Abstract

This study aims to formulate recommendations and opportunities for potential infrastructure development in the social sector by using KPBU scheme. The direct beneficiaries of this activity are the Deputy of Investment Planning as a unit that is directly responsible for formulating the proposed establishment of the Act related KPBU in the field of infrastructure investment. The output of this activity is also expected to be useful for investors in infrastructure and related stakeholders. Model cooperation Public Private Partnership in social infrastructure should take into account the uniqueness of each sector, particularly the constraints, risks and macro conditions, including fiscal policy and commitment to the objective of each sector. So that needs to be made cooperation mechanism Public Private Partnership in the field of social infrastructure by making adjustments to the conditions and limitations in the field of social infrastructure. Abstract

Human resources is one important aspect of a company, instability and uncertainty in terms of human resources or in this research referred to intention to move or high potential turnover may cause a negative impact on company operations and the increasing cost of human resource cost, in the form of training costs already invested in the employee until the cost of recruitment and retraining. High turnover also resulted in the organization is not effective because the company loses experienced employees and the need to retrain new employees.This research aims to analyze how much influence the employee satisfaction of supervision and promotion to intentions to move in PT XYZ. Data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained by interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data from literature study. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study show that the negative effects and significant correlation between employee satisfaction of supervision and promotion to their intention to move either be partially or together. Abstract

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine which accuracy is better between fuzzy time series method and Holt double exponential smoothing method. The data used is daily published rupiah exchange rate of Bank Indonesia in the period of 1 April 2016 until 17 june 2016. After being calculated, the error rate fuzzy time series Hsu method is at 0,6 %, while the error rate holt double exponential smoothing method is at 2,25%. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that the error rate forecasting rupiah exchange rate using fuzzy time series method is lower than the holt double exponential smoothing It means that the fuzzy time series hsu method has better accuarcy than Holt double exponential smoothing method. The result of forecasting in 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 respectively are Rp. 13355, Rp. 13375, Rp. 13395, Rp. 13465, Rp 13.475. Keywords: fuzzy time series, holt double exponential, forecasting

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the soundness and analyzes the factors that affect the soundness of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa and to find a formula the right strategy in the development of BMT Syariah Cooperative Financial Services At-Taqwa. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis of health assessment and qualitative description on service quality. The research proves that the level of health KJKS BMT At-Taqwa through computation eight aspects (six financial aspects and the two aspects of the non-financial) shows KJKS BMT At-Taqwa at the level reasonably healthy and is influenced by factors of seven financial ratios are on the effects on health of the Cooperative. In addition there is a five-part strategy that can be developed by BMT KJKS At-Taqwa ie services and the addition of customers, financing, dissemination and promotion, health cooperatives, blue print and build a cooperative networking. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of employee compensation and to identifying the main type of compensation at PT BNI 46 Sudirman Jakarta. The study design was quantitative research by using independent samples t-test. Data were collected from 60 employees using questionnaire with random sampling method. This study finds that there is significant differences response between two-group samples. The main types of compensation are financial and non-financial compensation. Financial compensation, namely: wages and compensation based on the achievement of the job target. While the type of non-financial compensation is a major career development or job promotions. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of transactional leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The methodology used is survey based. Primary data were collected from 40 employees of Merlynn Park Hotel in Jakarta. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The research resulted in mixed findings that only partially effect of motivation on performance. No significant relationship was found between transactional leadership and performance. Simultaneously, transactional leadership style and motivation no significant effect on performance. Keywords: transactional leadership, motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production for products produced by PT. DWA. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing industry specialized in automotive components. Its activity is carried out through a series of production processes, so that expenses spent in the production will be calculated into the cost of the production sold. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in Jakarta. Convenience sampling method selected one of the companies that get the confidence to assemble three national car project in Indonesia, namely Timor, Bakrie and Maleo. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of full costing with job order costing. This study shows that (a) determination of the cost elements associated with the cost of production and (b) determining the cost of production on a product-based job costing with full costing approach. Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the perceptions of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor on BPJS health service quality and satisfaction level of the national health insurance program and to analyze the effects of service quality on the doctors’ satisfaction. Questionnaires were utilized to obtain the primary data, while literature reviews were conducted to obtain the secondary data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research, in reference to the descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the doctors in Hermina Hospital Bogor on satisfaction and quality service of the National Health Insurance program, indicated that the program is considered unsuitable in its implementation. The results of multiple regression showed that the variables of BPJS service quality have influences on the satisfaction of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor.
