The emergence of a new crime (cyber crime) is a phenomenon that requires quick and accurate response.The term cyber crime is currently refers to an act of crime associated with the virtual world (cyberspace) and crimes using computers. This study menkaji about improving access to education and the implementation of the compulsory 9 years in the district.East Tanjab. Samples taken from two sub-district. In the district.East Tanjab. Ditentntukan school sample with random sampling technique. Results obtained dalah: 1) Achieving increased access to education at the primary level is much better than at the level of SMP / MTs. 2) Based on the indicators of GER, NER, school dropout (DO) and number of repeat classes, the district has not met the target East Tanjab reasonable thoroughness 9 years in an optimal fit mandated by the Presidential Instruction No. 5 / 2006 which is unable to maintain NER SD / MI of 95% and education GER SMP / MTs has not reached 95%. It can be concluded that unlicensed although aksess education in the district.East Tajabbeen no improvement but not yet ready to implement the Fair 12 years.

This research was conducted by survey research methods, namely an attempt to obtain information from resfonden and concluded that a sample by using a structured questionnaire and patterned according to the needs of research. Sample as a source of research subjects was the customer power above 200 kVA. In this study, the studied population amounted to 137 customers, from the population is taken into the sample amounted to 55 customers or ± 40% of the entire population with an error rate of 5%. This is what writers do remember the limitations of time, effort and cost.To determine the level of customer satisfaction that is observed, it is used as a means of measuring Likert Scale. The model of the relationship equation between two variables, the equation obtained is called regression, linear regression equation can be shaped and to estimate a variable called the Dependent Variable and Independent Variables.The relationship between the variables X (technical services, payment points, and information) and Y variables correlated strongly positive at 0.902 (90.2 percent). Partially significant effect of variable X1. Where t value (7.109) is bigger than t table value (1.684) on the degree of confidence of 95 percent. While the X2 variables significant effect on variable Y. Where t (5.357) is bigger than t table (1.684) on the degree of confidence of 95 percent. And the X3 has a significant variable. Where t value (4.085) is bigger than t table (1.684) on the degree of confidence of 95 percent. Together the variable X has a significant influence on the variable Y. Where the calculated F value (73.994) is greater than F table (2.79).

This research aim to to know how influence of earnings of perkapita society to motorbike request in town Jambi, To know how influence sum up the resident to motorbike request in town Jambi, To know how price influence to motorbike request in town JambiData used is data sekunder with the type of data of time series 10 year from year 2000-2009. Data steming from BPS ( Statistical Center Body), library, and other source like journal and previous research pickings with the Earnings of perkapita society, growth of resident and price as variable independent influencing request to motorbike as variable dependent.Result of this examination prove that Earnings of perkapita society have an effect on positive but not signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike of brand, Resident Growth have an effect on positive and signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike in Town Jambi, Price have an effect on the negativity and signifikan to level of amount of request of motorbike in Town Jambi

Research methods in data collection using the method of census, which collected data includes primary data and secondary data. The type of data used are time series data (time series). Determination of Domestic Industry Senaning Jaya as study sites were purposively selected (purposive).Methods of data analysis used to answer the purpose of this research is to use indicators Break Even Point (BEP) for volume production and prices, Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C), Net Present Value (NPV), and Payback Period of Capital (PPC) .The result showed that the fish processing business system, liquid smoke smoked catfish Indusrti Household Senaning diusakan Jaya profitable or feasible. This can be seen from the BEP production volume is 956.1 kg, shall mean this business will achieve the BEP when has produced 956.1 kg of smoked fish, catfish. While the value of BEP production price is USD. 33 536, - per kg, shall mean this business will achieve the BEP production if the selling price of at least Rp. 33 536, - per kilogram. Value B / C is 1.40, meaning that with the sacrifice of a fee of Rp.100 will generate revenue of Rp. 140. The average value of NPV for a year at an interest rate of 17% per annum obtained by Rp.21.124.056, -, this NPV shows still provide income in present value is far greater than zero, although the use of the opportunity cost of capital (opertunity cost) by 17%. PPC value is 0.69 years, meaning that the fish processing business systen liquid smoke smoked catfish is able to return the investment that is planted in this business as a whole prior to the economic life out of business.

The addition of styrene butadiene rubber (latex) on high strength concrete with fly ash filler obtained results of compressive strength of concrete at 28 days fc '= 60.35 MPa with the pattern of failure are cones and shear type. In addition, the resulting modulus of elasticity (E) = 26661.71 MPa and Poisson's ratio (n) 0.2241. Permeability test results on high strength concrete with fly ash filler added some styrene butadiene rubber (latex) get the value of permeability coefficient (k) = 1.111E-08 m / sec and at 0767 cm penetration.

The economic structure ofJambiProvinceis characterized by the role of each sector, such as agriculture, service sector, industrial sector and other sectors. The agricultural sector plays an important role in improving and expanding employment opportunities, therefore this sector can not be ignored altogether. Sebahagian small agricultural production is done by small farmers and their scattered locations inJambiProvince. This sector plays an important role in enhancing regional economic growth Jambi. One of the products sub-sector of agriculture is rice paddies. Basically rice is a commodity that has a very important role for the economic development area of Jambi. The contribution of rice to the local income Jambi also great. In addition, rice is still acting as a source of livelihood of farmers in some regions including the District of Jambi province Jambi Muaro. Muaro Jambi is one area where most inhabitants live in the countryside and live as farmers. As for agricultural crops cultivated in the district of Jambi is Muaro Food crops (rice, rice), crops and fruit plantations. Increasing rice production can be done on agricultural land that has been developed.
