Abstract

This study discussess customers perception to increase tourism satisfaction in the Kars Museum Indonesia. The population are all traveller in the area of museum with 100 people as sample. The collecting data used questionare structurally and scale likert. The analyse data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Patial Least Square (PLS). Based on path analyse can be concluded that direct effect on tourism attractions toward satisfaction tourist is the best perception with a total effect of 0.425, tourist guide towards satisfaction tourist is the worst perception with a total effect of 0.291 so that it need improvement and enhancement. The result of study showed that variables educational content, tourism attractions and tourist guides have a significant effect on the perception of visitors and simultaneously affect sigificant to visitors perception with a coefficient of 0.641. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of BPHTB and PBB P-2 towards the income generation of the Regional Income Revenue city of Yogyakarta. These results indicate that the influence BPHTB and PBB P-2 have on the income generation of the Regional Income Revenue city of Yogyakarta is not significant because of the large value of P > 0.05. These are for BPHTB against PAD is 0.977, to the PBB P-2 to PAD is 0.259, while for BPHTB and PBB P-2 simultaneously against PAD is 0.243. While the influence of Regional Regulation on BPHTB against PAD is not significant because of the P value of 0.394 and Regulation of City of Yogyakarta on the PBB P-2 does not have a significant effect on the income generation of PAD in the city of Yogyakarta as the P Value is at 0.259. From the results of test analysis coefficient of determination, (R2), is known that the test results gives a value of 0.359 to R Squere Y which means revenue of Yogyakarta is affected by BPHTB and PBB P-2 amounting to 35.9%, the remaining 64.1% is influenced by revenues from sources other Regional Income Revenues. Abstract

This study aims to testing investment decision with free opening account stimulus from stock market learning and marketing mix perspectives in Galeri Investasi, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University). The study was conducted by using simple random sampling towards 50 students who received free opening account facility from DIKTI 2015 research grant fund by Dr. Hj Sri Hermuningsih, SE.,MM. The employed analysis method was Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SEM, which is based on variance by using SmartPLS 3.0 software.The study shows: (1) Stock Market Learning does not significantly influence stock Investment Decision with significance of 0.967, (2) Product Knowledge does not significantly influence stock Investment Decision with significance of 0.113, (3) Opening Account Price significantly influences stock Investment Decision with significance of 0.034, (4) Place does not significantly influence stock Investment Decision with significance of 0.394, (5) Stock Market Learning, Product Knowledge, Opening Account Price, Place, and Promotion of Galeri Investasi BEI-UST altogether, significantly influence stock investment decision with significance of 0.006, (6) Free Opening Account Stimulus Moderation does not significantly influence stock market learning by investment decision of UST students with significance of 0.328. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen pegawai; 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi, komitmen pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Subyek dalam penelitian ini di KPPD DIY di Kabupaten Gunungkidul yang berjumlah 35 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan realibilitas kemudian pengujian uji indikator dan uji hipotesi lalu dilanjutkan uji regresi linier berganda dengan metode analisis jalur. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diperoleh bahwa Kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen sehingga dikatakan komitmen kuat dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja, Kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi, komitmen dan lingungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja sangat kuat dipengaruhi kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen. Kata Kunci: Komitmen, Kinerja, KPPD, Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Climate on Organizational Effectiveness from OCB in PT. Yogyakarta Tugu Televisi. Population and sample in this study is the number of employees of 169 people. Analysis the data used was the validity and reliability test then testing indicator with instrument analysis Path by Smart PLS. From the analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) noted that OCB was influenced by job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational climate by 87% and the remaining 13% was influenced by other factors which not included in the model. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction significantly effect of 3.540, Organizational Commitment significantly effect of 2.108, Organizational Climate significantly effect of 2.889 and OCB significantly effect of 6.862. From the analysis of the test, the coefficient of determination (R2) noted that the Organizational Effectiveness was influenced by Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and OCB by 85%, the rest 15% influenced by other factors not included in the model. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence between leadership style and compensation towards the performance of Yogyakarta Health Department. It used sensus method. Surveillance officers are the population also sample in this research amount to 45 people. The instrument used questionaire with likert scale and analyse tool used double regresion with T test and F test through significance of 0.05. The result can be concluded that (1) there is a significant positive effect on the Performance Leadership Style of Surveillance office at the Health department Yogyakarta with significant t> t table (2.755> 1.679), the value of β of 0.333 (2) there is a significant positive effect on the Performance Compensation of Surveillance office at the Health department Yogyakarta. with significant t> t table (2.440> 1.679), the value of β of 0.300. (3) there is a significant effect positive leadership style and Compensation for Performance of Surveillance office at the Health department Yogyakarta with significant the F count> F table (15.671> 2.84), the value of R² 0.534. Abstract

