Notaris yang merupakan pejabat umum yang memiliki kewenangan khusus dari Negara untuk membuat akta autentik yang merupakan salah satu bukti atau alas hak yang sah. Dalam melakukan tugas jabatannya Notaris pasti pernah khilaf dan membuat kesalahan, dan oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengawasan terhadap Notaris dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya tersebut. Untuk itu dibentuklah suatu badan yang melakukan pengawasan khusus terhadap Notaris yaitu Majelis Pengawas Notaris. Majelis Pengawas yang terbagi atas Majelis Pengawas Daerah, Majelis Pengawas Wilayah dan Majelis Pengawas Pusat memiliki tugas dan fungsi masing-masing. Majelis Pengawas Daerah merupakan dasar utama pengawasan yang dilakukan terhadap Notaris. Bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan yaitu pemeriksaan berkala setiap 6 (enam) bulan sekali. Majelis Pengawas Daerah sama peranannya di seluruh Indonesia seperti juga Majelis Pengawas Daerah Notaris di Kota Jambi. Permasalahan adalah bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam upaya melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, apa saja faktor yang menghambat bagi majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peranan yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam upaya melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, mengetahui faktor yang menghambat bagi majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan Yuridis Empiris, yaitu mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku berkenaan kenotarisan dan melihat prakteknya pada pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan Majelis Pengawas Daerah Kota Jambi.

With the presence of the notary public code of conduct, then the Notary in performing tasks and authority as well as to make the deed must be accountable and to the provisions of the code of conduct. Thus, the notary public code of conduct binding on all things will be done by the Notary deeds in Office.Force of law Notary code of conduct mandatory also implemented by the Notary in the region of the Western Cape Jabung Regency in making the deed-notary deed of an act of law that occurred in the middle of the life of the community. But in reality, there are just the notary who made the deed is not in line with the provisions of the code of etiknya, which resulted in the existence of problems or disputes in the community caused the discharge or publication of the notary deed.Deviation of the acts committed by the notary deed in the making that can harm society can eliminate the responsibility of the force of law Notary code of conduct itself. A person with a disability has the right to be treated the same as other human legal subjects. Therefore, the government is obliged to realize the rights listed in the convention, using laws and regulations, including how to fulfill the rights of persons with disabilities in every aspect of life such as: a decent living, education, health and so on, just like humans who live with disabilities. other normal. An autistic person or what in psychological terms is called autism, is included in the category of a person with a mental disability. A person is said to be autistic if he experiences abnormalities in carrying out a legal act, development in terms of the quality of the ability to carry out social and emotional relationships in the social environment of the community. A person is said to have autism, namely someone who has a special character in people generally not by showing mental (psychic), emotional (affective) or physical (physical) disabilities. The word autism, namely "auto" means everything that is directed at the individual. According to information that is not difficult to understand, autism is an abnormality in the brain that causes a decrease or loss of a person's ability to communicate, relate to others and respond to the environment or environment.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the authority of the Department of Transportation officials in law enforcement of freight transportation vehicles in Samarinda City and to determine the obstacles faced by the Transportation office in enforcing the law of transportation of goods in Samarinda City. This research method is a type of normative legal writing. Source of legal materials are obtained from secondary legal materials, sources of primary legal materials, and non-legal materials. The type of research used is normative or doctrinal legal research which is also referred to as library research or document study because this research is carried out or aimed at written regulations or other legal materials. With the statutory research approach and the conceptual approach, the approach is carried out by examining all the laws and regulations that are relevant to the legal issues being addressed.The result of the study showed that the authority of the Transportation Service Officers in enforcing the legal transport of goods in Samarinda City was in accordance with the Traffic and Road Transportation law, with technical regulations being Government Regulations Number 80 of 2012 concerning Procedures for Inspecting Motorized Vehicles on the Road and Enforcement of Past Violations Road Traffic and Transportation. The obstacle faced by the Department of Transportation officials in enforcing the law of freight vehicles in Samarinda City is that it still often occurs in the field with a lack of understanding of the rules that apply to the performance of each agency (the Department of Transportation with the National Police). Among the products are very tempting for the present time in the field of trade in the city of Edinburgh is home store (shop), where it can be used as a store house of residence and / or place of business. Flats are a response to the needs of housing for the community and become an alternative choice for providing ideal housing for developing countries. The purpose of research and writing of this scientific paper through the normative approach method is to analyze the Activities of Management of Flats by the Management Agency, the existence of the Association of Owners and Occupants of Apartment Units (PPPSRS), Voting Rights Related to the Authority of Management and Management of Rental Flats compared to Management of Flats Commercial. In this study using an empirical juridical approach because the researcher was carried out directly on the manager of the rental apartment. The scope of this research is the management of flats and its objects are flats in urban areas. The materials used are field materials and library materials. The data collection technique is document study and the analysis technique is qualitative analysis. The activity of managing the apartment is obliged to be the manager of a legal entity, namely the Association of Owners and Residents of Apartment Units which have been made a legal deed by the Regent or Mayor of the Level II Region and the determination of the voting rights of these members has not been fully realized. Management of simple rental apartments is required by Technical Management Unit (UPT), while Management of Commercial Flats is the Management Body of Commercial Flats, which is the Association of Owners and Occupants of Flat Units, developer as a temporary Management Agency.

