Abstract

AbstractThe 4.4 SR earthquake occurred in Banjarnegara Regency, especially Kalibening subdistrict, on Wednesday, April 18, 2018. Although it has not high magnitude, the structural damage was severe. There were 201 units of structural damage in term of medium to large. It generates the question from stakeholders, what cause of the structural damage. Therefore, this study visited the affected areas of Banjarnegara Earthquake to investigate the causative factor of structural damage, especially for a simple structure which is residential houses, schools and mosque buildings. The study found some causative factors of structural damages. The first is the depth of the earthquake source that is quite shallow i.e. 4 km. The second is the quality of simple buildings that were damaged or collapsed in the affected area might do not have a good quality and do not qualify for earthquake resistant buildings. The sample of cases found in the field is the structural systems that have not good integrated and good material. Besides that, It was found a community innovation to reduce building costs but they did not have the correct method. An example is the use of bamboo as a substitute for steel reinforcements in the frame. Based on this study, the further research into the bamboo usage guidelines as a substitute for steel reinforcement should be carried out and socialized.Keywords: Earthquake, structural demage, causative factor.  AbstrakRabu 18 April 2018 Kabupaten Banjarnagara tepatnya di Kecamatan Kalibening dilanda gempabumi dengan kekuatan 4,4 SR, meskipun magnitud gempa tidak terlalu besar namun kerusakan bangunan yang di timbulkan cukup banyak, tercatat dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh gempa sebanyak 201 bangunan mengalami kerusakan mulai dari rusak sedang hingga rusak berat. Fakotr penyebab banyaknya bangunan yang mengalami kerusakan adalah karena memiliki kedalaman pusat gempa yang cukup dangkal, yaitu 4 Km menyebabkan intensitas guncangan di purmakaan tanah terasa cukup kuat. Selain dari faktor kedalaman pusat gempa, banyaknya bangunan rumah, sekolah dan masjid yang rusak atau roboh disebabkan karena tidak mengikuti kaidah-kaidah bangunan tahan gempa. Contoh kasus yang ditemukan di lapangan seperti sistem struktur yang kurang menyatu dan kualitas material yang kurang baik. Dilokasi kerusakan ditemukannya inovasi-inovasi masyarakat dalam menekan biaya bangunan seperti pengunaan bambu sebagai pengganti tulangan baja dan ada juga yang mengkombinasikan dalam satu frame struktur menggunakan tulangan bambu dan tulangan baja, namun penerapan bambu sebagai pengganti tulangan oleh masyarakat tidak dibuat dengan praktek yang semestinya. Kata Kunci: Gempa, Kerusakan bangunan, Faktor penyebab.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the readiness of service users, contractors and supervisor consultants on performance indicators in implementing long segment contracts for road preservation in Sorong Regency, and compare whether there are differences in perceptions between service users, contractors and supervisor consultants on these performance indicators in implementing long segment contracts. This study uses statistical analysis methods with the calculation of the mean value, calculation of standard deviation, and Analysis of Variance with the help of Microsoft Exel and SPSS version 20 computer programs in data processing. The results of data processing show that for the level of readiness according to the perception of service users, from the five indicators there are three indicators that are less ready, namely indicators of service provider readiness, payment system indicators and regulatory aspects indicators. For the level of readiness according to the perceptions of the contractor, of the five indicators there are four indicators that are less ready, namely indicators of service provider readiness, monitoring system indicators, payment system indicators and regulatory aspects indicators. And for the level of readiness according to the perceptions of the supervisor consultant, from the five indicators there are three indicators that are less ready, namely indicators of service provider readiness, payment system indicators and regulatory aspects indicators. There is also a perception perception between service users, contractors and supervisor consultants on service user readiness indicators, service provider readiness indicators, supervisory system indicators, payment system indicators and regulatory aspect indicators. Therefore, before implementing a long segment contract for road preservation in Sorong Regency, improvements must be made to indicators that are not ready, so that the standard performance indicators in long segment contracts can be implemented properly. Keywords: Implementation, Long Segment contract, Road preservation  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan pengguna jasa, kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas terhadap indikator – indikator kinerja dalam penerapan kontrak long segment untuk preservasi jalan di Kabupaten Sorong, dan membandingkan apakah ada perbedaan persepsi antara pengguna jasa, kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas terhadap indikator – indikator kinerja tersebut dalam penerapan kontrak long segment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik dengan perhitungan nilai mean, perhitungan standar deviasi, dan Analysis of Varians dengan bantuan program komputer Microsoft Exel dan SPSS versi 20 dalam pengolahan data. Hasil pegolahan data diketahui bahwa untuk tingkat kesiapan menurut persepsi pengguna jasa, dari lima indikator yang ada terdapat tiga indikator yang kurang siap yaitu indikator kesiapan penyedia jasa, indikator sistem pembayaran dan indikator aspek regulasi. Untuk tingkat kesiapan menurut persepsi kontraktor, dari lima indikator yang ada terdapat empat indikator yang kurang siap yaitu indikator kesiapan penyedia jasa, indikator sistem pengawasan, indikator sistem pembayaran dan indikator aspek regulasi. Dan untuk tingkat kesiapan menurut persepsi konsultan pengawas, dari lima indikator yang ada terdapat tiga indikator yang kurang siap yaitu indikator kesiapan penyedia jasa, indikator sistem pembayaran dan indikator aspek regulasi. Terdapat juga ada perberdaan persepsi antara pengguna jasa, kontraktor dan konsultan pengawas terhadap indikator kesiapan pengguna jasa, indikator kesiapan penyedia jasa, indikator sistem pengawasan, indikator sistem pembayaran dan indikator aspek regulasi. Oleh karena itu sebelum menerapkan kontrak long segment untuk preservasi jalan di Kabupaten Sorong, maka harus dilakukan pembenahan terhadap indikator – indikator yang kurang siap, sehingga untuk mencapai standar indikator kinerja dalam kontrak long segment bisa diterapkan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Penerapan, Kontrak Long Segment, Preservasi Jalan

