The community is also involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of rural development, based on the ability of the community. There are at least four rhetoric principles in preaching: emotional appeals, that is an act of communication that touches dakwah audience, involving emotions, hope and love; using persuasive, gentle, clear, and easy to understand language; understand the conditions of society that lead to soothing dakwah; and is accompanied by strong arguments. Novels can be used as a medium to convey messages of dakwah. Habibie & Ainun Novel is not only literary and romance, but also cultural, political and dakwah novel. Among the strenght of the novel besides the rhetorical language, it is more than just a story, this novel was written by the author based on personal stories, what happened in his life, a love story of believers that gives amazing inspiration for the reader. Dakwah rhetoric in this novel is reflected in various forms accompanying the journey of life, psyche and emotions of the author, have touched the hearts of dakwah rhetoric, persuasive, giving attention to the dakwah goal and argumentative rhetoric.Prinsif Retorika dalam berdakwah paling tidak mengandung empat hal: emotional appeals (imbauan emosional) yakni sebuah tindak komunikasi dakwah yang menyentuh hati sasaran dakwah, melibatkan emosi, harapan dan kasih sayang; menggunakan bahasa persuasive, lemah lembut, jelas, dan mudah dipahami; memahami kondisi masyarakat sehingga mengarah pada dakwah yang menyejukkan hati; dan disertai dengan argumentasi yang kuat. Novel dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah. Novel Habibie & Ainun, bukan hanya novel sastra dan novel cinta, tetapi juga novel budaya, politik dan novel dakwah. Dan keistimewaan Novel Habibie & Ainun ini disamping bahasanya yang retoris, adalah lebih dari sekedar sebuah cerita, novel ini ditulis oleh pengarangnya berdasarkan kisah pribadi, apa yang terjadi dalam hidupnya, sebuah kisah cinta insan beriman yang memberi insprirasi yang luar biasa bagi pembaca. Dakwah retoris dalam novel ini terpancar dalam berbagai bentuk mengiringi situasi perjalanan hidup, kejiwaan dan emosi sang penulis, ada dakwah retoris menyentuh hati, persuasive, memperhatikan kondisi sasaran dakwah hingga retorika argumentative.

Khusus bagi masyarakat Bajau yang berdiam di desa Rampa, wilayah Kecamatan Pulau Laut Utara, Kabupaten Kotabaru, adat budaya (traditional culture) melingkupi kehidupan mereka adalah sangat penting dan sangat bernilai bagi kehidupan. Salah satu budaya dari orang-orang suku Bajau ialah mereka masih memperpegangi tinggi peringkatnya masalah âpengobatan tradisional pedesaanâ yang ini banyak dibantu oleh ahli pengobatan tradisional, dalam bahasa Bajau dinamakan âSENDROâ. Sebagian diantaranya ada âSendro Wanitaâ yang terbiasa menggunakan bahan obat-obatan, sesuai dengan syariâat agama Islam dalam hal bahan-bahan yang dipergunakan ada yang dikategorikan âNajisâ dan bahan-bahan itu tidak layak (tidak baik) dipergunakan dan begitu juga âSendroâ mau menerima dan memakainya, dan dia mendapat kekuatan bathin dari pertolongan Tuhan dan roh-roh yang terdahulu. Dengan demikian, bimbingan pengobatannya mengarah pada animisme dan dinamisme. Untuk masalah ini, hal yang benar yang diperlukan ialah pencapaian aktivitas yang baik menurut agama dan diupayakan jalan keluarnya dalam Islam, yaitu mengaktifkan kembali pemahaman tentang Islam dan mencarikan jalan keluar yang hubungannya dengan keyakinan lama (kuno) dalam hal sektor pengobatan, sehingga tidak keluar dari koridor dan prinsip-prinsip kebenaran ajaran agama Islam yang hak dan diridhoi oleh Allah azza wajalla.

Penal sanctions in Islam on more. Because the basic principle of criminal practice in Islamic justice is "better guilty, than punish innocent people". This paradigm may provide a philosophical explanation and Dawah Islamiyah as a forgiving in the judicial process is much more severe, both for criminal actors and other communities. Therefore, the philosophical judgment of Dawah Islamiyah against criminal law in Islam will be able to provide enlightenment in the judicial process in general.

Doing dakwah can be customized with media that is currently developing in the community. Preachers can utilize a variety of media that exist in preaching, so the dakwah can reach wide audience, even covers the whole world. We can see today dakwah inserted through advertisements with a wide range of industrial products, food, clothing, cosmetics, and all kinds of needs of life. Islamic messages inserted using Islamic symbols are already known by the public. One of them is halal products on television.Berdakwah bisa menyesuaikan dengan media yang saat ini berkembang di masyarakat. Pendakwah dapat memanfaatkan berbagai media yang ada dalam berdakwah, sehingga jangkauan dakwah menjadi luas, bahkan bisa mencakup seluruh dunia. Dakwah Islam yang disisipkan melalui iklan-iklan dengan berbagai macam produk industri, makanan, pakaian, kosmetik dan segala macam kebutuhan hidup masyarakat, bisa kita saksikan saat ini. Pesan-pesan dakwah Islam yang disisipkan dengan menggunakan simbol-simbol Islam ini sudah mulai dikenal oleh masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah produk halal yang ada di televisi.Â

Islam is a religion that teaches the balance of understanding, thinking and implementation of living in the world and in the hereafter. Included in the category is development in its broadest sense, both physical and non-physical or mental. Even further than that, Islam also requires its adherents to develop and foster spirituality which is believed as potential seeds of every human being. Because it is agreed that human being as the creature not only consists of physical dimension, but also the spiritual one. In Islam, the spiritual dimension is very influential on the development of the characters that affect physical development.

With regard to the potential religious trends of monotheism (Islam) that is owned by every child, so to keep children from getting out of Islam to become Christians, Jews and Majusi. In order not to happen the destruction of the nation due to moral depravity due to negative flow of information and technology advances, so that children are always obedient to Allah and His Messenger, it should be guided and educated about the teachings of Islam on children as early as possible. Every child is born in a state of fitrah, that is the tendency of children to recognize the existence of the Creator, and bring the potentials of self, including the potential in religion. Early childhood ranging from 0-6 years is a golden age for children to determine the direction of the childs life forward. Therefore, in order for the child to remain in his nature, religious guidance in accordance with his psychic development is necessary. The right way to do religious guidance in early childhood, which is to teach good words, avoid dirty words, keep promises, not lie, train memorize sentences thayyiba and that is no less important is a model example for children.
