Abstract

Administration information system is a system used to process data and process data master administration activities involving between teachers, administration pembimas Catholics and other staffing attribute data. Information systems administration data administration process activities teacher teachers do good teachers data processing concerning the completeness of documents, certifying teachers, retirement, and history of teacher education in the daily administrative operations of the Catholic teacher pembimas. The utilization of information technology in the Ministry of religion, especially in the Catholic religion teacher data processing this is indispensable in order for the management of the whole area of Jakarta teacher data is more effective and efficient. One of the areas that need to be handled more carefully is the teacher data region DKI Jakarta. Management in the field of Administration will be more effective and efficient use of technology helped by having the information, i.e. by using the Administration information systems Gurus. Based on preliminary interviews with the employees Pembimas Catholic writer Regional Ministry of Religious Province DKI Jakarta teachers, data processing was done with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. The purpose of this research is to design and build information systems data processing administrative teachers to facilitate users in the process data master, see to what extent the application of User Centered Design approach on the application administration teacher who built, finding the limitations that exist on the application administration of teachers, especially in terms of existing concepts in User Centered Design and provide recommendations of design teacher-based administration application is multi-user. Test results and analysis to resolve the problems relating to the processing of data administration teacher, this system makes the data become more integrated, so that redundancies can be avoided and the data to be more accurate.

Abstract

Teachers are "professional educators with the primary task of educating, evaluating, guiding, directing, train, assess, and evaluate students on early childhood education formal education, primary education and secondary education. Performance appraisals of teachers conducted every month, and for the purpose of providing awards to teachers who have good work performance is in the form of bonuses and certain points and can be used for reference when the leadership will promote teachers to the specific position. Qualitative assessment of the employee's performance or teacher led assessments become uncertain, and the rules of the performance appraisal variables that can not be defined and thus require a method that can learn about the patterns of employee performance appraisal. Abstract

Abstract―Application Meter Reading is an android-based application that PDAM uses to accelerate and minimize errors that customers often complain about. This study aims to analyze the effect of using android-based meter reading applications on customer satisfaction in PDAM TKR Tigaraksa Branch. The method used is descriptive verifikatif, with the intent to find the influence between independent variables with dependent variable. The sampling technique used in the study was analyzed by regression and correlation. Based on the research results obtained correlation coefficient = 0.100 which means that this value is very low and unidirectional category. If the application of meter reading is good then customer satisfaction will increase. Based on hypothesis test results where tcount (= 0.996) <ttabel (= 1,661)  it can be interpreted that the application of meter reading does not affect customer satisfaction in PDAM TKR Tigaraksa Branch.

Abstract

The loan is the delivery of goods, services, or money from one party (the creditor / lender) on thebasis of trust in the other party (customer or debtor / borrower) to the appointment of a receiver topay credit to the lender on the date agreed upon by both parties. Research each loan application ishighly dependent on factors such as type of business, the economy, the intended use of the credit,the amount of credit that do not kredit.Analisa carefully and thoroughly resulted in someborrowers who have no credit given the ability to make payments so that there was nonperforming loans. In this study, using the method of C4.5 algorithm, which was applied to the data members Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises "Ceger Jaya" that get good credit loans are problematic in the installment payment or not. From the test results to measure the performance ofthe algorithm testing using Cross Validation, Confusion Matrix and the ROC curve, it is known that the C4.5 algorithm has the highest accuracy value, which is 90.67 which is very good classification.Keywords: C 4.5, Credit Analysis, Decision Tree.

Abstract

Company as an organization has a number of objectives to be achieved. That's why human resources is the most important asset in the company. In order to improve employee performance measurement needs to be done to obtain an assessment of the employee. Job satisfaction has a large potential effect on job performance, counterproductive behaviors, work absentee rates, turnover, employee stress levels and physical and psychological health of both workers. Therefore required the measurement of employee performance to a balance between satisfaction and employee performance for each employee who is satisfied is expected to work at optimum level so that the objectives of the company's performance can be achieved. This study aims to measure employee satisfaction and determine the factors that cause job satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the conduct of employees rating and for measuring the performance of employees on the factors that support the success of the company's goals to be achieved and the level of significance of factor- factors affecting success in measuring employee performance. The instrument is used to make a list of questions and questionnaires. To measure employee satisfaction and determine the factors that cause job satisfaction or dissatisfaction of employees based on the dimensions of the work according to Herzberg's theory using the method / scoring with a Likert scale. Questions and questionnaires were dibuatdalam company's web. The answer to that question can use text and emoticons as a depiction of emotions from the answerer. Each employee is entitled to vote emoticons on each question so there will be feedback between employees and management through the emoticons. Keyword : emoticon, job satisfaction

