One of the crucial problems in the renewal of KUHP is the formulation of adultery criminal act. Especially when referred to legal life historical experience in Indonesia, there are various legal systems thot exist at the same time. It means that the renewal of adultery criminal act must consider the possibility of legal system out of one system to be included in the new formulation of KUHP. It is intresting to analyze if this problem is faced with the possibility of Islamic law contribution which is directing into two things, I.e obtaining a clear picture of the adultery criminal act according to the Islamic law compered with KUHP and RKUHP, and the relevance of criminal act in Islamic law to be the source of he farmulation of the new national KUHP. This research was conducted in Teluk Dawan village, East Tanjung Jabung District. The aim of this research was to know the farmer’s knowledge and skill of agricuture tecnology application. Beside the other aim was to analize the deferences of each variable on the deferent extention methode. Description methode which completed by simple random sampling (there were 30 respondents from 218 populations). The result of the research showed that the farmer’s knowledge score who used the “group extention methode” (87,00% from the ideal score) was higher than that who used the “visited extention method” (85,20% from the ideal score). The farmer’s skill score who used the “group extention methode” (84,00% from the ideal score) was lower than that who used the “visited extention method” (86,20% from the ideal score). In Indonesia is a developing country with potential to become a developed country, quite a lot of developed countries such as Singapore, Japan, Korea and Amarica began to look at the market in Indonesia to invest. Her high charm for Indonesia natural resources for the promotion to attract wealthy investors to invest ber. Invesment is crucial to economic growth, High Invesment value will have a great impact on the economy of the nation and its reverse. In Inndonesia the rate of growth of domestic and foreigh invesments in Jambi Province in 2000. 2014 on average 9,37 % and 12,27 %, while the influence of domestic and foreigh invesments to economic growth in nthe last 15 tears simultaneously by 54,50 % patialy respectively 59 % and 51,10 % is very significant and positive under the alpha 5 % le 0,011 or 1,1 % and 0,022 %Keyword : investasi, PMA, PMDN.

STUDENTS’ VOICE: EFL SPEAKING PROBLEMS ON ENGLISH DAY PROGRAM AT ONE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN INDONESIA Noprival Noprival

The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine the problems of speaking English encountered by students on English day at one senior high school in Jambi, Indonesia. The data were collected through demographic profiles and semi-structure in-depth interviews with senior high school students. The demographic data were analyzed descriptively while the interview data were transcribed and analyzed line by line to generate and develop codes and themes. Five salient themes that emerged in this research were (1) inadequate vocabulary knowledge, (1) grammar as a stumbling block, (3) fear of negative response from others, (4) low self-esteem to speak in English, and (5) feeling anxious to speak in English. Suggestions and implications are also discussed. Key words: English day, speaking problems, Indonesian students

The purpose of this research is to: (1) determine the level of receivable turnover, (2) determine the level of inventory turnover, (3) determine the level of economic rentability, (4) knowing the influence of reveivable trunover and inventory turn over to wards economic rentability. The object of this research is PT. Afresh Indonesia in Jambi from 2012 to 2014 period.Methods of data collection in this study was done by using documentation technique. The method analysis used descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis. Statistical analysis tool used is multiple linier regretion and hyphotesis testing F and t test. Data processing techniques performed by statistical analysis using SPSS 18.0The hypothesis of this research is receivable turnover and inventory turnover, having significant influence to economic rentability simultaneously and partially. Hypothesis testing is one by F test dan t test. By comparing the coefficient of determinance is know for account receivable turnover amounted 15.8% and inventory turnover amounted to 24.4%. it can be seen that the level of account receivable turn over has more dominant influence on economic rentability.Keywords: Receivables Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Economic Rentability

