Abstract

Political democracy should be equivalent to the economic development of the quality of democracy, economic democracy if not upright, even the owner of the ruling power and money, which is parallel to force global corporatocracy. Consequently, the economic oligarchy preservation reinforces control of production and distribution from upstream to downstream and power monopoly of the market. The implication, increasingly sharp economic disparities, exclusive owner of the money and power become fertile, and the end could jeopardize the harmony of the national economy. The loss of national economic identity that makes people feel lost the “pilot of the state”. What happens then is the autopilot state. Viewing unclear direction of the economy, the national economy should clarify the true figure.

Abstract

Tourism has provided considerable foreign exchange in many countries. Tourists visit will stimulate social interaction with people around the major tourist attractions in adapting well in the field of economy, society and culture. The positive impact of tourism activities in the field of economics, namely the State foreign exchange income. Tourism development has three functions: to promote economic, preserve national identity and the preservation offunction and quality of the environment, and fostering a sense of patriotism and the nation. Because it needs to be developed as well as increased marketing and promotion of tourism education and training. Very significant contribution of tourism for job creation. Tourism needs to develop new tour packages such as agro-tourism or ecotourism. Society needs to be given the opportunity to market local products and help them to the skills and the provision of capital for businesses that bring in profits.

Abstract

The law arrangement of franchise law was first explicitly regulated by the Government Regulation No. 16 of 1997 which is then updated by Government Regulation No. 42 of 2007 to be created in an agreement that at least contains clauses as stipulated by Article 5 of the Government Regulation. However, franchise arrangements also associated with a variety of other laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. This article is going to state that the importance of partnerships with small and medium enterprises as an effort to encourage the involvement of the wider economic community.

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banking is fast enough not matched by a competent human resources. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning of Islamic economics in STIE Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta, which in turn can meet the needs of human resources. Methods used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the learning of Islamic economics is good and effective.

Abstract

Marketing of higher education falls into the category of services marketing. For “X” School, to attract potential students requires special methods and strategy. The objectives of the study are to: 1) Review and analyze of promotion mix in its effort to promote the institution; 2) review and analyze the most effective promotional mix in its effort to promote the institution. The results showed that: 1) the School has implemented a promotional mix. There are 6 ways to do that: advertising, sales promotion, publicity and public relations, personal selling, word of mouth, direct mail and e-marketing. The six ways are carried out simultaneously; 2) The most effective promotional mix is personal selling. For three years (2007, 2010, and 2011) proved it the most effective method. For 2008, the most effective promotional mix is word of mouth, dan for 2009, the most effective promotional mix is sales promotion. The most effective promotional mix in “Very Strong” category is personal selling could affect 956 students.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to know and to analyze if competences of basic accounting influencing the sustainibilty study of students doing the accounting course in muhammadiyah's high educational institution in Jakarta; and (2) to analyze how basics accounting competences influencing the sustainibilty study of students doing the accounting course in muhammadiyah's high educational institution in Jakarta. From this study shown that (1) hypothesis of determinant cooeficient in basics accounting subject to passing grade (IPK) is 0.8% and others influenced by 99,2% from another factors i.e not discussed in this study.; (2) hypothesist of determinant cooeficient of grade of basics accounting subjects to sustainilility study at study times shown the value of 0.5% and others influenced by 99.5% from another factors i.e not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to test further empirical findings regarding financial ratio, especially regarding its usefulness in estimating changes in future earnings. This study used 6 samples retail companies that offer shares to the public listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia by analysis using the 49 financial ratios. Using the method of variable selection stepwise regression were analyzed for the known linear relationship with changes in profit one year, two years and more than two years. The results showed there are significant effects of changes in financial ratios relative to changes in earnings a year to come, there is a significant effect between changes in financial ratios relative to changes in earnings two years from now, and there is a significant effect between changes in financial ratios relative to changes in earnings three years to come.

Abstract

This research analyzes trends of APBD Kota Tangerang and financial performance of Pemerintah Kota Tangerang. This research used descriptive and qualitative method where 1992­2008 was observed. 1992-1999 is assumed that the year is before autonomy implementation and the year of 2001-2008 is after autonomy implementation policy. Time of research is December 2010-April 2011. The results showed that financial performance of Pemerintah Kota Tangerang is lower compared before autonomy implementation. The average of it is 1.17%. Differently, the index during autonomy policy raised 0.67%. The result of this research becomes the indication that Pemerintah Kota Tangerang has not yet fully independent in financial management as an effort of economic improvements.

Abstract

Banking industry is very tight competition in all aspects. Results review from some literatures: journals and empirical data indicates that the banking industry has been applied information technology in order to provide excellent service to customers in the form of electronic transactions such as ATM, sms banking, e-commerce and so forth. Based on Bank Indonesia reports, the type of electronic transaction has been growing very rapidly between the transaction and Bilyetgiro Elekteronik Checks, ATM, Credit Card, Account Card Based (ATM and Debit Cards), Electronic Money, Delivery Chanel and RTGS. Those above transactions are relating to the Technology Information System and Integrated System. Integrated system is the combination of Hardskill which focus on knowledge and more to the integrity softskill (shidiq, trustworthy, tablig, fathonah). Islamic banks are ready to face competition both nationally and internationally, primarily face competition from the aspect of Integrated Systems. Abstract

The research aims to know financial ratio District Government of Tangerang Selatan from the budget realization report, there are two financial ratios as analysis. Revenue analysis could count growth revenue and tax. To count financial ratio (district self-ratio, decentralization grade, effectiveness to revenue ratio, efficiency ratio to PAD. And expenditure analysis to know value for money (expenditure growth analysis, Operational expense to total expense, capital expenditure to total expenditure, and expenditure realization to total expenditure).