To the implementation of the Government program and the terangkatnya farmers ' livelihood, then Perum Dolog rice farmers making a purchase price that is adequate and not detrimental to the farmers themselves. Legally, buy sell rice is a unity of works which can be called the deeds of the law. It is said so, because with the buy sell the rice poses a legal relationship (the Alliance) between the seller (the farmer) and buyer (Perum Dolog). Among the sale and purchase agreement between rice farmers with Perum Dolog, also occur in the West, where the Jabung Cape farmers selling berasnya to Tanjung Jabung Regency Dolog Perum West. In practice, the purchase agreement between rice farmers with Perum Dolog, Tanjung Jabung Barat there happens a tort committed by the seller, which the seller's late delivery of rice to the buyer, even though the maturity Rice deliveries in accordance with the contents of the agreement has been passing time and there is also a tort committed by the purchaser, where the buyer is late in payment. The existence of the tort that occurs is not a possibility with the constraints faced in the implementation of the agreement and selling the rice itself.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya penggunaan metode pembayaran dengan sistem bayar nanti (ShopeePayLater) yang diklaim memberikan kemudahan bagi pembeli (konsumen) untuk membeli barang dan kemudian membayar di kemudian hari baik secara mencicil ataupun langsung. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini terkait: 1) Apa yang dimaksud dengan perjanjian transaksi elektronik? 2)Apa yang dimaksud dengan sistem bayar nanti? 3)Bagaimana perlindungan hukum perjanjian transaksi elektronik dengan sistem bayar nanti pada aplikasi Shopee?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan jawaban terkait tentang perlindungan hukum dalam perjanjian transaksi elektronik dengan sistem bayar nanti pada aplikasi Shopee. Yuridis normative dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statute Approach) digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwasahnya perjanjian transaksi elektronik ialah layaknya perjanjian pada umumnya namun pada prosesnya melibatkan bantuan media elektronik dan jaringan internet. Sistem bayar nanti pada aplikasi shopee digambarkan sebagai suatu metode pembayaran yang berbentuk perjanjian elektronik yang dikenal dengan sistem P2P yaitu merupakan sistem pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi. Sedangkan bentuk perlindungan hukum perjanjian transaksi elektronik terdapat dalam Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008, Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 77 Tahun 2016, serta Ketentuan Layanan Shopee PayLater terkait Perlindungan Hukum Pihak Konsumen dan Penyelenggara Layanan Paylater PT. Lentera Dana Nusantara dan PT. Commerce Finance.

Enhancing reading comprehension is essential for comprehending and acquiring proficiency in the English language. To improve students' understanding of reading comprehension skills, it is essential to employ an appropriate learning method during the learning process. Thus, this study employed the LRD strategy as a method for acquiring knowledge. The aim of this study is to ascertain whether the implementaton of the LRD technique enhances students' reading comprehension in recount texts. Therefore, this study employed the quantitative approach, specifically a pre-experimental design. The study included 32 students from class VIII SMPN 33 Gresik. After that, pretest and posttest consisting of multiple-choice questions were used collecting the data for the study. As a result, the SPSS 25 Paired Sample T-test was utilized in this investigation concerning to conduct data analysis. The investigation revealed substantial findings when comparing pre-test and post-test. The pre-test provided a result of 54.69, while the post-test provided a result of 77.03. The 2-tailed significance analysis showed that the p-value of 0.00 is less than the significance level of 0.05. It indicates that there was a significant increase between the pre-treatment and post-treatment scores. According to these findings, students have the potential in improving their reading comprehension after implementing the LRD strategy.

This study aims to examine the impact of using digital storytelling applications on the development of students' critical thinking skills within a learning context. It employs a qualitative approach, using observation, interviews, and document analysis to gather data. 46 students are participated in a digital storytelling project for 1 semester that required them to organize, analyze, and critically present information using digital applications such as Adobe Spark and Canva. The findings indicate that the use of digital storytelling applications significantly contributes to the development of students' critical thinking skills. These applications enable students to integrate various media—such as text, images, audio, and video—encouraging them to think critically about the most effective way to convey messages. Additionally, digital storytelling applications prompt students to evaluate information more thoroughly, develop strong arguments, and present them creatively and logically. Based on the research data, digital storytelling applications are also shown to be effective in enhancing students' critical thinking skills and hold potential for broader integration into education as innovative and interactive learning tools.
