The significance of quality is valuable to the satisfaction of society is the company's capital in selling service products. Without exception public companies are improving both service quality and products. Service quality should be done consistently, KPPT Mojokerto City as the providers of public service, whose populated with UMKM business areas. It’s required to provide quality services not only value, but the convenience of service. In order to know (1)The level of community satisfaction the service of KPPT Mojokerto City;(2)And Analyze the results of the assessment of SKM. Qualitative descriptive and 9 elementsanalysis tools and 18 indicators of assessment are developing, based on Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB No.16 2014 about SKM guidelines for Public Service Providers. Research using random sampling accidental proportional gain 100 respondents. The result of all variables, the level of user service satisfaction, has score category B (good). The result of index score 76.35 means that, generally satisfaction society in a good category. With index of service quality as the expectations from willingness to give positive response for each type of product service. For advice, it’s should be able to provide transparency of services related to applicant for permits regarding provisions/rules/standards costs on each type of license. The interest accrued.from cap.ital invested by investors in East Java is bigger compared to other areas in Indonesia. According to our research, several reasons exist that make investors choose East Java as their preferred investment destination. One of which is the availability of infrastructure projects that are of international standards and other supporting facilities such as ports, industrial zones, and airports as well as the integrated one-stop service in terms of acquiring licenses for investment.

Cosmetic products have different characteristics compared to other products. Recently, it is considered as primary needs rather than secondary which are always included in the monthly shopping list. Without leaving its identity, the company is based on multi-level marketing, which previously was a negative image. Oriflame required to satisfy customers so that they can get loyal customers. This research will analyse the influence of Sales Information System, IMC Strategy (Integrated Marketing Communications) and the Role of Brand Ambassadors on the loyalty of customers of Oriflame products in Indonesia. To obtain data for analysis, this research conducts the non-probability sampling method of purposive sampling, which is a method of determining respondents to be sampled. The population in this study are all customers of Oriflame products in Indonesia.

The existence of a brand is considered a business pillar so that it can attract consumers to use the product. The purpose of this study was to analyze brand experience on brand loyalty through brand satisfaction and brand trust in customers of Wakoel Rempah Restaurant, Surabaya.The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research is explanatory research. The population and sample used in this study were 125 respondents of Wakoel Rempah Restaurant Surabaya.The analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS.The results of the analysis in this study prove that Brand Experience has a significant effect on Brand Satisfaction and Brand Trust but not significantly on Brand Loyalty. The analysis also shows that Brand Satisfaction has a significant influence on Brand Loyalty and Brand Trust. Furthermore, Brand Trust has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Likewise, it is also proven that Brand Experience has a significant influence on Brand Loyalty through Brand Satisfaction but Brand Experience does not have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty through Brand Trust.

Various attempts were made in order to attract regional investors. Both programs through licensing and incentive services performed. Nganjuk economic growth despite being below the economic growth in East Java Province level but, at the rate of economic growth in the District each year experience peningktan Nganjuk. Economic growth is one factor to look at the rate of local consideration of the local economy the way in offering or attract investors to invest their capital. In 2004 the value of investment in Nganjuk a sharp decline compared with previous years since 2000 until 2004 the value of investments decreased an average of 12.92% every year however, inversely proportional to the value of productivity. The value of productivity always increase from year to year with an average increase of 6.72%. Nganjuk always formulate increased investment because of, first to find out how the current investment climate, and how to analyze prospective investments for Nganjuk and prospective investment in associate with several other districts. Through case studies and comparative studies using analytical techniques approach the potential, problems and development investment; technical analysis of procedures and licensing; technical analysis of investment management, engineering analysis of the opportunities for inter-regional cooperation; and techniques are recommended including investment policy analysis to improve investment climate to become more conducive, it is necessary to: Create a regulation of direct investment and local investment, and established regional investment teams with the involvement of StakeholdersKeywords: Investment, Opportunity, Regional, Investment, Incentives

The existence of modern market toward traditional market is not only becomes the attention for the government of Balikpapan city but it has been becoming national issue that also get serious notice from the central government, so that central government publishes President Role No. 112 Tahun 2007 about structuring and developing relationship of central shopping traditional market and modern shop. So that’s why the existence of modern market needs a considerable study in order to be known how about the influence of its existence toward traditional market’s seller. This study is done to identify the position of traditional market and modern market from the institutional aspect and valid legislation point of view, knowing the effect of modern market’s presence toward traditional market work, and to arrange a concept of work ensnaring of ritel trading that can be applied to traditional market.           This is study is done in theterritoryofBalikpapancity. To support the growth and the development of both trading device that is traditional market and modern market, in order to both of them don’t turn out each other so the things that need to be done by The Government of Balikpapan city, controlling the location of modern market, controlling the modern market’s management, ensnaring traditional trader, and increasing the institutional of market. Key word: traditional market, modern market, and ensnaring traditional trader.
