Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Perception, Motivation, Satisfaction, and Loyalty of Members in Following the Arisan of the Motorbike Auction of Family Education in Yogyakarta (Arlemot PKPY). The method of this study uses the Ex Post Facto approach. The method uses Inferential Analysis with SmatPLS and SPSS as an analysis tool. The subjects and research objects used are the Arlemot PKPY Members. The results of the study revealed that the test results: The hypothesis shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Perception has a negative effect and is not significant towards Loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, motivation (M) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. The benefits of this research can be used as information in an effort to improve Arlemot PKPY members through optimal socialization. Abstract

This research aims to determne the effect of Work Ethic and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of the Tanimbar Islands Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Participans from this research were taken from employees of BAPPEDA Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. The method of data collection in this research was conducted by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The technique of data analysis applied in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results in this research are Work Ethics that have a significant effect on motivation but have no significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on motivation but not significantly on employee performance, motivation does not have a significant effect on performance, Worck Ethic does not significantly influence performance through motivation. Work Environment does not have a significant effect on performance through motivation. Key Words: Work Ethic, Work Environment, Employee Performance, Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the study of Complications, Motivations and External Factors on the Performance of Officers with the Effectiveness of PBB Collection in Sragen Regency. The population in this study was the UN collector official Sragen Regency collected 400 officers. Researchers took a sample of 10%, namely 400x10% = 40. Samples in this study were 40 UN polling officers. With random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique, so that the opportunity for participation to be sampled is equal, so the number of samples in this study increased by 40 respondents. Compensation Hypothesis Test Results a significant effect on the effectiveness of tax collection. The motivation is of significant importance to the effectiveness of tax collection. External factors do not significantly influence the effectiveness of tax collection. Significant compensation on the performance of Officers. Motivation of significant importance to the performance of the UN Polling Officer. External factors do not significantly influence the performance of officers. The effectiveness of tax collection has a significant effect on the performance of Officers. Experimental results can be carried out together with the variables of compensation, motivation, external factors and the effectiveness of tax collection affecting performance. This total R2 value of 0.974 means that the performance of PBB Collection Officers in Sragen Regency is assessed by the variables of Compensation, Motivation, External Factors and the effectiveness of tax collection of 97.4%. The results of the path analysis show the comparison and motivation through the direct path, while external factors are not effective for the direct or indirect pathway Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, External Factors, Effectiveness, Performance

Abstract

This research intends to know the influence of commitment and management performance to this satisfaction of cooperative’s members with the service quality as intervening variable. The subject of this research is KSP Kopdit Marsudi Mulyo with 73 respondence selected by census techniq to collect the data use the questioner. Data analisysis technique use PLS. The result of this research show that : (1) There is positive and significan influence between commitment and servis quality; (2) There is positive and significan influence between management performance and servis quality; (3) There is positive and significan influence between commitment and members satisfaction; (4) There is positive and signifian influence between management performance and members satisfaction;and (5) There is positive and significan between commitment and management performance with members satisfaction. Abstract

Improving the quality of hospitals is a vision that must be fulfilled to meet the health needs of the general public. The quality of the hospital will be fulfilled with good quality and available human resources and supporting facilities, a phenomenon which is inevitably the responsibility of many parties, both the government, the health department and also mainly hospital staff, who have the responsibility answers that have a direct impact on the quality of hospital services, current conditions have not shown maximum expectation so that appropriate efforts and strategies are still needed to improve the performance of medical staff in the hope that it will have an impact on improving hospital quality, organizational culture, discipline, motivation. factors that can influence the performance of employees of the ara rara meha waingapu hospital, east sumba, NTT. To study it, this research was carried out by formulating the following problems: (1) whether organizational culture influences the motivation of medical staff (2) whether the discipline influences the motivation of medical staff (3) whether the organizational culture influences the performance of medical staff (4) whether the discipline influences medical staff performance (5) whether the influence of motivation on the performance of medical staff.
