<![CDATA[This study aimed to identify the influence of implementation of ICT strategies of pedagogical competence of teachers and changes in student learning at the junior high schools in Semarang City. The number of respondents in this study as many as 188 people, with the status as a teacher Junior High School (SMP) in Semarang with a minimum of 3 years working lives and administer subjects using multimedia instructional media were selected by purposive sampling method.Mechanical testing of the data used in this peneiltian include test validity with factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, keofisien determination, F test, t test to validate research hypothesis and test to analyze the effects of mediating variables mediating effect of motivation.The research proves that (1). ICT implementation strategies have a significant effect on teachers pedagogical competence, (2). ICT implementation strategies have a significant effect on changes in student learning, and (3). Pedagogical competence of teachers have a significant effect on changes in student learning.Key words: Learning, Pedagogical, ICT.]]>

<![CDATA[Liquidity is very closely related to the availability of cash , which is cash available to support the company's policy to distribute dividends to shareholders, repay loans, pay interest on the loan, the operations of the company and make new investments. Where this will be a stimulant for investors to buy shares of a company. Which will cause a rise in the company's stock price. This study to determine the effect of liquidity on stock prices of construction companies listed on the JSE. To achieve these objectives, the program used E views 4.1 applications to determine regression equations and correlation. The data used is downloaded from www.jsx.co.id data as well as data from PT Bumi Capital Indonesia. In connection with the results of the statistical test F test results 2.757036 F count is less than F table 3.37. That is, the simultaneous liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio) had no significant effect on stock prices.Key words: Liquidity, Investments, Stock.]]>

Android mobile usage to record orders can replace paper and pen. <![CDATA[Efforts to increase revenue Local Government Original Receipt can be done by increasing the effectiveness of the collection, by optimizing the potential that exists and will continue to be exploring new revenue sources that allow it to be in potential tax collection or levy. This study aims to analyze the effect of government contribution of third party, Investment income the value of the vehicle and West Kalimantan Province. This research use secondary data (eries times) of year 2001 to 2010. To achieve the research objectives were used regression analysis model and followed by statistical and econometric testing. Result estimates of third party variable showing the negative effect, that mean if increment total contribution of third party occur will bring on contribution of third party reduction as big as 0,03. Should this variable have positive effect. But variables such third party contributions have a significant effect to local goverment original receipt. Regression estimation result indicate that the variable two-wheeled vehicles or more, have a positive effect but not significant effect on PAD. It means if there is an increase the number of two-wheeled vehicles or more, as much as one rupiah of revenue will decrease by 63,25 rupiah. Regression estimation result indicate that the variable four-wheeled vehicles or more, have a positive effect and significant effect on PAD. It means if there is an increase the number of four-wheeled vehicles or more, as much as one rupiah of revenue will increase by 6.952 rupiah. The estimation of regional investment variable shows a positive and significant influence if means increase in the amount of investment in the region will increase revenue by 42,66 rupiah.Key words : Local Goverment Original Receipt of West Kalimantan Province]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Telkomsel network operation kalbar abstract who have many devices BTS (Base Transceiver Station) require a software which can help an inventory of the devices its BTS. So as to make it easier for companies to list the devices contained in a BTS. The problem faced is how to provide information quickly and in a timely manner and has a high accuracy for generating reports on those devices. For it made a software inventory information system base stations serves as a tool to facilitate the company in the BTS-owned inventory.The research was conducted by examining objects and examine the weaknesses of the existing system, so finding the right solution to solve the existing problems. The method used is descriptive writer, which presents the data and explains what it is, by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The design of this software using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. Basically someone with CMS simply make setting up and managing the website content as you wish. There are so many outstanding CMS, as well as plugins to enhance the capabilities of the website, but the outstanding plugins also raises questions about data safety because the plugins are made by people who may have other interests against those who use artificial plugins.
