Redundant submitting by the author, this article retracted by Editor--This study aims to determine (a) the factors that influence a client's decision to choose the financial products and (b) Which factors most dominant influence a client's decision in choosing financing in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat. The population in this study are all people who have a business in Ciputat and customers who visit the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat to finance. Convenience sampling method selected 100 of the people who have businesses and customers who visited the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat. Test analysis used in this study is to test the factor analysis. Tthis study show that (a) the factors that influence a client's decision in choosing a loan product Bank Syariah Branch Ciputat consists of five factors formed and (b) the most dominant factor influencing the customer's decision in choosing a loan product Bank Syariah Branch Ciputat is factor process (X7). Abstract

Until now the government and private sector have not been able to address the backlog of 13.5 million housing units for ownership status and 7.6 million units for residential status. The high price of land has led to the high price of the house so that low-income communities (MBR) is not able to reach out to make a home purchase. In addition to the high price of land, tax factors also contribute to the high price of the house. The government plans to issue a policy for the provision of tax incentives, ie abolish VAT on home-forming material transaction. This policy is expected to house prices become cheaper, so the demand for housing increases, and encourage the relevant sectors to intensify its role in the construction of houses. It is expected to replace the lost tax potential and increase incomes. Analysis of the impact of tax incentives housing to potential state revenue and an increase in people's income, especially in Papua province is using the table IO because in addition to looking at the role each sector can also see the impact on taxes (income tax 21 Pph 25 Pph, VAT), and incomes (wage). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Supply Chain Management on the performance of the company. This study uses 165 manufacturing employees in Indonesia as a sample through www.googledocs.com. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and processed using Lisrel 8.7. The research proves that information sharing, long term relations, cooperation and integration process, positively and significantly influence the company's performance. But Long Term Relations has no significantly influence on the company’s performance. Keywords: Supply chain management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of seven elements of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) on customer satisfaction of GOJEK users. Data were collected from 90 customers residing in South Jakarta using self-reporting questionnaires. Factor analysis is used to validate the instrument and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that although the elements of the marketing mix simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction, however partially, only the product have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (p-value 0.045). Based on these findings, the future research needs to re-examine the influence of marketing mix elements on customer satisfaction, in particular, transport mode users GOJEK by increasing the sample size and expanding the area of research so that research results can be generalized. Abstract

Research in the sphere of Foreign Investments would be so remote in Indonesia, this research examines the Japanese joint venture legal entity with Indonesia, PT. Inalum which have a potential asset in supporting the improvement of the people's economy. Furthermore PT Inalum engaged in the aluminum smelting ore in North Sumatera that has a hydroelectric power plant which can generate 600 Megawatts of electricity. In Act number 25 of 2007 on Investment Article 7 declared that the nationalization of foreign investment companies occur with requirements, therefore in this study examines the "Nationalization PT Inalum according to Investment Law in Indonesia." Although this research is done normatively but we conducted interviews with informants of the Japanese in this case Mrs. Haruna Hiroko and delivery guidance interview conducted via email to a resource, Prof. Yuketa Hiroshi of Touin University in Yokohama, Japan. Results of the research noted that the completion of the nationalization of PT Inalum in Indonesia is not resolved by the Foreign Arbitration Board, as the mandate of the Act, but it is done by deliberation. Abstract

This study aims to determine (a) What degree of financial performance of Islamic Banking through EVA approach with samples of the two largest Islamic banks, namely PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, and (b) how the competition level of return on investment returns through the value of EVA in two of the company's competitors. The population in this study were all Islamic banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of economic value added. This study shows that (a) The level of financial performance that has economic value to the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri and (b) the level of financial performance that has economic value to the PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In addition, the competition level of return on investment to the two banks showed that each bank is able to provide economic added value for its stakeholders with the same degree of movement. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) with of SMEs growth, and capital factors and government support as a moderator. Using the data collected from 90 SME’s, the study employs Hierarchical moderated regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The statistical results lead to the following conclusions: EO has a significant positive relationship with SME's growth, but the role of capital factors and government support as moderator unsupported. The implication of these findings is that the government and financial institutions as the two institutions need to increase their role to encourage the growth of SMEs in terms of information provision, access to markets, capital, and training needs so it can serve as a reference for determining the development strategy of SMEs in the future. From the business owners or SMEs themselves, this research can be used as guidelines for business performance improvement through entrepreneurship-oriented behavior. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between job insecurity and its outcomes (job satisfaction and commitment), also to examine the moderator role of locus of control in this relationship. Data were collected from 143 employees across different industries, and also different job levels. A series of regressions are employed to test the hypotheses. The results showed that job insecurity was directly and negatively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research findings also showed that locus of control moderated relations between job insecurity and two studied outcomes (job satisfaction and commitment). This study offers implications for managerial practices. This result suggest for manager how to overcome the impact of job insecurity on commitment and job satisfaction through locus of control. Abstract

This study aims to determine (a) measure the feasibility assessment takes into account the provision of working capital credit for PT.Gatari as additional capital by comparing financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity) for the period 2012-2015, and (b) measure the credit granting considerations on PT. Gatari according to standard financing considerations on PT. Bank DKI. This research is a descriptive method with the quantitative approach to PT. Gatari financial statements from its inception until today. The research sample is PT. Gatari financial statements in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The study shows that (a) the measurement of financial feasibility assessment showed good results because the calculation of the ratio is almost entirely according to the standard financial ratios applicable at PT. Bank DKI and (b) the measurement of supporting aspects of credit is good enough as a basis for credit supply PT. Bank DKI. Abstract

This study was conducted to answer the question of what is the factors affecting decision to use BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) to support online store business. With SME’s online store booming in Indonesia, this research was specially studied SME’s and micro online store as subject. Survey has been conducted by BBM chat message and online web page to SME’s online store that using BBM in Indonesia. A total of 187 valid respondents from 18 provinces and 58 cities in Indonesia responded to the survey. Analysis was conducted using SEM method with Lisrel 8.7 support which tested the 8 hypotheses. The result indicated that there are positive significant effects of perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness and trust toward BBM use intention for online store. However, this study didn’t find direct significant effects of perceived ease-of-use toward use intention. Perceived ease-of-use found to have significant indirect effect through the mediation effect of perceived playfulness. In fact, perceived playfulness is the main factor influencing the use intention of BBM for SME’s online store. This founding give insight for application developers to consider playfulness in developing social media applications for online business. Keywords: TAM, BBM, SME, media social marketing