The activities of the Police Department that deals with the processes in the society demands the existence of a partnership between the police and the community in preventing crime. The police should be able to put itself in tune with the expectations of the community so that the community can be involved actively in crime prevention. One of the strategies of prevention against threats and disruption of security and public order can be done by the police with the utilization of the ability of citizens, selective, efficient and effective in detecting the possibility of evil. The community is a party to the most understanding of the problem of evil and ketidaktertiban that occur in the environment. To prevent crime the police should conduct a consultation (consultation) with the community to be able to adjust the service/police action (adaptation) according to needs, mobilize (mobilization) potential that exists within the community so that the retrieved a method of solving the problem (problem solving) or solution based on the issue in accordance with the point of view of the citizens. Especially in jurisdictions Polsek Maro Sebo, in 2014, there is a wide variety of forms of crimes that occurred as robbery, theft of livestock theft, empty House, penodongan, gambling and so on. This gives rise to anxiety and inconvenience for the people who live in the districts of Maro Sebo. Information about ketidaktertiban most accurate when received from the community. The community will inform the ketidaktertiban problem when the community is easy to report it, the community knows the benefits if the reported problem ketidaktertiban, and people are sure the police can handle the matter completely. Useful information will come from the local people when the police have built a relationship based on trust with the communities they serve. Observations of researchers, there are still many the application of conventional learning that is learning centered on teachers, students only listen to, noted and sent do this exercise so learning fun did not happen. This research is research the experiment the sampelnya a random sampling. The final result of this research obtained by means compare study results class the experiment apply model cooperative type coop-coop with the class implementing learning model conventionally often applied in schools in general. The results of the end of the study concluded that mathematics students who apply model cooperative type coop-coop better than conventional learning model.According to the research conducted on the final test (post-test ), the results rata-rata class the experiment 72,2 and results value rata-rata class 65,9 control, as well as from test t Count hipotesis obtained by 2,13 and t tabel of 1,68. From the results of it is evident that thitung larger than ttabel so H0 turned down and H1 accepted. It can be can be concluded that mathematics students who use cooperative learning model type talking stick is better than the mathematics students who use direct learning model.Keywords; Study Results, Learning Model Cooperative Type Coop-Coop, Learning Covensional.

Monetary policy is one of wisdom that can affect a country’s economy, banking is a medium that limits between sector moneter with sectorial. Development of SME loans in regional development bank’s, the highest growth in 2008 at 41 % le diangka Rp. 5,197.687 M and the lowest in 2011 with growth of 31 % dianggka Rp. 4.489.554 M with an average growth of Smes given BPD Jambi Province amounted to 17,22 %, from the regression resultsw are negative and significant impact on the interest rate credit. This school action research is aimed at increasing English teachers ability to write classroom action research proposal through the use Triple P technique ( Presentation, Practice and Produce ). The subjects of this research are English teachers at SMA N 4, SMA N 5 and SMA N 8 Kota Jambi. Data was collected through interview, document, observation and instrument of test. This research consists of two cycles. The result of cycle 1 states the average score of English teachers at SMA N 4 is 58.75, SMA N 5 is 65 and teaches at SMA N 8 is 50.. It increases 41.25% comparing to the initial score 17.5,. The average score of English teachers increases 40% comparing to initial average score 25. The result of cycle 2 states English teachers at SMA N 4 get 75, SMA N 5 get 84.5 and teaches at SMA N 8 get 80.5. It increases 16.25% for SMA N 4, 19.5 for SMA N 5 and 30.5% for SMA N 8.The grand mean of the subject under study in writing CAR proposal is 79.61. There is 17..32 % comparing to the result of in cycle 1. Based on this result can be concluded that triple P technique is significant enough to make English teachers of SMA N 4, SMA N 5, and SMA N 8 Kota Jambi write CAR Proposal easily.Keywords: Presentation, Practice, Production, Research

With the presence of the notary public code of conduct, then the Notary in performing tasks and authority as well as to make the deed must be accountable and to the provisions of the code of conduct. Thus, the notary public code of conduct binding on all things will be done by the Notary deeds in Office.Force of law Notary code of conduct mandatory also implemented by the Notary in the region of the Western Cape Jabung Regency in making the deed-notary deed of an act of law that occurred in the middle of the life of the community. But in reality, there are just the notary who made the deed is not in line with the provisions of the code of etiknya, which resulted in the existence of problems or disputes in the community caused the discharge or publication of the notary deed.Deviation of the acts committed by the notary deed in the making that can harm society can eliminate the responsibility of the force of law Notary code of conduct itself.
