Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 about Employee Satisfaction Work in Mercu Buana University at Jakarta. A survey method used during this research in which questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The hypothesis analysis used the technique of simple and multiple regression and followed by the correlation. Using  the Computer Program of SPSS (Statistical Product Service and Solution) with n = 103 (respondents) and r-tabel = 0,195, the result showed that there was a less influenced  between Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001 : 2000  to  the Employee Satisfaction Work either Independent or concurrently. The Determinant Coefficients or Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001 : 2000  about Employee Satisfaction Work were  0,250 and  0,348. Which  means the  effects  of  Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001 : 2000 about  Employee Satisfaction  Work were  25 % and 34,8 % and the largely  influenced  by the factors. The Determinant Coefficients of Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000  about Employee Satisfaction Work was 0,420.  Which  means the effects of Competency and System Applied Quality Management ISO 9001: 2000 concurrently about Employee Satisfaction Work was 42% and the 58% Influenced  by other factors.

Abstract

This research examine the effect of insider ownership and institutional ownership on corporate performance on  financial sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2007-2010.There is 11th  banking on this sample with multiple purposive sampling criteria. Research data was collected from Indonesian Capital Market Diectory. This research findings are insider ownership  significant effected  operational expenses to operational income  ratio and Loan to deposit ratio. But this failed to examine that institusional ownership  effect operational expenses to operational income  ratio and Loan to deposit ratio.  The result of this study revealed that  insider ownership and institusional ownership did not affect leverage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of tax extensification and level of compliance partially or simultaneously to the level of income tax revenue. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Primary Tax Office (KPP) Cibitung and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bekasi Regency. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The statistical method used is linear linear regression analysis. The results show that partially tax extensification and the level of taxpayer compliance do not affect the level of income tax revenue. The results of simultaneous tax extensification and the level of taxpayer compliance do not affect the level of income tax revenue. Tax extensification and the level of compliance affect the level of income tax revenue by 25,7 %. While the remaining 74,3 % is influenced by other variables that are not explained in the regression model.

Abstract

Microfinance is one of the Islamic bank’s products for micro, small, and medium enterprises. The aim of this research is to analyze the profitability ratio in micro finance using economic value added method. The object of this study is at Bank of BRI Sharia. The result show that in 2014 had an economic value added  (EVA)about Rp 327.030.746.600 or about 10,48% from the financing. The EVA’s value shows that the microfinance at Bank of BRI Sharia had good enough. The implication of this result is Bamk of BRI Sharia should maintance and increase the quality of the financing strategy in microfinance product.

Abstract

Efforts to increase revenues through Taxable Entrepreneur data revamping, Tax Invoice numbering system that there will be no is no longer done by Taxable Entrepreneur, but returned to the Directorate General of Taxes by providing serial numbers have increased state revenues from VAT in the year 2012, from the target amounted to Rp 336.1 trillion (revised national budget 2012) was realized Rp 337.6 trillion. Taxable Entrepreneur hope that with the enactment of Serial Number nationwide can give assurance that there will be no number doubles. Double Tax Invoice result to incomplete of tax invoice (long disability) that there will be no can not be credited, in addition when the restitution of taxes is performed by Taxable Entrepreneur of the Directorate General of through Tax Office listed the Taxable Entrepreneur able to process quickly because the control system of numbering that are centralized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of trust, convenience, security, and quality of service to online purchasing decisions on consumers in the area of South Tangerang. The population is all consumers who buy products online in South Tangerang region. The type of data used is the primary data using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique is using non probability sampling with sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. (2) Convinience has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions. (3) Security has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchasing decisions. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

As an intermediary institution, BPRS has facilities in the field of financing where Islamic banks channel funds obtained from the public in the form of deposits. This research was conducted to determine the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing simultaneously and partially on the Return On Assets of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. The object of research is all Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia from January 2016 to December 2018. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression or OLS (Ordinary Least Squares). The results of this study are the financing using mudharabah and musyarakah contracts simultaneously does not have a significant positive effect on the Return on Assets of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. Mudharabah financing partially does not have a significant positive effect on the Return on Assets of the Islamic People's Financing Bank in Indonesia. Musyarakah financing partially does not have a significant negative effect on the Return On Assets of the Islamic People's Financing Bank in Indonesia.
