The implementation of character education in college was conducted through three character education design bases: First, class-based character education, conducted with the relationship between lecturers as educators and students as learners in In the classroom. Secondly, the education of character culture based on college campus, which is in the form of interaction with all members of academic Civitas who support, improve and strengthen, and leadership as a figure of transparency in Perform its work in accordance with its duties and functions. Third, the application of character education based on campus community is done by collaborating and always listening to community aspirations through co-operative Education Program (University cooperation with entrepreneurs, education, and society), Through the student Activities program.

Implementation of Illiteracy Eradication Program in Katoi Sub-District, North Kolaka District, under the guidance of Dr. Azhari, S.STP., M.Si as the supervisor I and Mr. Arafat Yasir, S.Pd.I., M.Si As mentor II. This study aimed to find and describe Implementation of Illiteracy Eradication Program in Katoi District North Kolaka, Indonesia. This research was a research with descriptive qualitative type, informant in this research as many as fifteen people. Data collection techniques were direct observation and direct interview. As for data analysis used Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the funds from the government were insufficient for the implementation of this Illiteracy Eradication program. The target of the Illiteracy Eradication program was in line with its objectives. Residents of learning who follow this illiteracy eradication program had been in accordance with the targets set by the implementer of Literacy Eradication program. While the selection of tutors and organizers should not be absolutely appropriate to the criteria established by the government. The election took precedence that had a high social spirit and willing to serve for the community, this was related to the implementation of illiteracy programs that were non-formal.

PHYCCTM Development Based On KKNI On Impuls And Momentum Material To Increase HOTS And Independent Character Soeharto Soeharto

This study aimed to: (1) Produce KKNI-based PhyCCTM learning tool to improve HOTS and independent character Learners, (2) to know the result of HOTS improvement in Physics learning by using KKNI-based PhyCCTM Learning Tool developed, (3) to know the level of character category self-supporting Learners in Physics learning using KKNI-based PhyCCTM learning tools developed, and (4) to know the effect of applying learning using KKNI-based PhyCCTM learning device to control class and experiment on HOTS and Independent character of Learners. The developed product uses R & D method in the form of KKNI-based PhyCCTM learning device on impulse and momentum materials covering Syllabus, RPP, Teaching Material, LKPD, HOTS Evaluation Test and Self Character Sheet. The study was conducted in SMAN 8 Yogyakarta and SMAN 1 Kasihan. The results showed that (1) PhyCCTM-based learning tools KKNI worthy of the category "Good and Very Good". (2) KKNI-based PhyCCTM learning tools can improve HOTS for learners (Sig. 2-tailed by 0.001). (3) KKNI-based PhyCCTM learning tools can enhance the independent character of learners with the category "Fair". (4) KKNI-based PhyCCTM-developed learning tools effectively improve HOTS and independent character of learners (Sig. 0.000).

The Influence Of Leadership And Performance On The Motivation Of Participants Education And Training Yusnidar Yusuf

Participants education and training at Human Resource Development Centre of Transport Apparatus became the object of research to take the extent of the condition of leadership and performance effect on there work unit participants education and training and by SPSS through linear regression analysis showed that: Partially t-test results showed that the leadership (X1) had a strong and significant influence on employee performance (Y), for t > ttable was 4.829 > 1.96. Similarly, the X2 form of motivation showed tcount > ttable was 6.639> 1.96. The independent variable X1 (Leadership) and X2 (performance) simultaneously tested by F test strong and significant influence on the dependent variable Y (Performance Officer), since Fcount > Ftable (614.059 > 3.07). The resulted of regression equation Y = 2.254 + 0.411 X1 + 0.541 X2. The diversity of variable Y was influenced by the diversity of variables X1 and X2 for the remaining 91.7% 8.3% influenced by other factors. This was due to factors leadership and performance indispensable and always needed to obtain an increase motivation of participants education and training.

The purpose in research is how to use multimedia in improving the motivation of learning students on the subjects of Aqidah. The data collection techniques used in this study are by using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. While analyzing the results of this research, used qualitative descriptive analysis consisting of three parts is data collection as well as data reduction, data presentation, conclusion or verification. Research results have helped teachers in efforts to increase the motivation of learners in learning. To achieve this, teachers make variations on learning methods, using active learning methods, and using multimedia in the learning process. This kind of teaching can train learners to be more active in learning, and to awaken their desires in learning. So that with the effort students can achieve learning outcomes more maximally.

The purpose of the study is to know the role of Guru Aqidah Akhlak in embedding the value of Aqidah. The research methods used are included in qualitative research. In data collection, researchers use observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. As for its analysis, researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. This research also checks the validity of data with triangulation, observation provisions and peer discussion. For the research, phase uses the preparation stage, fieldwork stage, and completion stage. The results of the study showed that teachers of the teacher's creed in instilling the value of faith in the students, which is the teacher in the role of conducting and motivator to students, besides the teachers also perform religious habituation in the field of creed such as praying set IAP before and after learning is completed, reading Yasin letters and verses Al-Qur ‟ An, read Asmaul Husna, and memorized short letters, and teachers also held extra activities BTQ and calligraphy.

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the motivation to learn the moral faith. This research is a qualitative study, data collection is done by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity checks are performed by data triangulation with two modes, namely by the triangulation of the source and the triangulation technique. Data analysis is done by reducing the data, then presenting the data, then drawn conclusions. Factors that influence the motivation to learn the morality of orphans who live in the home and who live in the orphanage is the internal factor of the physiological aspect of the physical condition of the students, while the psychological aspects of which are motivation, attitude, and students ' interest in learning the moral faith. This research is backed by a phenomenon seeing the tendency of parents put their children to a formal education institution, so that nowadays many Muslim children can not read the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to explore the use of An-Nahdliyah method in improving the learning ability to read AL-Qur'an. The type of research used is qualitative research. In this research the data collection techniques used are observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, while in analyzing data using reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed about the use of An-Nahdliyah method in learning to read the Qur'an in students can improve properly. It is hoped that all parties provide coaching and learning processes. So the quality will increase better
