Abstract

Sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat pada LPPM Akademik Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) adalah suatu sistem yang berbasis web, yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan dan sekaligus mengorganisir data-data penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dan telah dilakukan oleh dosen di lingkungan Akademik BSI. Pada saat ini data-data penelitian maupun pengabdian masih dikelola secara manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft excel maupun word, dan pengiriman dokumen melalui surat elektronik (email). Dengan adanya sistem informasi LPPM berbasis web, maka informasi mengenai pelaksanaan, dokumentasi maupun pengajuan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat dapat bersinergi dengan berkesinambungan sehingga pelaporan terhadap kedua kegiatan tersebut tidak terhambat dan mampu meningkatkan kinerja penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen serta yang paling penting adalah informasi-informasi dari luar (eksternal) kampus BSI yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat lebih keterkinian (up to date). Sistem informasi yang dibuat oleh penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan menggunakan metode Siklus HidupPengembangan Sistem (System Development Life Cylce). Metode SDLC menggunakan pendekatan sistem yang disebut pendektan air terjun (waterfall approach), yang menggunkan tahapan pengembangan system yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian sistem dan tahap pendukung (maintenance). Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Web, LPPM, metode waterfall

Abstract

Abstract— Information is a very important thing in life so that everyone is working to be able to access information quickly. The advent of the technological development that is the internet is becoming a necessity inseparable in life. We need the internet to communicate and to access information and to disseminate information to everyone. With the increasing use of the internet growing so rapidly, so the current information exchange can occur within seconds one of them through the innovation in social interaction that is social media. Social media today are not just simply to communicate and establish relationships with new people but also as a means of information dissemination. Social media is very easy to use as a means of dissemination of information in all fields such as bussiness, tourism, health, religion, and politics. However, in communicating or disseminating information through social media should be careful, because the Government has passed a law on Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE). UU ITE regulating various legal protection over activities that utilize the internet as a medium, good deals as well as the utilization of the information. Keywords:Social Media, Dissemination of Information, UU ITEAbstrak – Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehingga setiap orang berupaya untuk dapat mengakses informasi dengan cepat. Kita membutuhkan internet untuk berkomunikasi dan mengakses informasi serta untuk menyebarkan informasi kepada semua orang. Dengan makin berkembangnya penggunaan internet yang demikian pesat, maka arus pertukaran informasi dapat terjadi dalam hitungan detik salah satunya melalui inovasi dalam interaksi sosial yaitu media sosial. Media sosial saat ini tidak hanya sekedar untuk berkomunikasi dan menjalin hubungan dengan orang-orang baru tetapi juga sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi. Media sosial sangat mudah digunakan sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi di semua bidang. Di penulisan ini hanya membahas beberapa bidang saja seperti bidang pendidikan, bisnis, pariwisata, kesehatan, keagamaan, dan politik. Namun, dalam berkomunikasi maupun menyebarkan informasi melalui media sosial harus berhati-hati, karena pemerintah telah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). UU ITE mengatur berbagai perlindungan hukum atas kegiatan yang memanfaatkan internet sebagai medianya, baik transaksi maupun pemanfaatan informasinya.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Penyebaran Informasi, UU ITE

diversity of knowledge that can be used as a valuable asset to the company. With so many events that have been conducted, it should be able to carry out PCM event better than the previous event. However, the lack of documentation of knowledge of the results of the implementation of the event resulted in the same error in the implementation of the next event. This is because there is no proper management of knowledge that has been owned by the company that it can not be used as a reference study for the implementation of the next event. The purpose of this study is to provide a means of documentation and implementation of event knowledge storage well that employees and companies that can be easily accessed and distributed to all employees. This type of research is descriptive. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and documentation. System design method used is the 10-Step of KM Road Map. The results of this study is a prototype application knowledge management system (KMS) in which there are features that are needed in the process of knowledge sharing in PCM.

Abstract

Store Fahmi Accessories Jakarta is a shop that serves the sale of various kinds of accessores. Adaptable web information systems can be the most efficient means of promotion and information resources that can be beneficial to users. And of course in a web-based information systems can be provided for the sale of online-based (e-commerce). The purpose of this system design is to develop information systems, web-based online sales and provide a variety of information about the Shope Fahmi Accessories Jakarta and simplify the admin to manage the order data and make periodic reports according to the existing transaction data. The program is also designed to facilitate customers in the buying process online that can be done within 24 hours and as a promotional strategy to increase sales volume at the Shop Fahmi Accessories Jakarta. The research method used is the analysis of research and data collection . The results of this study resulted in the system design online Accessories Sales. The system is designed using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the processing of existing data on this system. And a virtual server using the APPServ web browser to display the system information of this sale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning media toward English language proficiency. The method used in the study is an experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. The technique used to analyze the data in this study is the technique of analysis of variance (ANOVA) 2 lanes at significance level α = 0.05 and α = 0.01. If the analysis is found in the interaction, then followed by Tuckey test. Normality test conducted using the test Liliefors, while the homogeneity test using Bartlett's test with a confidence level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there were differences between the groups of English learning students learn to use digital games and movies for Fh (k) = 8,130 to Ft (0,05) = 4:04 (Fh (k)> Ft), then there is an interaction effect between English language learning with digital games and movies for Fh (bxk) = 26 168, with Ft (0,05) = 4:04 (Fh (k)> Ft), there are differences in English proficiency among students studying with digital games and learning with film on the group of students who have high motivation because the Q value of count is 9617, with Q table at significant level 5% the amount was 2.86, and that there was no difference between the English skills of students studying with digital games and learning with the film on group of students who have low motivation for the Q value of count is 0839 with the Q table at significant level of 5% was 2.86 magnitude. Keyword: English Language,  Learning Motivation, Learning Digital Media

