahaan ataupun organisasi dalam rangkameningkatkan competitive advantage dan mengelola asetperusahaan atau organisasi yang bersifat intelektual. Pentingnyapengelolaan pengetahuan baik cara untuk memperolehpengetahuan maupun cara melakukan berbagi pengetahuan,menjadi perhatian dari perusahaan asuransi jiwa. Flexibilitaswaktu dan lebih banyaknya aktifitas agen di luar kantor danterdapatnya agen ataupun leader yang memiliki side job menjadipenyebab minimnya waktu untuk knowledge sharing sertamenjadi kendala dalam kegiatan Performance Review andPlaninning (PRP) secara face to face. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang adadengan membangun aplikasi yang dapat membantu agen danleader dalam kegiatan PRP, dan membangun aplikasi yang dapatmengembangkan knowledge sharing sesama agen yang dapatdilakukan secara online melalui smartphone android sehinggadiharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dari agen danleader. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdeksriptif analisis kerja dan aktifitas, dan prototype model untukperancangan sistem.Dalam aplikasi yang berbasis smartphone android ini, agen danleader dapat melakukan kegiatan PRP dan knowledge sharingkapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa terkendala oleh waktu danruang, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu para agen danleader dalam melakukan knowledge sharing dan kegiatan PRPterutama bagi mereka yang memiliki side job.Kata kunci — Aplikasi Android, Kegiatan PRP, KnowledgeSharing, Smartphone.]]>

<![CDATA[Kejahatan yang masih sering terjadi di masyarakat adalah kejahatan pencurian. Sasaran pencurian tidak hanya di rumah-rumah saja tetapi tempat ibadahpun menjadi sasaran pencurian. Masjid Jami Nurul Anwar desa Sukatali telah mengalami peristiwa pencurian mixer audio di ruang soundsystem masjid tersebut sebanyak dua kali. Perlu kiranya ada suatu alat pengaman yang diletakan di pintu agar tidak mudah dibuka oleh pencuri. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba merancang alat pengaman pintu dengan RFID yang dikontrol oleh Mikrokontroler Atmega 16. Selama ini jika terjadi pembobolan pintu ruang soundsystem, masih belum ada alarm peringatan tanda bahaya sehingga pencuri tersebut tidak terdeteksi. Alat pengaman yang akan dibuat menggunakan RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) yang memanfaatkan gelombang radio. Cara kerja sistem ini adalah dengan menempelkan kartu khusus yang sudah disetting sedemikian rupa ke card reader. Hanya kartu khusus yang bisa dibaca oleh card reader. Apabila kartu tidak cocok maka kunci tidak akan terbuka. Selain pembacaan kartu, pengaman lain adalah efek kejut yang ditimbulkan dari transformator apabila pencuri mencoba mendobrak pintu. Alarm juga digunakan sebagai penanda telah terjadi pembobolan pintu. Semua perangkat yang digunakan dikendalikan oleh Mikrokontroler Atmega 16 dan bahasa pemograman bahasa C. <![CDATA[Abstract — Concentration of kindergarten children were veryminimal compared to adults make teachers need to be extra in thedelivery of material in the learning process because kids get boredeasily with the media book. Many types and concepts that must beabsorbed and used the learning process is still classically causesless understanding children and teachers must often repeat thelearning materials. Teaching with lecture method and the lack ofprops make children less interested in learning. The method used toconvey information one through multimedia-based learningandroid with needs analysis, system design, code generation,testing, support. The purpose of this learning system is to helpchildren learn animal diversity typical kindergarten on an island inIndonesia. Fill delivered a simple material. There are also quizexercises to test children's understanding about this matter andalso the game to provide entertainment in the study. In additionandroid multimedia-based learning can also help teachers delivermaterial with the introduction of the animals easier. Studying theanimals unique to the island in Indonesia needs to be ways orstrategies that can facilitate children in learning. To attractattention, is necessary to create classroom situation makes thechildren motivated to learn. One way is to use teaching aids ormedia when teachers teach. <![CDATA[Clean water is a basic necessity in carrying out activities for the public in urban and rural that have a direct impact on the health and physical well-being, social and economic community. PDAM is one of the business unit belongs to an area that is engaged in the distribution of water to the public is found in every province and district. Performance is an important component of the PDAM in order to find out whether or not a given service to its customers. The criteria service of PDAM there are Scope of the technical services, Customer growth, the Level of resolution of the complaint, and the Quality of the customers waters. These criteria will be entered into the fuzzy system variables by using Mamdani methode, thus determining the performance PDAM can be determined if the PDAM service performance good, good enough and not good. Result by using Mamdani method from 55 service performance PDAM, there are 16 PDAM with not good Service performance, 21 PDAM with good enough service performance, and there are 17 PDAM with good service performance.Keyword: Fuzzy Inference System, Mamdani Methode, PDAM.]]>

<![CDATA[Bahasa inggris merupakan salah satu bahasa internasional selain bahasa Arab dan mandarin. Pelajaran bahasa inggris sudah menjadi kurikulum pada pendidikan dasar. Sistem pembelajaran yang masih konvensional membuat siswa kesulitan untuk memahami materi pelajaran bahasa inggris tersebut. Selain itu, siswa menjadi kurang antusias dalam belajar karena proses pembelajaran hanya bersifat satu arah yaitu dari guru saja yang menerangkan. Melihat fenomena tersebut, diperlukan sebuah inovasi dalam proses belajar bahasa inggris. Penggunaan media edukasi berupa animasi dapat menjadi salah satu cara meningkatkan minat belajar siswa serta sebagai sarana pengenalan teknologi informasi. Siswa dapat memahami cara membaca kalimat bahasa inggris dengan baik dan benar. Tampilan yang menarik disertai audio visual yang baik juga menjadi salah satu daya tarik siswa. Di pihak guru, animasi edukasi ini membantu mempermudah guru dalam memberikan materi bahasa inggris yang sedang dibahas. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dari pembuatan media edukasi ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca maupun berbahasa inggris dengan baik dan benar.]]>
