The quality of human resources can not be separated from the work productivity of human resources such as qualified human resources that can be seen from its productivity (Siregar, 2009). The improvement of the quality of the public will have an impact on their productivity increase.The Data used in this research is the data period 2002-2014 year secondary because of BPS Jambi Province. The model used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Based on estimates using OLS, shows the influence of variable index Infant Mortality (IKB), Index Life expectancy (IHH) and Index Literacy (IndeksMH) jointly significant effect on variable index Quality of Life ( IMH) Jambi expressed from the F-count> F-table that is 12.450> 3.86. Similarly, partially from t-count test results can be seen from the value t count larger than t-table. all variables have a significant influence on variables Quality of Life Index (IMH) in Jambi Province. This experiment aims to look at the effect of feeding silk worms (Tubifex sp) on the vertical strata in the aquarium container in the maintenance of carp (Osphoronemus gourami). This research was carried out for 30 days with a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. Treatment A (top feeding zone), B (middle feeding zone 1), C (middle feeding zone 2), and treatment D (zone bottom-feeding).After analyzed by ANOVA and LSD (Significant Difference) research shows that the average biomass growth body length and weight of the fish is best in treatment C respectively by 6.82 cm and 3.30 grams of the water level 10 cm zone of basic aquarium (P <0.5). While the average percentage of the best survival was also contained in C treatment that is equal to 98%.Keywords: natural feed, hatchery fish and freshwater fish

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menggunakkan modal auxiliaries . Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester tiga yang terdiri dari 30 orang mahasiswa. penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakkan pendekatan kuantitative, yang bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan mahasiswa , dan data di ambil berdasarkan test yang diberikan. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa nilai tertinggi 90 dan nilai terendah 75, berada pada level excellent sebanyak tiga orang mahasiswa (10%), very good sebanyak 18 orang mahasiswa (60%), good sebanyak sembilan orang mahasiswa (40%). Tidak ada mahasiswa yang berada di level fair and poor.Kata kunci : kemampuan mahasiswa, auxiliaries

Garbage timbulan estimation data of a city is important data that must exist for the city waste management planning of comprehensive and integrated from upstream to downstream. Timbulan saampah estimates the city preferably there should be every year or at least 5 years. Timbulan estimates data trash city of Jambi is data in 2005.To estimate the timbulan of garbage city are obtained by means of survey timbulan the garbage using SNI 19-3964-1994Timbulan Jambi city residents as much as junk 1755.05 m³/day. Its characteristics 32.98% organic and inorganic 67.02%. The composition of the organic waste of 32.98% and inorganic garbage of 67,02%.Keywords: garbage timbulan

Model systems of simultaneous equations were built to analyze the impact of several internal factors and external factors of the Indonesian palm oil industry. The scope of the study is a model of Indonesian palm oil commodity as well as various aspects related to the model. The data used is the annual time series from 1984 to 2012 were collected from various sources. Equation system model estimation method using two stage least squares (2SLS) with the help of SAS software.Results of the estimation model used has sought good enough to explain the empirical phenomena. This is because the models are built too small so that the necessary information through a variety of behavioral equations in the model fairly limited (not so powerful forecasting) so sometimes partly the result of historical simulation detrimental effect appropriate (opposite) with empirical facts.Of the various scenarios that do turns combination of increased export prices of cooking oil Indonesia accompanied by a decrease in real interest rates and rising real wages of industrial impact good enough for Indonesian palm oil industry such as the production and export of palm oil increased by relatively large, although berfek negatively affect oil exports Crude palm oil (CPO). It is actually very good for Indonesian export commodities shift to products with higher value added, and these conditions will encourage domestic industrialization of palm oil processing.Keyword : palm oil , production , export , internal and external factors , the econometric model .