Abstract

AbstractThe tight competition in the construction business in the current global era demands that construction companies improve good organizations in competition. Organizational culture is one of the important factors that help in an organization, therefore the need for an organization to know and understand the organizational culture that is followed in its organization. This is related to the desired achievement of the organization in improving organizational performance.  The aim of this research to identify organizational culture that is supported by contracting companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, to identify organizational performance and the hypothesis in this study relates to the alleged cultural relationship with organizational performance. Large and medium-sized contracting companies in Yogyakarta are especially predominantly Clan cultures compared to other cultures (Adocracy, Market, and Hierarchy) that are concerned with loyalty and tradition. The organizational performance of the eight companies is good. Organizational culture projects positive opposition to organizational performance and for each culture, the cultural hierarchy has a significant and positive assessment of other cultures (Clan, Adocracy, and Market). Organizational culture is an important asset for every contracting company to improve organizational performance. Keywords: Clan, Adhocracy, Market, Hierarchy, Organizational Performance  AbstrakKetatnya persaingan bisinis konstruksi di era global saat ini menuntut agar perusahaan konstruksi meningkatkan kinerja organisasi yang baik dalam menghadapi persaingan. Budaya organisasi menjadi salah satu faktor penting kaitannya dalam suatu organisasi, oleh karena itu perlunya suatu organisasi mengetahui dan memahami budaya organisasi yang dianuti dalam organisasinya. Hal ini berkaitan dengan tujuan pencapaian yang diingikan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi budaya organisasi yang ditekanakan oleh perusahaan kontraktor di daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, mengidentifikasi kinerja orgnisasi dan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan dugaan adanya hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja organisasi. Perusahaan-perusahaan kontraktor besar dan menengah di daerah istimewa Yogyakarta cendrung dominan tipe budaya Clan dibandingkan dengan budaya lainnya (Adocracy, Market, dan Hierarchy) yang mementingkan kesetiaan dan tradisi. Kinerja organisasi dari kedelapan perusahaan tergolong baik. Budaya organisasi mempunya korelasi yang positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dan untuk masing-masing budaya, budaya Hierarchy mempunyai korelasi positis dan signifikan dari budaya lainnya (Clan, Adocracy, dan Market). Budaya organisasi menjadi aset yang penting bagi setiap perusahaan kontraktor untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci: Clan, Adhocracy, Market, Hierarchy, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

