The aim of this research is to test the impact risk and trust variable toward behavior with attitude of android mobile application user as mediating variable. Total sample that used in this research 100 respondent. Base on test, instrument that used in this research are valid and reliable. This research used Component Based SEM (Partial Least Square) as method analysis. The output from this research are: (1) Trust and attitude are mediating variable in relations between risk toward attitude and behavior; (2) Risk as attitude form factor and people attitude to use android mobile applications; (3) Risk had negative relations with trust and attitude, as high risk perceived will reduce trust toward applications and attitude; (4) Trust had positive relations toward attitude and attitude had positive relations toward behavior in used android mobile applications.

The atmosphere of retail shall fucntion as kind of stmuli that will attract the visitor to decide which store to choose. Further, it was aimed to evoke the desire of visitors to purchase and create transaction.the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of atmosphere of the retail on the intention to buy among visitors. Explanatory research and survey researh was conducted by spreading 100 questionaires to visitors. The result of the study found that (1) according to partially colour and displayhave significant influence toward intention to  buy, and partially cleanness, music, smell, temperature, and lighting did not have significant influence toward intention to  buy, and (2) in a manner of simulate the retail atmosphere has significant influence toward intention to buy

A bank performance measured by CAMEL method is a comprehensive indicator of the beneficial. Any parties have put an interest to the result of value in healthy level, including the management as a successful standard in their administration, Bank Indonesia as the supervision agent, and public as the customer. The study aimed to analyze performance of bank syariah with independent operational, Bank Syariah Mandiri and Bank Muamalat Indonesia, by using of 4 years-quarterly financial report. Generally, the study shows that in the research period, Bank Syariah Mandiri has got the healthy in the valuation, while Bank Muamalat Indonesia is sufficient in healthy.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan jasa transportasi onlineterhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa di Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Non-Probability Accidental Sampling dengan kriteria responden adalah mahasiswa Kota Medan dan responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan transportasi online setidaknya paling sedikit dua kali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menggunakan software Lisrel versi 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa transportasi online, selain itu kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan juga memiliki efek positif langsung pada loyalitas pelanggan jasa transportasi online. Sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan.

The objective of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of capital structure, profitability, firm size, and good corporate governance (GCG) towards firm value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. The data were tested in this research using EVIEWS 10. The results show that capital structure proxies by DER and profitability proxies by NPM have positive and significant effect towards firm value. Meanwhile, profitability proxies by ROA, firm size, and GCG proxies by institutional ownership have negative and significant effects towards firm value. The results also show that institutional ownership could not moderated the effects of capital structure, profitability, and firm size towards firm value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018.

E-sytem Modernization taxation is using information technology to the esystemis expected to facilitate taxpayers to report tax. With the use of advanced electronic information in Taxation is expected to improve service to the taxpayer, both in terms of quality and time to be more effective. Objective, is to determine the effectiveness of the use of e-taxation system in the form of e-registration,e-spt, e-filing, e-billing affect the fulfillment of tax obligations personal taxpayers. Research methods used in this study is a research approach Explorative. This research was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation on KPP Pratama Kebayoran Baru Tiga South Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the e-system on KPP Pratama Kebayoran Baru Tiga effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial ratios partial effect on financial distress in manufacturing companies prior to the period of financial distress (t-n). Financial distress is defined as a late stage of corporate decline that precedes more cataclysmic events such as bankruptcy or liquidation. Analysis of financial ratios is performed to determine the ratio that affect the probability of financial distress. The method used is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques logistic regression. Hypothesis testing is done in three periods, that is the period of one year before the financial distress (t-1), a two-year period before the financial distress (t-2) and a three-year period before the financial distress (t-3). Results indicate that the independent variables have a partial effect on manufacture company. The period t-1, ratio TL/TA and NI/TA affect financial distress. The period t-2, ratio NI/EQ affect financial distress. The period t-3, ratio TL/TA and NI/TA affect financial distress.

This study focuses on measuring efficiency of all departements in Bogor Agricultural Institute using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) on the first stage and second stage is to determine the factors that influence the efficiency . DEA methodology is to evaluate the efficiency by comparing the all departement and using financial as an inputs and non-financial factors as an outputs. Second stage analysis using tobit regression because dependent factors are cencored between 0 to1 and independent factors uncencored. The results of first stage demonstrate that 54,29 % of departements in Bogor Agricultural University is efficiently operated in terms of academic factors during the period from 2012 to 2014, while 45,71 % is inefficient. And for the second stage the result are international accreditation and non academic staff are the factors can influence the efficiency of departements.

This search has a purpose to provide emperical evidence about factors that affect health of banks. The examine factors internal on this research are CAMELS and the examine factor external on this research is Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The sample consist of 29 banks.Object of this study is the commercial banks operating in Indonesia in 2012-2015. Determination of sampling technique using purposive sampling method in which the sample is taken with certain criteria. Because the data is used are secondary datawith a quantitative approach, it is necessary to determine the accuracy of the model on some assumption of hypothesis testing using Stata tools. The result showed a partial variable NPL and IER are significant effect on the level of health. While variable CAR, NPM, ROA, LDR, and GDP insignificant effect of the health of the bank. During the period 2012-2015 there were more than 50% showed a stable bank or banks that are in the tittle of “Fitâ€. Although they are some banks that have increased and decreased to earn the tittle of “unhealthy†for 4 periods.
