Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of services, bank characteristics, knowledge, location on customer decisions using Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Muara Bulian Central Branch Office). This study used sampling techniques with a sample of 100 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Muara Bulian Sub-Branch Office. This research method is to use qualitative research method with the help of SPSS application as a data calculation tool that has been able to. This study uses 4 variables, namely service, bank characteristics, knowledge, location. The results of this study show that partially the Characteristics of the Bank are very influential to customer decisions by 4.87, and become the most dominant factor, the Service affects customer decisions by 4.11, Knowledge is quite influential on customer decisions by 3.4, and Location affects customer decisions by 3.9.

Abstract

Know the accounting system and procedures clearly and accurately so that the implementation of credit disbursement is selective and on target, especially productive credit to debtors at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch, is the purpose of this research. The implementation of credit disbursement effectively and efficiently can be carried out properly in accordance with the standards and regulations that apply in general and in particular. Comparing the opinions of experts or references that are used as guidelines or technical instructions with the implementation in this research, and describe in detail the chronological details of the results of this research with qualitative descriptive methods. So that clear and detailed results are obtained from this research which shows that the systems and procedures that are run by PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch in the implementation of lending, especially productive credit, can be carried out properly in accordance with applicable principles and standards. Until the goal is to provide the best service and be able to choose the right debtors so that the provision of productive credit can be carried out effectively and efficiently, as expected.

Abstract

The purpose of the Author to make this study is to see how much influence independent variables consisting of Participation (X1), Motivation (X2) and Delegation of Authority (X3) To dependent variables namely Performance (Y) Government Apparatus in Batanghari Jambi District. This research is categorized into descriptive quantitative research and samples from this study as many as 104 respondents. Data collection method is Stratified random smpling with the allocation of 2 respondents per strata. From the research that the authors have done, the results of the partial test for the value (X1) t - count 1,734 greater than degan t - table that is 1.66025, (X2) with a value of t - count 0.421 less than the value of t - table is 1.66025, while (X3) the value t - count 1570 is smaller than the value t - table 1.66025. while the results of simultaneous test (Test F) were found to be F - calculated with a value of 4,789 and a value of F - a table with a value of 2.70 because the value of F - count greater F - table, then the author concluded that Participation, Motivation, Delegation of Authority showed a significant and Positive influence on the performance of government apparatus. And from the Results adjusted R Square obtained a value of 0.99, the author concluded the influence of Participation(X1), Motivation(X2), Delegation of authority (X3) to the Performance of Government Apparatus (Y) by 9.9% and 90.1 % influenced by variables that have not been included in this study.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

Abstract

Competition in banking services such as branchless banking, the use of technological facilities involving third party services, especially to serve the unbanked community, has great potential to expand the distribution of financial services to the public. Models of service marketing (service marketing), relationship marketing (relationship marketing) and digital marketing (digital marketing) need to be studied simultaneously through a banking service marketing management approach to obtain e-Satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain a model of E - Customer Satisfaction at state banks implementing branchless banking as a marketing strategy for banking services, especially branchless banking in Jambi. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted on customers at a Islamic bank implementing branchless banking in Jambi. The number of respondents was 50 customers who were taken by multistage random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the Smart PLS program.This study aims to see that the Customer e-Satisfaction model at the state bank implementing branchless banking needs to consider various factors as a whole in the marketing of services in bank management at the state bank implementing branchless banking in the context of service marketing by enhancing the bank's image (corporate image). ), creating wider relationships through relationship marketing, increasing digital marketing e- satisfaction by using the internet and using interactive technology that involves the application of digital technology, namely; web, e-mail, database, mobile/wireless and others. This can improve e-service quality Corporate image and e satisfaction for customers consistently and continuously by developing an e-loyalty model. In general, banks and especially branchless banking providers are expected to be able to carry out competitive and innovative strategies to respond to the challenges of the digitalization era, where globalization and the rapid evolution of digital technology are industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the large contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy of the regional province of Jambi and influence the agricultural sector against economic growth the province of Jambi. The object of the research is done in the agricultural sector, economic growth and GDP Jambi province. The data used in this research is the secondary data, this research are deskriptive quantitative, quantitative formulation can answer twist of the problem. The first results showed a contribution of the agricultural sector to the total GDP Jambi province for 13 years (in 2006 – the year 2018) that ranges from 25.12% to 27.44%, the greatest contribution took place in 2008, namely of 27.44% . Meanwhile, the contribution of the agricultural sector to the total GDP the lowest occurred in the year 2015, namely of 25.12%. the median contribution in sub sectors of the fishery towards the agricultural sector amounted to 26.19%. and the second results of the estimation of simple regression model shows a positive regression coefficient i.e. Y = 1.033 + 0340 X. This showing that the higher growth in the agricultural sector, it will spur economic growth in the province of Jambi 2005-2017 with the R-square of 99.10% with a confidence level significance alfa = 5%, that influence the agricultural sector very convincing. And 0.90% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The first study aims to analyze the Effect of Brand Image, Price, Promotion and Electronic Word of Mouth on Wardah Solid Powder Product Purchase Decisions at the Faculty of Economics STIE Graha Karya Muara Bulian Jambi simultaneously and the second is to determine the effect of Brand Image, Price, Promotion and Electronic Word of Mouth on Wardah Solid Powder Product Purchase Decisions at the Faculty of Economics STIE Graha Karya Muara Bulian Jambi Partially. The research methodology used is, the researcher uses a design using descriptive methods and quantitative methods. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The population in this study were 150 economic students at STIE Graha Karya Muara Bulian Jambi. The sample in this study was 60 respondents to the students of the Faculty of Economics STIE Graha Karya Muara Bulian Jambi. The results of multiple linear regression obtained Y = - 0.386 + 0.667 X1 + 0.221 X2 + 0.458 X3 - 0.163 X4 + e, Based on the coefficient of determination it can be seen that brand image, Price, Promotion and Electronic Word of Mouth have an effect on purchase decisions amounted to 75.6%, while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the f test regression, it can be seen that the value of f count is 42.71> f table 2.54, which means brand image, price, promotion and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the context of realizing national development goals, the government is paying maximum attention to rural development. The great attention to the countryside is based on the fact that the village is home to a large part of the Indonesian people. The position of the village and the village community is the basis of the life of the nation and state of Indonesia. Intellectual capital is the main strength in an organization, which includes information, technical practitioners, expertise, intellectual property. Village assistance is carried out by village assistants whose job is to assist villages in the implementation of village development and village community empowerment. The objectives of village assistance include: 1) increasing the capacity, effectiveness and accountability of village governance and village development; 2) increase the initiative, awareness and participation of the village community in participatory village development; 3) increase the synergy of inter-sectoral Village development programs; and 4) optimizing village local assets in an emancipatory manner
