Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membuat beberapa pekerjaan bisa mudah dan cepat. Tidak hanya itu, perkembangan teknologi juga membuat pengolahan data lebih terstruktur dan mudah ditemukan bila dibutuhkan. Teknologi dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan dengan berbagai tema dan manfaat. Abstract

The automotive industry in Indonesia to date has been growing rapidly, it can be seen from the increasing volume of vehicles in Indonesia. Jakarta is a city with the highest rate of vehicle purchases in Indonesia today. And in this era of globalization have a vehicle for most of the community is important and a subject matter because it can help in the move, especially work. Besides the variety of choices of vehicles available, consumers are also exposed to many criteria that influence in determining the choice of vehicles, such as design, price, spare parts, cc vehicles, fuel and facilities or features that are on offer in the vehicle. And so we need a system to process these criteria into a infromasi required by consumers. Abstract

ABSTRACTPT Akcaya Utama Press is a company concentrates on the field of mass media especially printed media with its product namely Pontianak Post where in running the bussiness process it has not yet fully applied the use of IS/IT in the company, although as we recognize today or in the future there is the need of IS/IT to develop company business. Based on this reason, in this thesis the writer plans information system strategy and information technology that can be applied by the company in order to give the profit for the company if it is applied in the future. The method used in this thesis is Ward and Peppard method as the writer’s frame of thinking while as the analysis the writer uses some analysis techniques such as SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, KPI, McFarlan Strategic Grid, Five Force porter and Pest Analysis which based on these the writer’s analyses result in several strategies whether in the form of System, technology, or information management which is applied into an application portofolio which later will be proposed to PT Akcaya Utama Press and it will be provided that if this strategy will be applied it will increase the company’s competitive excellence as the biggest printed media in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.Keywords: IS/IT Strategy Plan, Ward and Peppard, Application Portofolio

Abstract

ABSTRAKSIPada Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat proses kenaikan gaji berkala sering terjadi keterlambatan dikarenakan proses kegiatan administrasi ini dilaksanakan dalam tenggang waktu dua tahun sekali. Selian itu penyimpanan data masih dilakukan dengan cara sederhana menggunakan Microsoft Word yang mempersulit dalam memproses kenaikan gaji berkala. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan aplikasi yang bisa membantu dalam memproses kenaikan gaji berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu peningkatan efesiensi waktu dalam memproses dokumen kenaikan gaji berkala. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dan teknik pengumpulan data, yakni observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode waterfall untuk menganalisa dan merancang sistem yang dibutuhkan oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Pembangunan Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk dua level, yakni admin dan pengguna (bendahara dan kasubbag TU). Diharapkan Aplikasi ini dapat membuat proses Kenaikan Gaji Berkala lebih baik dari sistem yang sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Administrasi Kenaikan Gaji, Web ABSTRACTAt the Office of West Kalimantan Provincial Disaster Management Agency periodic salary increase process is often delayed due to the administrative process is carried out within a grace period of two years. Selian's data storage is still done in a simple way using Microsoft Word which complicates the processing of periodic payrolls. Therefore, it takes an application that can assist in processing periodic payrolls. This study aims to produce an application that can help increase the efficiency of time in processing documents periodic salary increase. The methodology used in this research is waterfall as a method of software development and data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and literature study. Waterfall method to analyze and design the system needed by West Kalimantan Provincial Disaster Management Agency. Development This app is designed for two levels, namely admin and user (treasurer and sub-head of TU). Abstract

