For the regions that have tobacco farming, the tobacco has economic potential for them. It means that the better the productivity of tobacco farming, the better the regional economy will be. The government has, therefore, set up the Revenue Sharing Fund of Tobacco Products Excise scheme to drive tobacco agricultural productivity in every area that produces tobacco. This study uses an econometric approach to examine the effect of DBHCHT on the regional economy, both aggregate and sectoral in Rembang Regency. Rembang Regency is known as one of the tobacco producers in Central Java. The economic sectors analyzed are the agriculture, industry, and health sectors. The results show that DBHCHT has a positive effect, both aggregate and sectoral, with varying degrees of magnitude. Further collaborations on these results are entirely presented in this article.

The purpose of this study is to: (1) review and analyze the strategies that have been implemented by 10 young entrepreneur’s Program of IbK of STIEAD Jakarta in developing their businesses over the years; (2) identify and analyze the strategies that will be run by them for the next day; (3) analyze and formulate proposals for business development strategy is relevant to young entrepreneurs run by them. The results shows, the strategy which conducted by them is actually still conventional and little is applying modern business patterns. However, they have a plan/strategy development effort that started steady state. Targets that have been set should be reassessed and to be rationalized, if the strategy is capable of being implemented. The recommendations concerned are for all tenants should have self determination for entrepreneurship, able to instill confidence, and always looking for a way out in case of a deadlock

This study was to explore the perceptions of ITB Ahmad Dahlan students towards Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen, as well as to find out the factors that caused students to want to visit Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen. Furthermore, after knowing these factors, this research will give priority to strategies that can be done by Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen to increase the number of visitors and consumers. The results showed that the students 'perceptions of the products and promotions of Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen were good enough and the students' perceptions of prices and places needed to be improved again. Furthermore, the results of the factors that cause students to visit Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen are advertising and social media factors, service quality factors, price factors, product factors, sales promotion factors and process / accuracy factors. The results of the strategy to increase the number of visitors and consumers of Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen are strategies to improve product quality, increase sales promotion, pricing strategies, strategies to improve service quality, improve advertising and social media and improve process / accuracy.

Kreatif merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang atau kelompok yang dengannya dapat melakukan terobosan atau pendekatan tertentu dalam memecahkan setiap permasalahan dengan cara yang berbeda. Pemahaman dan kemampuan kreatif menjadi hal penting bagi seseorang atau organisasi, dimana dengan memiliki kemampuan kreatif, seseorang atau organisasi tersebut sangat memungkinkan untuk berkembang maju. Kegiatan peningkatan pemahaman kreatif bagi peserta Sekolah Kreatif Indonesia Rembang (SKI Rembang) menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Hal ini guna mendukung kegiatan kreatifitas di Kabupaten Rembang yang telah ditetapkan sebagai Kabupaten Kreatif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan pemahaman kreatif ini dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan), atau online. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama satu hari dengan kegiatan diklat online, dimana peserta seluruhnya berada di Kabupaten Rembang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, para peserta menjadi semakin meningkat akan kepahamannya dalam melakukan langkah langkah kegiatan kreatif.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the breakeven on a handy-craft industry of Ms. Sri Sulastri in Pamulang, South Tangerang city. The design of observational research using the method. The design of the survey method using observational with a descriptive quantitative approach. We use costs and marginal approaches, graphical and mathematical methods to analyze break-even and maximum profit on the industry. The results of the analysis of the breakeven on the industry have exceeded break-even. Further elaborations are discussed in this article.

The purpose of this study was to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and quality of service in increasing the number of customers BFI Syariah at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data identified using SWOT analysis. These results indicate that; 1. Strength BFI Syariah namely: faster disbursement of funds in a matter of hours, the total disbursement of up to 90% of the value of the collateral, a weakness that is: complex filing requirements and details, which offered high interest, credit guarantee is limited to only focus on Islamic products, product marketing evenly distributed both online and offline, chances are: the increasing public demand for access to venture capital, the high number of people who have a dynamic lifestyle, the rampant activities of traveling, kosher and Umrah travel and threat namely: The emergence of finance companies as new competitors, the government's policy on lending rates, inflation value of the rupiah against foreign currencies. 2. For service quality index found to yield at 80.1% which is in the range from 0.76 to 1.00 (76% - 100%), which means the quality of service that consumers got very good. With good service quality is one of the keys to increasing the number of potential consumers BFI Sharia.

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of profitability, liquidity, stock prices and dividend policies, also to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Share Prices on Dividend Policy in Mining Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. In this study, the authors used the multiple regression method. The results, where the effect of profitability, liquidity and share price on the dividend policy in a simultaneous of 6.298 with the Ftable results obtained at 1.47. This means that the value of F-value > F-table (6.298> 1.47) with a significant 0.003 (sig <0.05) This shows that profitability, liquidity, and stock prices together have a significant effect on dividend policy. With a partial test, it shows a significant value of profitability variable 0.004 where it is smaller than 0.05 so that it can be said profitability variable has a significant effect on dividend policy. The significant value of the liquidity variable 0.087 where this is greater than 0.05, so it can be said that the liquidity variable does not have a significant effect on dividend policy. The significant value of the stock price variable is 0.582, greater than 0.05. We can say that the stock price variable has no significant effect on dividend policy. The coefficient of determination shows that the effect of profitability, liquidity, and Share Price variables on dividend policy of 4.40%, the remaining 5.60% is influenced by factors not entered into this research. This means that simultaneously the effect of profitability, liquidity, and Share Price variables on dividend policy is at a moderate level.

In investing in stocks, investors will choose companies with good financial performance. Investors need information regarding stock developments and financial reports in stock analysis for decision-making. This study analyzes the effect of financial performance on the stock prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2018. The research sample consisted of 15 companies using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with statistical tools SSS version 19. Based on the data analysis results, partially, the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Return on equity has a significant impact on stock prices with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. Earning per share has a substantial effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, it shows that the debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and earnings per share significantly affect stock prices with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
