Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal and external inseminator characteristics on the success of IB in Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted on December 12, 2020 to January 6, 2021. The objects observed in this study were all inseminators at each IB post in Kerinci Regency.The data obtained from this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were analyzed using Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the success of artificial insemination in Kerinci Regency is good, this can be seen from the S/C value per inseminator of 1.69.The influence of internal characteristics (length of work, training intensity, accuracy, technical ability of straw management and estrus detection) and external (distance from house to work area, supporting facilities, condition of post IB, sanitation of tools and fittings) has an effect (P>0.05). Meanwhile, internal characteristics (responsibility) and external (voluntary rewards) have no effect (P>0.05) on the success of IB in Kerinci Regency. Based on this research, it can be concluded that not all internal and external characteristics affect the success of IB in Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that micro, small and medium enterprises have a strategic role in the country's economic system, among these strategic roles are absorbing local resources and wider employment opportunities and contributing to efforts to alleviate poverty. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia in 2017, the workforce absorbed from MSMEs was 97.02%. This figure increased from the previous year of 112,828,610 people. The city of Medan has the potential for very rapid economic growth, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Medan noted that the economy of Medan in 2018 grew by 5.92%. Even though the potential of micro-businesses is very potential, various problems still surround micro-businesses, making it difficult to develop. As an economic foundation, the MSME sector is the sector most affected by the Covid-19 outbreak due to the absence of activities outside the home by most people. This study intends to identify and analyze the problems faced by Small and Medium Enterprises and strategies for their strengthening during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Medan City. This research is a qualitative study with a literature review which was conducted in the city of Medan in July-November 2020. The type of data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises with the object of research being MSME actors. The results showed that the sales of MSME products in the city of Medan decreased by 68% due to difficulty in obtaining raw materials and delays in the distribution process as well as difficulties in capital which resulted in a slowing down of the production process by 16% of the total number of MSMEs in the city of Medan. The strengthening strategy is the Rapid Skimming strategy by setting high sales and promotion prices, or vice versa, namely the Low Skimming strategy and the Rapid Penetration strategy, by setting low product prices and high promotions or vice versa with the Slow Penetration strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of operating cash flow, leverage, liquidity, operating capacity, profitability and sales growth on the financial distress of Property and Real Estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2019. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The sample in this study obtained as many as 26 companies, in the case of the method used is purposive sampling which is a sampling method by determining the criteria that have been determined. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results of the F test show that operating cash flow, leverage, liquidity, operating capacity, profitability, and sales growth variables simultaneously affect financial distress. However, in testing the hypothesis (t-test) the operating cash flow, operating capacity, profitability and sales growth variables have no effect on financial distress, while the leverage and liquidity variables have a significant and negative effect on financial distress

Abstract

This research is the management of language laboratory in Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. This study aims to find the management of language laboratories in Sekolah Mengengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi with scope and management functions including management, organizing, implementation of management programs and supervision and utilization of language laboratory management in junior high school (SMP) Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi and analyzing the main functions and tasks of language laboratory managers as well as analyzing inhibitory factors and efforts conducted by SMP Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. This research method uses qualitative approach, while from the scientific aspect use management approach to see planning, implementation and supervision activities. The findings in the field found that the management of language laboratories in Sekolah Mengengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi to the management function in the management of language laboratory equipment has not been optimal, this can be seen from the planning, budgeting, procurement, storage and distribution, use, maintenance and inventory and recording of the management of language laboratories that have not been properly planned, unstructured and organized organized d Well, the implementation of language laboratory management programs has not been carried out optimally supervision and utilization of language laboratory management has not been implemented professionally. From the findings and discussion of research on the management of language laboratories in SMP N 11 Muaro Jambi, it can be concluded that the management of language laboratories applied by SMP N 11 Muaro Jambi in general has not been optimal, especially towards the implementation of the functions and duties of school managers have not been implemented properly. This can be seen in the documentation (data) related to planning, budgeting, procurement, usage, maintenance and inventory has not been carried out optimally