E-learning is a teaching method that uses electronic media (internet) either formally or informally. Elektronic Learning or better known as E-learning is one of the means used to carry out the teaching and learning process. In the E-learning method using electronic media, especially the Internet as a learning system, as well as the foundation and the logical consequence of the development of information and communication technology. With e-learning students can learn anytime and anywhere without being obstructed time and place, because E-learning provides the flexibility, interactivity, speed, visualization through the various advantages of each medium. In manufacturing method Software Development which is the waterfall model. linear sequential model life or groove classic waterfall model provides a workflow approach to software life or ordered sequential manner starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing and support phases. With e-learning can increase the quantity of interaction between the learning activities of teachers and students, because it is not constrained by a tight time schedule, so that students can make learning anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether the quality of products , attractiveness advertising influences interest of consumers purchasing products indomie in bekasi .The problems have been identified that the purchase of products applied with need or purposes , especially in the area that is learned. To know the interest of interest buy indomie held a hypothesis about the influence of product quality and attractiveness advertising .A factor that affects interest buy on the writing of this restricted with two variables affecting purchasing interest namely product quality and attractiveness iklani .For the purposes of research sample taken 100 consumers indomie that has been selected in the area that is learned .This research using regression technique used to analyze data , and spss was also used in analyzed data. The method used was quantitative. Used to examine the population or certain sample.Of the sample done by means of random, the collection of data and the use of a particular, research analysis of quantitative data and statistics which aims to test the hypothesis that has been decided.The result indicates that it is good enough and the variables of product quality and power tariki ad shows a significant and positive effect on interest to buy products indomie.Keywords: quality of product, advertising appeal, willingness to buy.

Abstract

Internet increasing is also exponentially increasing intrusion or attacks by crackers exploit vulnerabilitiesin Internet protocols, operating systems and software applications. Intrusion or attacks against computernet works, especially the Internet has increased from year to year. Intrusion detection systems into the main stream in the information security. The main purpose of intrusion detection system is a computer system to help deal with the attack. This study presents k-nearest neigbour algorithm to detect computer network intrusions. Performance is measured based on the level of accuracy, sensitivity, precision and spesificity. Dataset used in this study is a dataset KDD99 intrusion detection system. Dataset is composed of two training data and testing data. From the experimental results obtained by the accuracy of k-nearest neigbour algoritm is about 79,36%.Keyword: k-nearest neigbour, intrusion detection

Abstract

Research on Oil Palm Gatherers In West Kalimantan, which aims to analyze the company's business areas, making the information to make strategic enterprise information systems become more effective and efficient and can compete with its peers. In this study, using a form of case study and the methods used in this study was Ward and Peppard. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis tools that I use in getting internal and external analysis of the company is a SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Analysis Porter's Five Competitive Power. Results obtained from strategic planning of information systems in Palm Oil Gatherer In West Kalimantan produces useful information system to integrate information on internal and external processes, so that the working procedure becomes easier, focused, clear, and information can be obtained more quickly, precise and accurate. Abstract

Pemberian pinjaman kepada anggota merupakan salah satu kegiatan utama yang berlangsung dalam sebuah organisasi koperasi. Dalam perkembangan pesat saat ini, banyak koperasi memiliki kontrol yang kurang dalam aplikasi pinjaman masuk. Sehingga risiko pembayaran kredit macet menjadi sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan layak atau tidaknya anggota mendapat pinjaman dengan kriteria penilaian pertama sehingga keputusan didasarkan pada penilaian yang obyektif. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan adalah TOPSIS (Preferensi Order Teknik dengan Kesamaan Dengan Solusi Ideal). Metode TOPSIS mampu memilih masing-masing alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan untuk mendapatkan alternatif terbaik, dalam hal ini alternatifnya dimaksudkan agar setiap anggota koperasi yang mengajukan pinjaman. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu menentukan kelayakan anggota koperasi untuk mendapatkan pinjaman berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh masing-masing alternatif.Kata kunci: metode TOPSIS, kredit macet, kredit koperasi, SPK

Abstract

PT. Telkomsel network operation kalbar abstract who have many devices BTS (Base Transceiver Station) require a software which can help an inventory of the devices its BTS. So as to make it easier for companies to list the devices contained in a BTS. The problem faced is how to provide information quickly and in a timely manner and has a high accuracy for generating reports on those devices. For it made a software inventory information system base stations serves as a tool to facilitate the company in the BTS-owned inventory.The research was conducted by examining objects and examine the weaknesses of the existing system, so finding the right solution to solve the existing problems. The method used is descriptive writer, which presents the data and explains what it is, by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The design of this software using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. Software design results can be used to facilitate the inventory of BTS - BTS owned and improve the accuracy of reports generated.Key words: inventory, design, software
