The Family Planning Program (KB) run by the Kuningan district government is an important part of the implementation of good governance so it is feasible to be evaluated to find out the achievement of the program to establish a prosperous small family through caring and community participation in the maturity aspects of marriage, birth control, and fostering family resilience, which has a positive effect on the Human Development Index (HDI). This study analyzes four aspects of evaluation according to the CIPP evaluation model (Context Input Process Poduct), which includes aspects i) context evaluation; ii) evaluation of inputs; iii) process evaluation; and iv) product evaluation. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method with primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of relevant documents. The results showed the active role of the community / volunteer groups in family planning services, the availability of human resources, funding, time of implementation, but in the absence of indicators of success, the absence of SOPs on process evaluation and product evaluation could not be a clear input. in the cycle of the overall family planning program.

This study aims to find out the history of establishment of the Organization of Al Jamiatul Washliyah in Tanah Karo In the year 1938-1967. To know the efforts and role of Al Jamiatul Washliyah in Advancing Education in Tanah Karo. To know that in the Education Process Holds Al Jamiatul Washliyah in Tanah Karo. To obtain the data conducted field research with qualitative descriptive type in Tanah Karo Karo District of Kabanjahe. Data obtained by observation and interview, the informant who qditentukan with purposive sampling. Al Jamiatul Washliyah is an organization engaged in education, propaganda, social and economic empowerment charity keumatan. Doctrine Al Jamiatul Wasliyah entered Karo with the aim to broadcast the Islamic religion sent by the Malay sultanate and the invitation of Islamic preachers to pengislamisasian Tanah Karo Karo people and provide teaching about the true meaning of Islam. Once received by the Karo people, the organization Al Jamiatul Washliyah inaugurated in 1938 in Berastagi initially and so on set in Kabanjahe with the leadership of H. Bahrum Lubis. Until now, the organization Al Jamiatul Washliyah standing and growing. Based on the results of the research findings can be concluded that with the establishment and involvement of the Al Jamiatul Wasliyah in Kabanjahe has helped broadcast the Islamic religion and education in Kabanjahe.

Tulisan ini membicarakan tentang latar belakang masuknya Ugamo Malim, Huta Tinggi sebagai pusat aktivitas ritual dan Aspek – aspek yang menyebabkannya dapat berkembang dan berpusat serta diterima masyarakat sekitar. Pusat aktivitas ritual Ugamo Malim di Huta Tinggi Laguboti Toba Samosir adalah sebuah amanah dari Sisingamangaraja XII kepada Raja Mulia Naipospos. Beliau berpesan agar pusat kegiatan Ugamo Malim kelak dibangun di tempat kelahiran Raja Mulia Naipospos yakni Huta Tinggi. Raja Mulia Naipospos diserahi tugas mempertahankan dan melanjutkan penyiaran Ugamo Malim untuk masa selanjutnya. Pemeluk Ugamo Malim saat ini berjumlah 1600 Kepala Keluarga yang tersebar di wilayah Indonesia seperti wilayah Kabupaten Simalungun, kepulauan Riau, Kabupaten Toba Samosir, Kabupaten Asahan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Kabupaten Samosir, Kotamadya Jakarta Timur, Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Kabupaten Batubara, Kabupaten Singkil, Kotamadya Medan, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dan Banten. Dalam perayaan Sipaha Sada pada bulan Maret dan Sipaha Lima pada bulan Juli maka ruas (pengikut) Parmalim yang berasal dari daerah tersebut diatas berkumpul di Huta Tinggi. Penganut Ugamo Malim berkumpul ke Huta Tinggi semenjak Huta Tinggi dijadikan pusat aktivitas ritual kepercayaan Parmalim yaitu tahun 1921 hingga saat ini.

This research will discuss the leadership pattern of Eko Mulyadi as the head village in empowering Tunagrahita people in an area known as Tunagrahita Village. Eko Mulyadi is considered successful in empowering people who have an impact on the lives of people with intellectual disabilities. According to the research of Putri and Haryanti (2017), Eko's success cannot be separated from the four characteristics of transformational leadership. However, the research has a theoretical gap because of the limited scope of Bass and Riggio's leadership who are unable to review the process of the leader approach to his followers. So there is a gap that results in the weakness of the theory to explain how the relationship between the leader and true followers. The purpose of this research focuses on the process and dynamics, as well as what contextual values are intertwined between Eko Mulyadi as a leader and people with intellectual disabilities so that they can successfully transform. This study uses a qualitative ethnographic method that is carried out for three weeks in the field with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this research indicate that the communication style, trust, reframing of the head village towards Tunagrahita, and full attention are the keys to the success of empowerment.

Marriage is a way for people to develop offspring, therefore every marriage must meet certain requirements both based on positive law, religion and besides that there is a customary law that is not less important in the process of each crisis rites of human life, which is different but always maintained by community, this research is a normative research which sourced from primary and secondary data that is book, law, journal, research result. The result of the study that the position of men in Minangkabau adat is low and physically he has no place in his mother's house and does not have any rights as father in the household, even the boys are not paid attention, if there is divorce of men who come out of the house, on the property of the gonogini except the property of origin and if the wife dies the husband's relatives must immediately pick up the widower to return to his family, if there is a conflict of women's families who have the right to speak, this position that raises the character of Minangkabau women is always arrogant and dominating

Issues raised in this study were: (1) Performance village officials in governance at the village Pantai Labu Pekan Subdistrict Pantai Labu, (2) Obstacles and barriers village official duties in improving governance in the Village Pantai Labu Pekan Subdistrict Pantai Labu, (3 ) The efforts barriers village official duties in improving governance in the village of Pantai Labu Sub Distrik Pantai Labu District of Deli Serdang. This study uses a qualitative description of data analysis methods that take the study site on Coast Village Office District of Coast Pantai Labu Pekan. Source of data in this study is the head of the village and local villagers. Data were collected by interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Village Administrative District of Coast Pantai Labu Pekan Sub-Distrik Pantai Labu in terms of the governance process that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, creativity and responsibility have not been able to provide maximum services that fit the needs of the community.

This research discuss about innovation “Keluar Bersama” in Danurejan Subdistrict Yogyakarta City. The research was carried out with the aim of finding out the implementation of the "Keluar Bersama" program in public service innovations. The problem in this study is that after the "Keluar Bersama" program there was still a significant difference between the ownership of Birth Certificates which reached 95%, while Child Identity Card only reached 62%. The creation of this innovation is the integration between 1 document and other documents, so there should be a similarity in the number of documents made. Thus, this study will look at the implementation of this "Keluar Bersama" innovation. The type of research used is mixed methods research, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are seen from implementation of innovation “Keluar Bersama” by the Danurejan Subdistrict society seen from Public Governance, the society responded positively, this was influenced by the society participation in innovation, the ease of accessing information was also facilitated. The Danurejan Subdistrict Government is quite transparent in providing services, and is also accountable in carrying out its duties. Whereas for the aspect of utilizing public services getting good value because the innovation “Keluar Bersama” is able to overcome population administration problems, the technology used in innovation is also easy to use by the society. In addition, the innovations “Keluar Bersama” also able to simplify, facilitate services, benefit to society, also increases service productivity and effectiveness.
