<![CDATA[This study required to test the influence of corporate governance structure that includes an independent board, the board of directors, institutional ownership and managerial ownership on firm’s value in Indonesia. The sample in this study were 45 companies included and registered as a company with the most liquid stocks (LQ-45) on the Stock Exchange during the period January 2010 to December 2010. The data used in this study is a secondary data contained in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and the annual reports obtained from the Data Centre for Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia. The data collected, processed by using procedures Ordinary Least Square (OLS) using multiple regression. This study found that corporate governance structure that includes an independent board, the board of directors, institutional ownership and managerial ownership has a significant impact on firm’s value.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are to analyze changes in organizational structure, job design, organizational culture and its influence on employee productivity at PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[ACFTA memberi dampak terhadap hampir semua sektor ekonomi, baik dampak positif maupun negatif. Namun demikian, dampak negatifini lebih tinggi ketimbang dampak positifnya. Artikel ini mengkaji dampak ACFTA terhadap permintaan mainan anak-anak buatan Indonesia; dan mengkaji tingkat elastisitas produk mainan anak-anak buatan Indonesia dengan produk mainan anak-anak buatan China. Nilai-nilai yang diuji dalam artikel ini men ggunakan Model Regresi Multiplikatif. Hasil menunjukkan: pertama, ACFTA berdampak terhadap produk mainan Indonesia. Indikatornya adalah pasar didominasi oleh produk mainan buatan China, dan produk mainan dari China 11,7 kali lebih diinginkan oleh konsumen ketimbang produk mainan Indonesia. Kedua, elastisitas silang antara kedua produk asal bernilai 0,085. Nilai ini mengindikasikan bahwa produk mainan buatan Indonesia dan China adalah komplementer dan subtitutif satu sama lain. Elastisitas silang yang positifbisa menjadi petunjuk adanya praktik kartel di pasar mainan anak-anak Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper is to (1) analyze the level of satisfaction of students in the learning process; (2) analyze the variables that give satisfaction to the students in the learning process, (3) analyze the relation between suitability levels with expected performance provided. This study used a technique Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result shows, the level of student satisfaction in general is low. Based on the sequences, the lowest suitability level is the speed and accuracy of employees in resolving student complaints, internet and intranet facilities, availability and completeness of the facilities in the library reading room and lecture hall comfort.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to: (1) review and analyze the strategies that have been implemented by 10 young entrepreneur’s Program of IbK of STIEAD Jakarta in developing their businesses over the years; (2) identify and analyze the strategies that will be run by them for the next day; (3) analyze and formulate proposals for business development strategy is relevant to young entrepreneurs run by them. The results shows, the strategy which conducted by them is actually still conventional and little is applying modern business patterns. However, they have a plan/strategy development effort that started steady state. Targets that have been set should be reassessed and to be rationalized, if the strategy is capable of being implemented. The recommendations concerned are for all tenants should have self determination for entrepreneurship, able to instill confidence, and always looking for a way out in case of a deadlock]]>

This study emphasize that develop the competitiveness between inter-governmental is began to develop regional competitiveness. The implications for the region is expected improved performance of public institutions and increased competitiveness in the macro level. At the micro level, the local government must create an environment of healthy competition among entrepreneurs in the region, and encourage the development of the company to be a reliable company and to develop a cluster of certain business activities. <![CDATA[Political democracy should be equivalent to the economic development of the quality of democracy, economic democracy if not upright, even the owner of the ruling power and money, which is parallel to force global corporatocracy. Consequently, the economic oligarchy preservation reinforces control of production and distribution from upstream to downstream and power monopoly of the market. The implication, increasingly sharp economic disparities, exclusive owner of the money and power become fertile, and the end could jeopardize the harmony of the national economy. The loss of national economic identity that makes people feel lost the “pilot of the state”. What happens then is the autopilot state. Viewing unclear direction of the economy, the national economy should clarify the true figure.]]>

Tourists visit will stimulate social interaction with people around the major tourist attractions in adapting well in the field of economy, society and culture. The positive impact of tourism activities in the field of economics, namely the State foreign exchange income. Tourism development has three functions: to promote economic, preserve national identity and the preservation offunction and quality of the environment, and fostering a sense of patriotism and the nation. Because it needs to be developed as well as increased marketing and promotion of tourism education and training. Very significant contribution of tourism for job creation. Tourism needs to develop new tour packages such as agro-tourism or ecotourism. <![CDATA[The law arrangement of franchise law was first explicitly regulated by the Government Regulation No. 16 of 1997 which is then updated by Government Regulation No. 42 of 2007 to be created in an agreement that at least contains clauses as stipulated by Article 5 of the Government Regulation. However, franchise arrangements also associated with a variety of other laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. This article is going to state that the importance of partnerships with small and medium enterprises as an effort to encourage the involvement of the wider economic community.]]>