Abstract

Abstract - Increasing the role of IT as an enabler in the field of business is directly proportional to the increase in investment that accompanied the big increase in expenses. Indicators of success of IT service excellence that is available, reliable and accurate is expected to realize the company's objectives in providing services to the end user in accordance with the ITIL V3 framework. As a company oriented to the customer, the service's performance is affected by the IT processes that exist, This study aims to improve IT services in the Department of Technical Service and Helpdesk Support according to the CSI survey results that do not meet the company's target. To measure the maturity of the process of survey of IT processes and perform gap analysis using the fishbone diagram and map the processes using ITIL V3 framework. The results of this study of activity on IT services, service desk activities and KPI proposed for department Technical Service and Helpdesk Support. Keywords: IT Services, CSI, ITIL V3 2011, KPI Abstrak-Peningkatan peran TI sebagai enabler dalam bidang bisnis berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan investasi yang diiringi peningkatan pengeluaran biaya yang besar.  Indikator  keberhasilan layanan TI yang prima yaitu available, handal dan akurat diharapkan dapat mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan dalam memberikan layanan kepada end user sesuai dengan kerangka kerja ITIL V3 2011. Sebagai perusahaan yang berorientasi kepada pelangan, kinerja layanan dipengaruhi oleh proses-proses TI yang ada saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan TI di Departemen Technical Service and Helpdesk Support sesuai dengan hasil survey CSI yang belum memenuhi target perusahaan. Untuk mengukur kematangan proses dilakukan survey proses TI dan melakukan gap analisis menggunakan fishbone diagram serta memetakan kondisi proses menggunakan kerangka kerja ITIL V3 2011. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi aktivitas layanan TI, aktivitas service desk dan rekomndasi KPI untuk departemen Technical Service and Helpdesk Support. Kata kunci: Layanan TI, CSI, ITIL V3 2011, KPI

Abstract

Queuing problems often occur in everyday life, for example on ticket purchasing, car servicing and delivery of goods, etc. This problem will certainly make customers become boring by long queues that can not be solved by companies and they look for other companies which offers better service. Certainly it could make the income decrease. This study aims to solve queuing problems that occur in most of daily activity. Therefore the research can be expected, service companies can provide better services without increasing facility cost in the future. This will create satisfied customers using the company service and they can be loyal because of the faster service. The research was conducted by analyzing the queuing system then when results found after a simulation is done by altering the queue system before, becomes a better system that can reduce the average waiting time in queue and improve the company's service. The results showed that the previous queuing system is a single channel single phase. By the simulation through multi-channel single-phase system and adds of 2 or 3 servers, found the most optimal server utilization is 2 servers. This system can reduce average time in queue which was originally 25 minutes to 1,8 minutes with utility rates 90% .

Abstract

Peralatan pendukung yg dibutuhkan untuk perancangan sistem diantaranya adalah : Diagram Alir Data (DAD atau Data Flow Diagram/DFD), Kamus data (Data Dictionary),  Normalisasi dan Pengkodean atau pengggunaan struktur kode. Pada penulisan ini akan dibahas mengenai hubungan antara peralatan pendukung dalam perancangan sistem dengan mengambil satu contoh sistem pengolahan data order pakaian berbasis komputer pada binatu ”KSH” dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sejauh mana hubungan antara peralatan pendukung seperti DAD, Kamus data, Normalisasi dan pengkodean, dalam perancangan sistem. Selama ini diketahui bahwa hubungan antara DAD dengan kamus data dilihat berdasarkan dokumen yang mengalir pada DAD yang dijadikan sumber dalam pembuatan kamus data. Sedangkan hubungan antara DAD, Kamus data dengan normalisasi adalah bahwa normalisasi dibentuk berdasarkan dokumen output yang terdapat pada DAD maupun kamus data. Untuk pengkodean, struktur kode yang dibentuk dilihat berdasarkan kunci-kunci yang terdapat pada normalisasi.

Abstract

The Internet is a very important need for people who have busy, both employers, workers andStudents. See developments, XL provides a diverse selection of Internet packages to customers,one of which is XL HotRod 3G+ Packages. It offered at affordable prices to its customers with thebonus quota and high speeds access. Surfing on the Internet use XL’s fastest 3G network andstable (XL, 2013). The purpose of this paper to assess whether any type of internet package XLHotRod 3G+ is efficient for its customers related to the price offered by the total quota, the activeperiod and speed of access. Researchers assess the relative efficiency assessment package withData Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The result obstained, ie there are 3 (three) typesinternet package that have not been efficient from 6 (six) package in XL HotRod 3G+.Keywords: Efficiency, Internet Packages, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)
