<![CDATA[BP3AKB is Women Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning. BP3AKB is a government agency that houses various issues of protection of women and children. Currently, government agencies are experiencing problems to records. Archive storage is done on BP3AKB still done manually, recording in ledgers and records physical form does not neatly arranged. This causes the data of incoming mail or outgoing mail lost and damaged, thus the researchers designed an archiving application that can solve basic problems that occur in BP3AKB. This application was designed using descriptive methods and techniques of data collection. In addition, researchers also makes system modeling using UML and editor Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as data storage. <![CDATA[Banking, especially commercial banks is at the core of the financial system of each country. The Bank is a financial institution that becomes a venue for companies, agencies - government and private entities, and individuals to save funds - funds. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (BBRI) and PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. (BMRI) are the two giant banking companies that excel and consistently dominate the banking industry in Indonesia, but in order to assess whether or not a bank is not only seen from the value of its assets, one of the tools that can be used to assess banks are financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparative financial performance. Bank Mandiri Tbk. with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. using financial ratios period 2011-2015.This study uses secondary data, in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 - 2015. Of the total financial performance analyzed include four ratios measured, namely EPS, PER, PBV and DER seen that the financial performance. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. dominates overall than PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Tests were performed using one-way ANOVA test can be partially seen that there are differences in the average financial performance of the two companies is based on PER. But simultaneously, the statistics on the test results of this study show the difference in financial performance between the two companies. These results indicate that the establishment of a portfolio consisting of both types of shares that will provide optimal results considering both these stocks have a different characteristic views of its financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology today is making changes to all aspects of life. Every second of it always us to see and feel its development, especially software that became the main focus. It also followed the development of hardware that is always also a supporting factor. Development of Internet technology that is faster and more users now become a leading-edge technology to deliver things, like send and retrieve media files or documents such as text, video, images, etc. The Internet is also used to convey information, exchange data, media communication between users worldwide. In this paper, the authors use the waterfall model to resolve the existing problems in the agency management team in terms of registration of new artists by applying several stages and procedures. Waterfall method has several steps to resolve the problem include the planning, analysis, design, implementation or application, testing and maintenance is expected to resolve the existing problems in the artist agency Management Team. <![CDATA[A Company is an organization that has a complexity of problems in managing the relationship between retailers and distributors to keep the process running smoothly distributing products. The problems that often occur in the distribution company is to determine the best route for delivering products to a number of retailers that will be visited. In the case of Traveling Salesman Problem, this study made some observations on Yakult Company in Pontianak. Based on observations, it is known that the distribution system is done simply. In other words, there is no strategy developed to make the process of distribution, so that in one distribution process not all retailers can be visited. This study discusses the Traveling Salesman Problem solving problems in product distribution company. Therefore, the ability of each college are manage the knowledges into its own power for the institution to be able compete in improving education in Indonesia. At the School of Theology Intercultural Knowledge Management System has been implemented by using a Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. Implementatio of knowledge management system based on time and place for the sharing limited knowledge of theology. The purpose of this study is determine how much the convenience Management of knowledge users sharing culture system in favor of the theology between teachers and students in the School of Theology Lintas Budaya Jakarta. The results showed "GOOD" that is in the interval 3,40- 4,19 with overall average result is 4.00. <![CDATA[Network security is currently a very important issue and continues to grow. Development of computer technology, besides causing many benefits also have many bad side. One of them is an attack on computer systems connected to the Internet. As a result of the attack, many computer systems or networks disrupted even be damaged. Given these problems, then as soon as possible we must immediately secure computer networks from attack. Untangle is a Linux distribution that is used as a regulator of tissue. Untangle is an open source first terintegerasi to deal with spam, spyware, viruses, adware, web-filtering and report. Based on Debian Linux with supporting JAVA applications. Untangle Server delivers the ease in securing, controlling and monitoring of computer networks. Ease is a technology that is needed to secure from threats such as viruses and spyware, web access and control over the availability of the report of the Untangle Server to perform a system analysis. Everything is packaged within an interface / GUI (Graphical User Interface).
