Abstract

The existence of a brand is considered a business pillar so that it can attract consumers to use the product. The purpose of this study was to analyze brand experience on brand loyalty through brand satisfaction and brand trust in customers of Wakoel Rempah Restaurant, Surabaya.The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research is explanatory research. The population and sample used in this study were 125 respondents of Wakoel Rempah Restaurant Surabaya.The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS.The results of the analysis in this study prove that Brand Experience has a significant effect on Brand Satisfaction and Brand Trust but not significantly on Brand Loyalty. The analysis also shows that Brand Satisfaction has a significant influence on Brand Loyalty and Brand Trust. Furthermore, Brand Trust has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Likewise, it is also proven that Brand Experience has a significant influence on Brand Loyalty through Brand Satisfaction but Brand Experience does not have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty through Brand Trust.

Abstract

The era of revolution 4.0 brought many conveniences in the field of marketing, both for producers and for consumers. Advances in technology and information in the field of marketing are referred to as e-commerce. Therefore, there are currently many online stores operating because of this convenience, one of which is Matahari.com/Matahari App. But behind this convenience, there are still losses or risks that need to be watched out for. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify service quality, price and perception of risk simultaneously influencing the buying interest of e-commerce customers of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk Kupang Branch, analyze and identify service quality, price and perceptions of risk partially affect the buying interest of e-commerce customers of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk Kupang Branch and analyze and identify from service quality, price and perceptions of risk there is more dominating influence on buying interest of e-commerce customers of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk Kupang Branch.The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, dominant variable test and correlation coefficient test and multiple determination (R2). The results showed that simultaneously (F-test) all variables significantly influence together on online shopping interest on the Matahari.com/Matahari App site. Partially (t-test), service quality (X1), a negative and significant effect on online shopping interest (Y) on Matahari.com/Matahari App, while the variable price (X2) and perceptions of risk (X3) have a positive and significant to online shopping (Y) interest in Matahari.com/Matahari App. The most dominant variable influencing online buying interest (Y) is perceptions of risk (X3).

Abstract

Changes in the method of weighting LQ45 shares on the IDX cause investment managers to tend to release issuers with low free float, even though the company’s fundamentals are in stable condition. This makes dividends not the only market cosideration in buying shares. This research aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors of the company on dividend policy and firm value, and analyze the effect of dividend policy mediating the influence of internal and external factors of the company on firm value from LQ45 Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017 period. Judgement Samplingis used as a sample collection technique. Secondary data is form annual reports and monetary data, were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS v.3.2.6 software. The result of the research shows that internal factors give a significant positive effect on dividend policy, but external factors did not significantly influence dividend policy. Internal, external and dividend policy give a significant positive effect on firm value, while the company’s internal factors and company external factors do not have an indirect influence on the Firm Value thtough dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of funding, macroeconomic, and profitability decisions on the value of Food and Beverages companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. The data used is the 2015-2018 annual financial statement data. The population is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the study sample is 12 companies using purposive sampling.From the results of the study found that simultaneously there is a significant influence between funding decisions (DER and DAR), Macroeconomics (SBI) and Profitability (ROA and ROE) on firm value (PER) Based on hypothesis analysis it can be concluded that DAR, DER, and ROA partially have a significant effect on firm value. Whereas ROE and SBI do not have a significant effect on Company Value (PER). The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 46.9%, which means that the variable of the independent variable is able to explain the variability of the dependent variable by 46.9%, while 53.1% is explained by other variables outside the model studied.