Object: The objective of this study is to knows how can good managing Public Sector Bussines with understand the influence of marketing mix ( Product, price, place and promotion) on Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. This research was conducted in April 2016 with the object of research Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Method: Data were analysis using the software program 15.00 to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption deviation, dual of regression, as well as the Determination Coefficient (R2). Predictor variables consist of product, price, place, and promotion. Dependent variable is only one, that is, Passenger’s Satisfaction. Result: This research is a analysis quantitative study with a random sampling method. Data were collected by means of questionnaires with cluster method. The subject of this study are Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix partially influences customer’s satisfaction with equation Y = 4,554-0,116X1+ 0,069X2 + 0,137X3 + 0,132X4 but simultaneous marketing mix does not influence Passenger’s satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Abstract

This research is to know how far the relationship between organizational culture to employee motivation with job satisfaction as intervening variable in performing daily tasks. Data type is primary data. Methods of data collection using questionnaires tested by instrument test on the level of validity and reliability. Respondents of SMK NU Kunduran Blora staff with a total sample of 32 respondents.The method used to analyze the data is Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Hypothesis Test consisting of Coefficient of Determination (R2), Test F, Test t.Based on the results of data processing and analysis has been done, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant influence on motivation. Job satisfaction has an insignificant influence (small effect) on Motivation. The indirect effect of organizational culture on motivation through job satisfaction is smaller than the direct influence of organizational culture on motivation. This shows that job satisfaction is not able to be an intervening variable between organizational culture and motivation.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the Effect of Ease In Access, Attraction Post Messages, Responsivenessof Customer Service Against Consumer Attitude On Decision Purchase Online Shop in Instagram. Thepopulation is yogyakarta students who buy online product shop instagram less than 3 months. The sampleused 100 students. Analytical techniques using multiple analysis techniques supported by the T test andCoefficient Determination test with the help of SPSS program for windows 16.0. The results showed thatease of access has a positive and significant influence on consumer attitudes. The attractiveness of postingmessages has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer attitudes. Responsiveness of service has apositive and significant impact on consumer attitudes. Consumer attitudes have a positive and significantinfluence on purchasing decisions. Ease of access has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasingdecisions. The attractiveness of posting messages has a positive and significant influence on purchasingdecisions. Abstract

This research aims to know whether reward and punishment affects employees’performance with work satisfaction as the intervening variable. The respondents were theeducation employees at STMIK AKAKOM with a total of 58 samples that used questionaires asthe data collecting method. descriptive and inferential analyses are used to analyze the dataand the hypothesis testing used t-statistic test, whereas R² was used to evaluate how strong thefree variable altogether influences the bound variable.The results show that reward and punishment, both partially and altogether, positivelyand non significantly influence the employees’ satisfaction. Reward and employees’ satisfactionpartially and non significantly influence the employees’ performance. Reward and punishmentas well as job satisfaction, on the other hand, altogether positively influence the employees’performance at work. In conclusion, all of the hypotheses proposed in this research areaccepted.Keywords: reward, punishment, job satisfaction, performance
