Abstract

In this research, the algorithm used to compress images is using the haar wavelet transformation method and the discrete wavelet transform algorithm. The image compression based on Wavelet Wavelet transform uses a calculation system with decomposition with row direction and decomposition with column direction. While discrete wavelet transform-based image compression, the size of the compressed image produced will be more optimal because some information that is not so useful, not so felt, and not so seen by humans will be eliminated so that humans still assume that the data can still be used even though it is compressed. The data used are data taken directly, so the test results are obtained that digital image compression based on Wavelet Wavelet Transformation gets a compression ratio of 41%, while the discrete wavelet transform reaches 29.5%. Based on research problems regarding the efficiency of storage media, it can be concluded that the right algorithm to choose is the Haar Wavelet transformation algorithm. To improve compression results it is recommended to use wavelet transforms other than haar, such as daubechies, symlets, and so on.

Abstract

Business is an interpersonal and organizational activity that involves the process of selling, purchasing both goods and services with the aim of making a profit. But to get a large profit, it takes many partners who have a high desire to move forward. Information technology provides services for business people so that media information is available as a sign of obstacles. In addition it is necessary to do modeling where the process of communication between businesses running on information technology has a different profit from the business being run. Thus the union has the principle of kinship and has the principle of profitability divided by the amount of contribution given so that the creation of a model in electronic business (e-business) in the hope of having a family principle that is able to provide special profits for businesses other than the profits that run on certain businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of air pollution determined by pollutant gases contained in the air. Pollutants that measure air pollution are PM10 (Special Material), SO2 (Sulfur), NO2 (Nitrogen Oxide), CO (Carbon Monoxide, O3 (Ozone), and NO2 (Nitrogen Oxide), which are related to vehicle use and, according to the choice this pollutant threshold, we will discuss the level of air pollution with the fuzzy mamdani inference method. The results of the pollutant threshold study will then be applied to the rules / rules that are applied using the if-then rules and then the input variables are arranged using weighted averages, variable averages weighted will be determined higher into three levels: low, medium and high.Keywords Decision Tree, Feature Selection, Optimization of Lecturer Assistant Performance, Particle Swarm Optimization.

Abstract

Nowadays, climbing mountains has become a lifestyle for young people. Outdoor industries that produceclothing, bags and sports shoes participate in developing and following the desires of the market. Eachcompany in producing its products has a special brand. Shop Pos 1 is one of the shops that sell variousclimbing equipment commonly used by climbers to climb mountains. In addition, Pos 1 stores also find itdifficult to get updated information about the level of sales per period. Therefore, we need a decision support systems and methods that can be used to determine business strategies that can provide efficientand effective information, namely data mining using a priori technology association methods. The authorchooses mountain bag products only as research material by selecting brands, completing Avtech, Consina,Co-tracks, Cozmed, Eiger, Forester, Rei, Loss. In analyzing the data, the writer uses a priori algorithmcalculation by testing the hypothesis of two variables between the value of support and the value of trust.After that, a priori algorithm is calculated using Tanagra. Based on analysis conducted by the author, theoperator most preferred by climbers is Avtech, Consina, Cozmed. From these results, it can be used by Pos 1to prepare brand inventory of mountain bag products that are widely bought by buyers and increasebrand inventory.Keywords: Bag Brand, Data Mining, apriori algorithm.

Abstract

During the rainy season, several regions in Indonesia experienced floods even to the capital of Indonesia also flooded. Some of the causes are the high intensity of continuous rain, clogged or non-smooth drainage, high tides to accommodate the flow of water from rivers, other causes such as forest destruction, shallow and full of garbage and other causes. Every flood disaster comes, often harming the residents who experience it. The late anticipation from the community and the absence of an early warning system or information that indicates that there will be a flood so that the community is not prepared to face floods that cause a lot of losses. Therefore it is necessary to have a detection system to provide early warning if floods will occur, this is very important to prevent material losses from flooded residents. From this problem the researchers designed an internet-based flood detection System of Things (IoT). This tool can later be controlled via a smartphone remotely and can send messages Telegram messenger to citizens if the detector detects a flood will occur.Keywords: Flooding, Smartphone, Telegram messenger, Internet of Thing (IoT).

