Abstract

In carrying out duties in giving lectures, the lecturers receive services from the university and the department in charge to serve the needs of the lecturers at XYZ University is Academic Service (AS). This research intends to measure the satisfaction of the lecturers regarding the services provided by Academic Service of XYZ University. Data analysis tool used in this research is the Multiple Regression Analysis.The test results show that the responsiveness and assurance factors have dominant influence on lecturers’ satisfaction at XYZ University.The conclusion from this research is that the five factors of service quality together have significant effect on lecturers’ satisfaction at XYZ University. Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinant of loans based on the member characteristics. A total of 50 members made participants using purposive. Analysis techniques using non-parametric approach, cross-tabulation and chi-square test. The results of the analysis concluded that: (1) the length time as member is not related to the amount of the loan; (2) there was no difference in income levels of respondents with an average loan; (3) the use of the proceeds of the loan has no relationship with income level; (4) long been a member of a cooperative relationship with the magnitude of the average of loans. Abstract

This research have a purpose to knowing first relationship between credit risk, liquidity risk, operation risk, market risk and capital adequacy to profitability, second to analyst that a syariah priciple able to reduce impact of risk to profitability. This research taken in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Indonesia, with using panel regression method in Eviews 9 software. The result on this research is credit risk, operation risk, liquidity risk and capital adequacy have a negatif influence to profitability, and market risk with two variables, first inflation have a negatif influence and second BI rate have a positifinfluance to profitability. Second, syariah system has to reduce influence risk to profitability, they are eliminate credit risk and BI rate risk, and decrease risk impact to profitabilit in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Indonesia. Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine the effects of management information system, training and discipline on employees performance at government sector in Jakarta. The questionnaires were administeredto get primary data from 60 persons. Descriptive statistics and path analysis were used to explain the variance in outcome variables. The result shows that there is a significant influence of the variables of management information system, training and work dicipline toward the work performance among the employees, either partially or simultaneously. Partially, variable of management information system indicates the highest influence toward employees performance with R2 = 0,312. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three independent variables determine the highest influence toward variable of work performance with adjusted R2 = 0,469. Abstract

The aims of this study is to find the empirical evidence, that the Economic Value Added positive (EVA> 0) can predict the Earnings per Share (EPS). In this study, the collecting of data method is the documentative the Annual Financial Statements have been audited (FS Audited) of all government-owned commercial bank).The approach in this study is Descriptive Quantitative and associative.The sample in this study is the 4 (four) commercial bank, which BBRI, BBNI, Mandiri, and BBTN.The results of research that found empirical evidence that EVA> 0 can predict the EPS, This is revealed in simple linear regression equation Y = 76.315 + 3,052X + ε, R Square = 0.981, Sig. 0,000. Abstract

This study is done to present how the implementation other comprehensive income after the implementation of IFRS (Empirical Studies in Basic Industry and Chemicals listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015). Data collection techniques in this study is the population data that all companies engaged in chemical and basic industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange resulting in 64 corporate data. Data required in this study were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Data analysis method used is the Cross Tabulation (Crosstab) and Cramer V with the help of the SPSS statistical data processing program. The study concluded that among the companies presenting and not presenting OCI component in the Income Statement Other Kompehensif, terdepat no significant difference. Abstract

Paid plastic bags policy issued by The Ministry of Environmental and Forestry to reduce plastic waste problem and promote green behaviour lifestyle. In order to change consumer behaviour when using plastic bags, government need to look over the marketing of paid plastic bags policy. The objective of this study are to identify customer respons about using their own bags, customer perceptions of green marketing and green behaviour, analyze green marketing of paid plastic bags policy influence towards green behavior.Primary data are obtained by questionnaire method and the secondary data are obtained from Department of Industry and Trade. The data have been analyzed using structural equation model and descriptive analysis. The result of this study shows after the policy applied, more customers are willing to carry their own shopping bag and reduce using plastic bags. The price of plastic bags are still considered too cheap and should be increased. Green marketing process that has significance influence towarads green behavior are know your customer, empowering customer and reassure the buyer. Keywords: green marketing, green behavior

Abstract

The quality of Work Life is one of effort that can be implemented by the company to increase job satisfaction and productivity of employees. Nowadays, employees in Indonesia dominated by Generation X and Y. The respondents of this study are alumni of Economic and Management Faculty of IPB. The objectives of this study are to identify the perception of Generation X and Y towards factors of Quality of Work Life and to formulate a strategy to increase Quality of Work Life based on perceptions of Generation X and Y. The source of primary data obtained by questionnaire method and secondary data obtained by study of literature. This research was using descriptive analysis method, Pairwise Comparison Method, and The House Model. The results of this study indicated 56% perception of Generation X towards factors of QWL appropriate with the theory regarding the factors QWL in Generation X and 52% perception of generation Y towards factors of QWL appropriate with the theory regarding the factors QWL in the generation Y. The strategy that becomes priorities to increase Quality of Work Life of Generation X is a safety at work, compensation, and conflict resolution. The strategy that becomes priorities to increase Quality of WorkLife of Generation Y is career development, compensation, and pride to the company. Keywords: quality of worklife, generation X Y

Abstract

The study objectives were to discover the differences between marketing relationships in companies performing marketing transactional and relational marketing for molasses product trading companies, as well as elaborating the value network conducted by molasses marketer. The data was obtained from the interview with the stakeholders who conduct relationship marketing with molasses trading company and its business partners in Indonesia. The analysis utilized Mann-Whitney test analysis and value network with holo-mapping. The results revealed that there were some differences between companies performing marketing transactional and companies performing marketing relational in terms of power distance variables, social orientation, and uncertainty avoidance. Meanwhile, there was no difference found in masculinity-femininity factor. Value network illustration by looking at the value exchanged among each stakeholder on molasses business from products and services that generate revenues.