Abstract

Passenger public transportation in Tuban is one of the means of transport used by the community to meet the transport needs. Total fleet of public transport passengers registered and active operating as many as 40 vehicles, consisting of 30 units of passenger public transportation route A and 10 units of passenger public transportation route B, with a capacity of 12 passengers/vehicle. Passenger public transportation operates from 06.00 - 17.00 with the number of trips ranging from 7-8 trips/day every vehicle and can carry 9-10 passengers/trip every vehicle. The waiting time of passenger route A average of 3 minutes, and route B average of 9 minutes. The purpose of research is to determine the performance and productivity of the passenger public transportation of Tuban. The research using empirical methods to obtain information from observations in the field and these observations are presented in the form of data.The research results it is known that the performance and productivity of public transportation on route A and B. Route A has an average load factor of 81,39%, an average frequency of 20,97 vehicles/hour, an average headway of 2.88 minutes, an average travel time of 3,50 minutes/km, an average travel speed of 21,52 km/hour, and a productivity 7,62 trips/day-vehicle, with 74,45 passengers/day-vehicle. Route B has an average load factor of 78,19%, an average frequency of 7,15 vehicles/hour, an average headway of 8,93 minutes, an average travel time of 2,39 minutes/km, an average travel speed of 21,78 km/hour, and a productivity 7,74 trips/day-vehicle, with 72,6 passengers/day-vehicle..

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

Abstract

The source of state revenue comes from taxes, the tax collected by tax collectors is then managed to become state expenditure for operational and development implementation of government and community affairs. One element of state income is the income tax. This study analyzes the relationship between state revenue, especially Income Tax, in the structure of the State Revenue Budget from several external factors such as inflation, the exchange rate of Indonesian rupiah (Rp.) to US dollar (US $), interest rates, and Indonesian crude oil price. From these factors, which one influences the growth of income tax revenue. The exchange rate of Indonesian rupiah (Rp.) to US dollar (US $) has a significant effect on income tax. Indonesian crude oil price, interest rates, and inflation have no effect on income taxes.

Abstract

One of the measuring tools for midwifery services is said to be of quality if a midwifery service can satisfy the client according to the level of satisfaction. Client satisfaction is influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors come from the client himself (age, education, pregnancy distance, parity, and occupation) and external factors such as actions given by health workers. Client satisfaction is not only the responsibility of top management but has become the culture and commitment of all employees. The lower the quality of health services, the lower the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the achievement of postpartum service satisfaction. This type of research is an analytic description with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was postpartum mothers who received services from pregnancy to childbirth by midwives at Independent Practice Midwives (PMB) in Agam and Pasaman Regencies. The sampling technique was using accidental sampling with a period of 1 month, namely from July 1 to July 31, 2020, as many as 69 postpartum mothers. The data is processed by computer. Analysis of the data using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the factors associated with postpartum service satisfaction were age, education level and service quality. Meanwhile, for parity and work factors, there is no relationship with postpartum service satisfaction. This study concludes that the variables associated with postpartum service satisfaction are age, education level and service quality, while parity and workers have no relationship with the respondent's level of satisfaction with the services they provide.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the MYOB application can be used as a tool for recording financial statements effectively and efficiently at UD. Family in Payakumbuh. Jenis data used are primary data and secondary data. Method of data analysis conducted in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and comparative analysis. The results of this study show that with the existence of computer-based accounting system, especially MYOB is very helpful business management, because the report produced more up to date and MYOB can improve the quality of financial statement information with speed, accuracy, completeness, etc. can clearly analyze each transaction there every day. The author suggests to UD. Family, to record all transactions that occur into MYOB so that it can further increase security in data storage and need training in order to run MYOB and be in accordance with accounting principles so that they can compile financial reports in a timely manner and can retrieve information quickly.