AbstractPapercrete is made from used newspaper processed into pulp mixed with portland cement (PC), sand and water. This study uses a study of experimental methods that have been carried out in the laboratory on the weight of paper, cement, sand (KSP) with a variation of the ratio of KSP 1: 1: 1, KSP 2: 1: 1, KSP 3: 1: 1 with FAS 1. Cylindrical specimens have a diameter of 75 mm with a height of 275 mm with a number of 9 pieces for penetration and permeability tests with three specimens of each variation of the mixture. Penetration and permeability testing aims to determine the value of depth and breakdown of water entering through papercrete pores against 28 day old concrete samples. The test results obtained the smallest water penetration depth on 111 KSP specimens of 0.0278m, while the largest water penetration depth on KSP 311 specimens was 0.0427m. The results of the smallest permeability coefficient analysis on the KSP 111 test object amounted to 2.13505 x 10-7 m/dt and the largest on KSP 311 specimens worth 2.29956 x 10-6 m/s. Papercrete is an alternative environmentally friendly material used for non structural purposes such as wall partitions, substitutes for paving blocks, panels for walls and infiltration wells. Keywords: Papercrete, The Value of Penetration and Permeability, Variation Proportion  AbstrakPapercrete terbuat dari kertas koran bekas diolah menjadi bubur kertas dicampurkan dengan bahan portland cement (PC), pasir dan air. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian metode eksperimental yang pernah dilakukan di laboratorium terhadap berat kertas, semen, pasir (KSP) dengan variasi perbandingan KSP 1:1:1, KSP 2:1:1, KSP 3:1:1 dengan nilai FAS 1. Benda uji silinder memiliki diameter 75 mm dengan tinggi 275 mm sejumlah 9 buah untuk uji penetrasi dan permeabilitas dengan tiga benda uji setiap variasi campurannya. Pengujian penetrasi dan permeabilitas bertujuan mengetahui nilai kedalaman dan kelolosan air masuk melalui pori-pori papercrete terhadap sampel beton berumur 28 hari. Hasil pengujian diperoleh kedalaman penetrasi air terkecil pada benda uji KSP 111 sebesar 0,0278m, sedangkan kedalaman penetrasi air terbesar pada benda uji KSP 311 senilai 0,0427m. Hasil analisis koefisien permeabilitas paling kecil pada benda uji KSP 111 sebesar 2,13505 x 10-7 m/dt dan paling besar pada benda uji KSP 311 senilai 2,29956 x 10-6 m/dt. Papercrete menjadi salah satu alternatif material ramah lingkungan dipergunakan untuk keperluan non-struktural seperti partisi untuk dinding, pengganti bahan paving block, panel untuk dinding dan sumur resapan. Kata Kunci: Papercrete, Nilai Penetrasi dan Permeabilitas, Variasi Campuran

Abstract

AbstractVery large needs for  woodhave an impact on the availability of wood which is decreasing every year, due to exploitation carried out on a large scale.Therefore it’s developed as a structure laminated components made by gluing several layers of wood or commonly called laminated beams or Glulam (Glued Laminated). This study used the experimental method by flexural test with one point loading. The dimensions of the object are 100 cm long, 2 cm wide, and by heigth variation 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm. Each variation used 3 specimens so there are 9 specimens. This specimens using epoxy adhesive. The results of the study showed that the flexural strength of the curved laminated beam with epoxy adhesive on an average load of 85.45 Kg and an average deflection of 23,510 mm. The result of laminated beam have maximum strength of 128.9 Kg with 17.27 mm deflection.Key words: Curved laminated beam, Flexural strength, deflection   AbstrakKebutuhan kayu yang sangat besar berdampak pada ketersediaan kayu yang semakin berkurang setiap tahunnya akibat eksploitasi yang dilakukan secara besar-besaran. Maka dari itu di kembangkanlah bentuk struktur komponen kayu laminasi yang dibuat melalui perekatan beberapa lapis kayu atau biasa disebut dengan balok laminasi atau Glulam (Glued Laminated). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan melakukan uji lentur dengan beban satu titik. Dimensi benda uji balok laminasi lengkung memiliki panjang 100 cm , lebar 2 cm dan variasi tinggi 10 cm, 20 cm ,30 cm. Masing-masing variasi sebanyak 3 benda uji sehingga ada 9 benda uji. Balok laminasi menggunakan perekat epoxy. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kuat lentur balok laminasi lengkung dengan perekat epoxy mampu menahan beban rata-rata sebesar 85,45 Kg dan lendutan rata-rata 23,510 mm. Hasil pengujian lenturbalok laminasi mempunyai kekuatan maksimum 128,9 kg dengan lendutan 17,27 mm.Kata kunci : Balok laminasi lengkung, kuat lentur, lendutan

