Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of consumer satisfaction and how much influence on brand loyalty in K-link health food products in the city of Banda Aceh. The object of research is about the satisfaction and loyalty of consumer brands in K-Link health food products in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 250 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation (correlation coefficient) between the variables of customer satisfaction factors that include product attributes, service attributes and purchase attributes to brand loyalty that is equal to 0.649 or 64.9%. The results also showed that the three variables of consumer satisfaction had a strong influence on brand loyalty of K-link health food products that was 0.422 or 42.2%. The product attribute variable has a dominant influence on influencing consumer brand loyalty on K-Link health food products because this variable has a higher regression coefficient than the other two independent variables. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Loyalty, Brand, K-Link Health Products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess and examine the family burden among male and female nurses with schizophrenia patients. The sample population consisted of 60 male and female caregivers of schizophrenic patients selected using purposive sampling from outside patients and indoor patients, MHI, COE, SCBMCH, Cuttack. Odisha. The Family Expense Interview Schedule is applied to caregivers. The results showed that female caregivers had more family burden in all domains compared to male caregivers of schizophrenic patients. Keywords: Family Burden, Caregivers, Schizophrenia.

Abstract

Village funds represent funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is intended for villages that are transferred through the Regency / City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget and are used to fund governance, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment, and transparency. The purpose of this study is to find out the transparency of village fund management in Bireun District. This type of research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the management of village funds in Bireun district was transparent as evidenced by the openness in the process of planning, drafting and implementing the Village Fund Budget.Keywords: Budget, Village Funds, Transparency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of tourist satisfaction in using the services of the Great Aceh Lamtanjong Deer Park, analytical equipment used is multiple linear regression with reliability testing and validity tests, so far the results of the study indicate that all independent variables have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, from the results of the regression coefficient the physical evidence factor becomes the biggest factor affecting tourist satisfaction in the Lamtanjong Aceh Besar Deer Park, then responsiveness is the lowest factor affecting consumer satisfaction. Keywords: satisfaction, tourists, service users

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Aceh Province. This research was conducted at the Archive and Library Agency of the Province of Aceh, with the object of research being the effect of compensation, Leadership Style and work motivation on employee performance at the Archive and Library Board of the Province of Aceh. This analysis is based on data obtained from 181 population determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, which is 44 people sampled. In this study, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis methods (Multiple Linear Regression) which are processed with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results of the study based on the F test (simultaneously) obtained an F-count of 24.196 while the Ftable at a significant level α = 5% was 3.225. This shows that Fcount> F table, with a significance level of 0,000. The results of this calculation can be drawn a conclusion that accepting the null hypothesis, meaning that the compensation variable (X1) leadership style (X2) and work motivation (X3), jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. This means that overall respondents agreed to the indicators examined, thereby affecting the performance of employees at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Board. While partially from the three variables examined, it turns out that the compensation variable (X1) which has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Aceh Provincial Archives and Library Agency, because the regression coefficient is greater than the other variables. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, work motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to create a market model based on local wisdom so that the marketing activities of small businesses can run effectively. To prove the effectiveness of digital marketing media in the form of a marketplace, research subjects are needed, namely small businesses involved directly with online marketing, interview approaches, and their success rate in using digital media (marketplaces). Through this research, it is expected that small businesses can choose wisely and effectively the use of digital media (marketplaces) in their marketing activities so that their sales turnover can increase. The study took the location or object of research in the city of Banda Aceh. Considering that consumer behavior in the city of Banda Aceh is different from one another, of course, it must be measured and tested, whether the market model based on local wisdom can be applied and has a significant relationship to increase marketing activities and product sales of business actors. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, data analysis in the field of the research model and method is carried out by interviewing several SMEs and local marketplace users in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample in this study is small business practitioners who actively use the marketplace for the past two years in the process of marketing and selling their products in the online market. From the results of the non-random sampling, 173 respondents were generally employed, who were small businesses. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire models, and the analysis model used here is the Crosstabs Test. Based on the results of surveys and interviews with several business actors, it was found that there is a marketplace model based on local wisdom that has a very significant relationship in increasing the income of small businesses marketing and selling their products online in Banda Aceh City. Keywords: Marketplace, Small business actors, Local Wisdom
