Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

Abstract

This paper investigates major points of the experience of The analysis of the factors influencing the development of foreign economic activity in the national companies and the management of export-oriented production. On this way, management of export-oriented production and reliable terms were analyzed both theoretically and practically. Moreover, investigations of the well developed countries were learned, factors influencing the development of foreign economic activity in the national companies in comparison with local establishment and implementations. Final conclusions were done in order to reach better deployment in these areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of viral marketing on Blackberry Messenger applications on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on university students in Sidoarjo. This research hypothesis states that viral marketing affect customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research data was collected by questionnaires distributed to 180 respondents in several universities in Sidoarjo. From the data obtained then tested the validity test, reliability test and structure equation model analysis using the SmartPLS statistical application. The results of this study indicate that viral marketing on the Blackberry Messenger application have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on university students in Sidoarjo

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to Earning Per Share (EPS) are partially and simultaneously. The research methode is Quantitative with sample research methods are food and beverage manufacturing companies period 2012 to 2016 with a total of 12 companies. Data from the IDX Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo or from the official website of the IDX. Data collection is carried out by tracking financial statements, annual reports (annual reports) and continuous reports or social information of the companies selected as samples. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) Return on Equity, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio, is significant effect on the company's Earning Per Share. Partially (t test) the variable Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on Earning Per Share. While the variable Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) is not Significant effect on Earning Per Share.