Abstract

AbstractPeat soil is a type of soft soil with low bearing capacity and high compressibility. Many efforts have been made to improve it. These efforts focus on improving the physical and mechanical characteristics of peat to increase bearing capacity and reduce its subsidence. One is stabilization method, which is by inserting a stabilizing material into peat soil to improve its physical properties and mechanical properties. From previous studies on a laboratory scale by considering the effect of water from peat soil around the stabilized area obtained optimum levels of mixture of stabilizing material for peat soils by 10% from the wet weight of peat soil.Things that have not been taken into account in that study are still untested to be applied in the calculation of bearing capacity of shallow foundations for future field use applications, where the influence of water content from peat soil around the stabilized area will also have an effect.The research was carried out by imitating the large shallow foundation that is commonly used in the community surrounding the land using laboratory methods of mechanical properties to obtain the characteristics of peat soil before and after stabilization. This parameter is then used as input data in calculating the bearing capacity of shallow foundations and the value of land subsidence. The result is for the value of bearing capacity after being mixed with stabilization material there is an increase. For initial peat soil the bearing capacity is 58,371 kPa, while after being mixed with stabilization material the bearing capacity increases to 654,606 kPa. While at the time of the consolidation test there was a decrease in the value of 68,57%. Where at the time after mixing with the stabilization material the value was 1,49 mm while the initial peat soil was 4,74 mm. Keywords: Bearing Capacity, Consolidation, Peat  AbstrakTanah gambut adalah jenis tanah lunak dengan daya dukung yang rendah dan kemampumampatan yang tinggi. Berkaitan dengan rendahnya daya dukung serta kemampumampatan yang tinggi dari tanah gambut, maka usaha – usaha untuk memperbaikinya juga telah banyak dilakukan. Usaha – usaha tersebut berfokus pada perbaikan sifat fisik dan teknis gambut untuk meningkatkan daya dukung dan mengurangi kemampumampatannya.    Salah satu metode perbaikan tanah gambut adalah metode stabilisasi, yaitu dengan cara memasukkan suatu bahan stabilisasi ke dalam tanah gambut untuk memperbaiki sifat fisik dan sifat teknisnya. Dari penelitian sebelumnya dalam skala laboratorium telah diperoleh prosentase bahan stabilisasi optimum 30% kapur dan 70% fly ash. Penelitian lanjutan dengan memperhatikan pengaruh air dari tanah gambut di sekitar luasan yang distabilisasi memperoleh kadar campuran bahan stabilisasi optimum untuk tanah gambut sebesar 10% dari berat basah tanah gambut.Hal yang belum perhitungkan pada penelitian tersebut yaitu masih belum dicoba untuk diaplikasikan pada perhitungan daya dukung pondasi dangkal untuk aplikasi pemakaian lahan di lapangan nantinya, dimana dimana pengaruh kadar air dari tanah gambut di sekitar luasan yang distabilisasi juga akan memberikan pengaruh.Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengimitasi besar pondasi dangkal yang umum digunakan pada masyarakat sekitar lahan tersebut menggunakan metode pengujian sifat teknis yaitu dengan uji direct shear dan uji konsolidasi agar diperoleh nilai karakteristik tanah gambut sebelum dan sesudah distabilisasi. Parameter ini kemudian digunakan sebaga input data pada perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung pondasi dangkal dan nilai penurunan tanah. Hasilnya adalah untuk nilai daya dukung setelah dicampur dengan bahan stabilisasi terjadi peningkatan. Untuk tanah tanah gambut inisial daya dukungnya sebesar 58,371 kPa, sedangkan setelah dicampur dengan bahan stabilisasi daya dukungnya meningkat menjadi 654,606 kPa. Sedangkan pada saat pengujian konsolidasi terjadi penurunan nilai kemampumampatannya sebesar 68,57%. Dimana pada saat setelah dicampur dengan bahan stabilisasi nilai kemampumampatannya sebesar 1,49 mm sementara nilai kemampumampatan tanah gambut inisial sebesar 4,74 mm. Kata Kunci: Daya Dukung Tanah, Gambut, Konsolidasi

Abstract

AbstractThe design of reinforced concrete structures in the structure of  PT. Indomarco Prismatama's office buildings in Bantul aimed to find out. (1) Dimensions of beams and columns that can withstand earthquake loads. (2) Detailed image of beam reinforcement and column from planning results.In this final project, the structure of reinforced concrete building was planned by using the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) SNI 2847- 2013. Where the building of the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) used Strong Column and Weak Beam. The planned structure was a 6-story office building that was reviewed by using spectrum response analysis.In the Special Moment Resisting Framework System that showed beams B1 (400x600) with ϼ = 2.06%; beam B2 (350x500) with ϼ = 2.17%; beam Ba1 (250x350) with ϼ = 2.17%; Ba2 beam (200x300) with ϼ = 2.53%; Column K1 (600x600) with ϼ = 2.18%; K2 (500x500) column with ϼ = 2.43%; Keywords: Building Structure, SRPMK, strong column weak beam. AbstrakPerancangan struktur beton bertulang pada struktur bangunan perkantoran PT.Indomarco Prismatama diBantul ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui. (2) Gambar detail penulangan balok dan kolom dari hasil perencanaan.Dalam tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan struktur gedung beton bertulang menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) SNI 2847- 2013. Dimana bangunan model Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) akan menggunakan Strong Column and Weak Beam (kolom kuat dan balok lemah). Struktur yang akan direncanakan adalah gedung perkantoran 6 lantai yang ditinjau dengan menggunakan analisa respons spektrumPada Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen khusus, diperoleh balok B1 (400x600) dengan ϼ= 2.06%; balok B2 (350x500) dengan ϼ= 2.17%; balok Ba1 (250x350) dengan ϼ= 2.17%; balok Ba2 (200x300) dengan ϼ= 2.53%; Kolom K1 (600x600) dengan ϼ= 2.18%; Kolom K2 (500x500) dengan ϼ= 2.43%; Kata kunci : Struktur Gedung,  SRPMK, strong column weak beam.
