<![CDATA[This study discusses the influence between service quality and image of student satisfaction in Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak. More specifically, the objectives of this study were 1) To determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 2) To determine the effect of imagery on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 3) To determine the effect of service quality and image of the Midwifery Academy student satisfaction Aisyiyah Pontianak.The population in this study are all active students of the Academy of Midwifery Aisyiyah Pontianak, amounting to 422 people. The samples using stratified random sampling method Proportionated. Withdrawal number of samples using the formula Slovin and samples obtained in this study as many as 81 people. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis with the application of statistical software Special Package for Science (SPSS) version 17.0. The results showed that: 1) The quality of service and a significant positive effect on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 2) image is positive but not significant effect on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 3) quality of service and image (simultaneously) and the positive effect exhibited significantly to student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, amounting to 51.3% which means that the quality of service and the image has a significant effect on satisfaction. And the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other factors not addressed in this study.Keywords: Quality of Service, Image and Satisfaction]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Content Management System (CMS) as an application that can help someone less possess technical expertise in making the website to make the website easy and practical. Basically someone with CMS simply make setting up and managing the website content as you wish. There are so many outstanding CMS, as well as plugins to enhance the capabilities of the website, but the outstanding plugins also raises questions about data safety because the plugins are made by people who may have other interests against those who use artificial plugins. Another problem arises is on developing the ability of CMS would have to master the flow of CMS rules. Problems can be solved when building CMS independently. Development of CMS in this study using techniques Model View Controller (MVC) to classify the database encoding, display and logic control applications in order to facilitate the further development of the pattern that has been established.Key words: CMS, website, model view controller]]>

<![CDATA[The application of current knowledge management system is needed in every aspect, especially on education. Therefore, the ability of each college are manage the knowledges into its own power for the institution to be able compete in improving education in Indonesia. At the School of Theology Intercultural Knowledge Management System has been implemented by using a Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. Implementatio of knowledge management system based on time and place for the sharing limited knowledge of theology. The purpose of this study is determine how much the convenience Management of knowledge users sharing culture system in favor of the theology between teachers and students in the School of Theology Lintas Budaya Jakarta. The results showed "GOOD" that is in the interval 3,40- 4,19 with overall average result is 4.00. <![CDATA[Currently developing information systems development, which is a common, if Library has also adopted a separate information system to facilitate members of the library. libraries typically functioned by visitors as a medium to find references and information. Problem often encountered is that many libraries that have not implemented an integrated information system accessible to library members or prospective members of the library. With a library information system computerization it will provide convenience to the members of the library for reference and obtain the necessary information. This study aims to analyze and design a computerized library system and examine performance-based library information system. In the field of education, information system is the most important thing in winning the competition, given that information is a strategic asset. In modern times such as the current IT planning is necessary in order to provide harmonized support (support and alignment) to strategic planning. The role of IT in supporting the achievement of the strategic planning strategies may be necessary to find a solution to the GAP between the IS / IT which has been owned by the supposedly exist. The application of information technology systems would be beneficial if the application in accordance with the objectives, vision and mission of the company to establish the strategy of information technology systems are aligned with business strategy.Talino High School is a private high school that is moving under the Housing Foundation (General Education) in which this school is not implementing the IS / IT. For the planning of the IS / IT needed to support the primary activities and support activities at the school.Form of strategic planning of IS / IT to be discussed in the research that will be done is to use the methodology and Peppard ward , with the input of the internal environment of business analysis , business analysis of the external environment , environmental analysis / IT internal environmental analysis / IT external. <![CDATA[Merancang suatu program aplikasi tentunya membutuhkan suatu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang khusus untuk membantu selama proses pengerjaan. Secara keseluruhan teknologi informasi menjadikan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak bagian terpenting untuk pengembangan teknologi informasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak pun menjadi semakin pesat perkembangannya. Sesuai dengan kebutuhan, perkembangan metode tersebut menjadi unsur penting dalam perkembangan tingkat kebutuhan teknologi informasi. Salah satu bentuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang berkembang saat ini adalah metode agile. Dan salah satu dari metode agile adalah XP (Extreme Programming). XP adalah sebuah pendekatan atau model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mencoba menyederhanakan berbagai tahapan dalam proses pengembangan tersebut sehingga menjadi lebih adaptif dan fleksibel. Tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilalui dengan XP yaitu, tahapan eksplorasi, perencanaan, iterasi pengembangan sistem, dan tahap produksi akhir. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan metodologi XP digunakan untuk melakukan perancangan pada sebuah aplikasi E-commerce berbasis M-commerce dalam penjualan buku. Metode ini mendukung pola pengembangan yang iteratif dan inkremental sehingga proses pengembangan dapat dilakukan lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat mengakomodasi adanya umpan balik maupun perubahan kebutuhan dari klien yang terkait dengan fungsi-fungsi pada aplikasi.Kata kunci : XP (Extreme Programming), E-commerce berbasis M-Commerce]]>