Abstract

The cooperative is one of the pillars of the economy of Indonesia. This has supported a variety of facts and data that mention that Indonesia's economy is still dominated by sectors with low productivity, such as agriculture, trade and industry. There are also cooperative activities in sales, purchasing and processing of financial data. Activities related to the recording of incoming cash often known with the receipt of cash. Cash receipt data processing over the sale of the Koperasi Pegawai  Republik  Indonesia (KPRI) Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor is still done manually. This causes problems such as the delay in the making of reports each month. And the existing notes in the book could be lost because it could not be backed up. KPRI Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor is a co-operative which has great expectations in order for koperasinya to be more evolved than today. The need for the development of a system of manual systems into a computerized system for applied KPRI Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor. So that it can complete the nurturing faced at this time and can help the performance of the employee in performing the activities data processing data processing, particularly in the acceptance of cash over the sales. The author tried to give a recommendation in the form of the proposed design of the computerized system that is better than running at KPRI Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor by using the programming language Visual Basic.net.  The method waterfall authors choose to help resolve existing problems on KPRI Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor

Abstract

The development of software house have impact to the increment of software productivity circulating in the community, but the quality of software currently available is still questionable whether the software meet quality standards or not. White-box testing is a test that can be used to examine the internal structure of the program that access to the source code and can be done atany time in the software development cycle, so that the mistakes of the unwanted programs can be improved and can be a qualified software product. This research aimed to test the software using white box testing approach that can be used to find an unexpected error in the software are built. The research method in this research is the study of literature and experimental by testing theinternal structure of the software that include control flow testing, branch testing, basis path testing, data flow testing, and loop testing. By doing white box testing, the improvement of the software can be done at any time and can produce qualified software.Keywords: software testing, white box testing, software quality.

Abstract

One application of the use of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) is established between the ease of personnel in a large environment. Current technology used for the VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal), which uses satellites. However, the technology is quite expensive operating costs so that the use of this technology requires a high cost. Therefore, alternative technologies are relatively inexpensive and reliable is the Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) using 802.11b / g WiFi or 802.16a/e WiMAX.Keywords: Broadband Wireless Access, QoS management, 802.11b / g WiFi, 802.16a / e WiMAX.

Abstract

Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) campus has an academic information system which is used as a working tool for the staffs at the Bureau for Academic Administration and Student Affair (BAAK). The use of this system requires a particular skill from each staff which is influenced by the technical competency of each user. So far, the problem which occurs concerning the system is that it has not been utilized maximally by the staffs of BAAK in their efforts on providing precise and fast services to all academicians of Bina Sarana Informatika. In this paper, the writer studies on whether there is correlation between the academic information system and technical competency of the system users towards the staffs’ working effectiveness at BAAK BSI. This research uses two independent variables and one dependent variable. The study is carried out at BAAK BSI with population and samples are the whole staffs at BAAK BSI at about 40 people. The instrument used for this study is linkert scale questionnaire, of which validity and reliability has been tested using Chi Square (c2) to see whether or not the data distribution is normal. To test the hypothesis, the writer uses simple linier regression analysis with two variables to test the first and second research hypotheses. To test the third research hypothesis, the writer uses multiple linier regression analysis. All research data is also tested using multy-colinierity and autocorrelation. The purpose of this study is to find out how great is the effect of academic information system towards staffs working effectiveness; the technical competency towards staffs working effectiveness; and academic information system and technical competency towards staffs working effectiveness. Keywords: academic information system, working effectiveness, technical competency

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem that has gained much attention from researchers in the field of computer science and mathematics. Many algorithms have been introduced to solve this TSP problem. The solution to be obtained is the optimal solution in the sense of getting the shortest route that can be used to visit all points once only then back to the starting point of the journey. This paper discusses the application of one of the algorithms to obtain solutions for TSP problems, ie Nearest Neighbors (NN) algorithm. The application of the NN algorithm to solve TSP problems proved to be efficient even though there is no guarantee that the solution provided is the most optimal solution.