Abstract

One of moving object problems is the incomplete data that acquired by Geo-tracking technology. This phenomenon can be found in aircraft ground-based tracking with data loss come near to 5 minutes. It needs path smoothing process to complete the data. One solution of path smoothing is using physics of motion, while this research performs path smoothing process using machine learning algorithm that is Support Vector Regression (SVR). This study will optimize the SVR configuration parameters such as kernel, common, gamma, epsilon and degree. Support Vector Regression will predict value of the data lost from aircraft tracking data. We use combination of mean absolute error (MAE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) to get more accuracy. MAE will explain the average value of error that occurs, while MAPE will explain the error percentage to the data. In the experiment, the best error value MAE 0.52 and MAPE 2.07, which means error data ± 0.52, this is equal to 2.07% of the overall data value.Keywords: Moving Object, Path Smoothing, Support Vector Regression, MAE

Abstract

Terrorist attacks are now being global issue both in developing and developed countries. There are more than 180,000 terrorist attacks in 1970-2017. Indonesia is one of the countries attacked by terorist. Bombings and firearms cause fatalities. Classification of terorist attacks can be performed based on either the attack succed or not. Succed attack is defined as an unavoided action that caused fatalities. There are seven attributes studied in this paper: year, month, attack type, terorist name, target attack, city, and weapon type uses to attack. Evaluations shows that k-NN classiefier exerts the highest accuracy of 90.79%, followed by naïve bayes 80.45%, and C4.5 of 88.825%.Keywords: Indonesia Terrorist, Classification Algorithm, Terorist Algorithm Classification.

Abstract

The definite integral is one of the subjects that is difficult for students to understand because the process of calculating definite integral of functions is quite complicated and long because it requires mastery of some integrating rules so an interactive learning simulation application is needed to make it easier for students to calculate definite integral of functions and the depiction of the area the curve. One method for calculating definite integrals is the trapezoid method. The trapezoid method works by dividing the boundary into 2 intervals namely x = x0 to x = x1. Simulation media application learning will be designed with the VB.Net programming language. This simulation media learning starts with reading and checking data input. The process is continued by displaying the depiction of the input curve and ending with calculating the area of the curve. Simulation media learning provides a facility to store the input data, the results of the calculation of the area and the image of the curve function in the image format of * .bmp. In this media, the media and material expert’s the results of the average are produced by 88.68% included into media category is very valid media and the results of pre-test and post-test trials showed an increase with an average value of 48.3 for pre-test and 87 for the post-test of the passing grade requirement of 70.Keywords: Definite Integral, Trapezoid Method,VB.Net, Media Validation.

Abstract

The author designed an object oriented programming based sales application using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, logical record structures, and user interfaces. The design of this information system is expected to produce sales application programs ranging from customer data input, input data of goods, input of sales orders, print out of travel documents, print invoices, cash receipts input, print payment receipts to print reports so that sales applications can have a positive impact on the course of business which is built, reducing duplicated functions, and errors caused by human errors. With the design of a sales application, the problems that exist in the manual system can be resolved such as the system will not receive incomplete data, the system can make automatic numbering, and minimize errors that occur due to humans (human error), reduce the amount of paper usage, report generation can done easily and quickly because the data is processed by the system.Keywords: Design, Sales, Object Oriented Programming.

Abstract

Implementation of Augmented Reality for Earth Layer Structure on Android Based as A Learning Media isa research that aims to help in presenting material to Elementary School children. The research methodchosen in the completion of this study uses the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) witha data collecting method using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) built one construct with threedimensions of user assessment level of technology acceptance to support the basis of questionnaire design.AR design supported by 3D models, in order to be able to support the details of each explanation of thematerial contained, thus helping users to understand the material and ease of interaction on the media.The final result obtained in this research is that the application is stated to be able to help the school, it is used as a media display in the classroom so students do not need to imagine themselves, but simply byusing learning media is able to present the material to students.Keywords: Learning Media, 4D Method, User Acceptance Test, Augmented reality, Android.
