Abstract

The development of a company will illustrate the increasing asset of a company that will describe the value of a company. Company value can be reflected from financial performance (EPS, ROA and NPM) as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure. In this research firm value is analyzed with financial performance data and corporate CSR in 5th interval from year 2011 to 2015. Based on research that has been done show that financial performance proxy with ratio of EPS, ROA and NPM partially only NPM which have significant influence, where The company's value will increase 2,207 if the company's net income is generated high. In addition, corporate value is also proxied with the disclosure of social responsibility (CSR), in this study CSR does not significantly influence. Corporate performance and social responsibility disclosure simultaneously based on the research that has been done have an ef ect on simultaneously and significantly. This is indicated by the value of testing the value of F - Calculate is greater than the value of F - Table. The test results obtained value F - count 3.079, the value when compared with the value of t - table has a larger value, for t - table produced with df = 4 and N = 54 of 2.54. This indicates that financial performance simultaneously / simultaneously af ect the value of the company. And based on the result of testing the significance value of 0,024 <0,05, this result indicate that financial performance and disclosure of social responsibility significantly influence company value.

Abstract

In carrying out its business activities, the university is not only concerned with profit, but also concerned with environmental preservation and the surrounding community. So that sustainable development (sustainable development) can meet the essential needs of the present without having to sacrifice natural resources for future generations. This study aims to find out how the impact of the application of the University's Social Responsibility Implementation Through the Triple Bottom Line Concept to support Sustainable Universities and to find out how the Triple Bottom Line concept in the Universirt Social Responsibility to support sustainable development (Sustainable Development). This type of research is a qualitative approach. This study took place at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya and Muhammadiyah University Gresik. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis and interpretation is done by reducing data, presenting data, interpreting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are Muhammadiyah Universities in Sidoarjo, Surabaya and Gresik that have applied the triple bottom line concept in the implementation of university social responsibility (USR) activities in order to achieve sustainable development.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the composition of the optimal portfolio formation using the Single Index method on LQ-45 shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016 - 2018. This research was conducted on the basis of the increasing number of investors who chose to invest their funds in shares, where this is indicated from the increasing positive sentiment on stock investment compared to other investments. Portfolio formation using the Single Index model is one model that can be used to form optimal portfolios, because with this model portfolios are easily formed to fit the desired investment characteristics and objectives to be achieved. The Single Index method is a method that formulates the existence of elements of return and risk in an investment, where the risk element can be minimized through diversification and combining various investment instruments into a portfolio. By using the Single Index method, investors can take advantage of all available information as the basis for maximizing portfolio formation. The sample selection technique of this study used a purposive sampling method and 19 LQ-45 Index stocks were obtained which were used as the research sample. Based on the results of research to determine the optimal portfolio of shares using the Single Index method shows that the LQ-45 Index Shares that form the optimal portfolio are INCO, BBTN, ICBP, INTP, BMRI, BBNI, BBCA, HMSP, INDF shares , GGRM and TLKM. And this study produced 55 portfolio combinations in which there is one efficient portfolio, 26 portfolios with the same funding weight (50%: 50%). Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on market value with financial performance as an intervening variable. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative methods, the population used in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, sampling techniques used are purposive sampling, sampling obtained 55 companies. Findings: This study indicates that there is a relationship between the intellectual capital variable influences Return on Assets. Research limitations/implications: The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the Smart PLS 3.0 program's help. Intellectual capital influences market value. Intellectual capital affects the Asset Turn Over. Return on Assets does not affect market value. Asset Turn Over affects market value. This study concludes that Intellectual capital has no effect on market value with return on Asset as an intervening variable.. Practical implications: This study concludes that Intellectual capital has no effect on market value with return on Asset as an intervening variable. Intellectual capital does not affect market value with asset turn over as an intervening variable. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to investigate empirical evidence of a comparison of investment instruments, including Bitcoin, Indonesia Composite Index (ICI), and gold, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.Design/Methodology/Approach: Analytical methods employed comparison study using secondary data. The Microsoft Excel program was utilized to calculate formulas for each variable. Then, data were statistically processed using the SPSS application, i.e., independent sample test, testing for differences. The sample used in this study was the closing price of Bitcoin, the price of the ICI, and the price of gold, with monthly data from the beginning of January 2018 to the end of December 2021, to demonstrate a significant difference between the risks of Bitcoin, ICI, and gold before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.Research findings: The hypothesis test results revealed that before the COVID-19 pandemic, the investment risk of ICI and gold was the lowest, with a significance level of 0.000 (0.0000.05) on a different t-test at a 5% significance level. Thus, there was a significant difference in investment risk between ICI and gold. Meanwhile, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the risk of investing between Bitcoin and the ICI was the lowest, with a significance level of risk of was 0.000 (0.000 0.05) on different tests at the significance levels of 5%. In short, there was a big difference in investment risk between Bitcoin and the ICI.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides additional literature on decision-making, especially on risk.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet dan dunia digital telah menciptakan disrupsi pada dunia bisnis. Sekarang, semua pebisnis atau pengusaha harus merambah dunia digital untuk bisa menggaet dan menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Permasalahan UMKM Roti Desa Simoketawang yang ditemukan adalah terkait pengembangan sistem informasi digital serta sistem keuangan digital dikarenakan UMKM di desa tersebut banyak yang kurang melek dengan kegunaan teknologi yang berkembang pesat. Dan dengan menggunakan pola pemasaran yang door to door dan mencakup area Sidoarjo serta Mojokerto membuat hasil penjualan tidak efektif.Hasil luaran yang diharapkan penelitian ini mampu memberikan sumbangsih yang besar bagi UMKM Roti Desa Simoketawang terkait pemasaran dan keuangan konvensional, keuangan digital, pemasaran digital guna meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, sedangkan untuk dunia pendidikan penelitian terapan ini mampu memberikan berbagai strategi ekonomi manajerial untuk membekali mahasiswa masuk dalam dunia bisnis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Product Quality, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in the study used a accidental sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents from marketplace Shopee at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through angket. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the SPSS 26 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences) software program.

Abstract

Many previous researchers have carried out research on the integrity of financial statements. The newness of this study is to use profit management as an intervening variable, where this research has not been carried out. Therefore,this research will be important information for company management for creating integrated financialstatements. The purpose of this study isto determine whether earningsmanagementcanbecomeaninterveningvariabletowardsanintegratedreportthroughthecomponents of good corporate governance. This type of research is quantitative research, thepopulationusedismanufacturingcompanieslistedontheIndonesiaStockExchange.Thesampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is to test theclassicalassumptionsfirst,thentesttheestimationofthepaneldataregressionmodelandthentestthe hypothesis analysis with the t-test. The analysis results found a relationship between severalcomponents of good corporate governance that can affect the integrity of financial statements,including institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent commissioners andearnings management. Abstract

This causal quantitative research examines the impact of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions for leather craft products. The study utilizes accidental sampling with 98 respondents, and data collection is done through a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed for data analysis. The findings demonstrate that there is a significant simultaneous and partial effect of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions. Service quality emerges as the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the beta coefficient. Moreover, the strong relationship between price, product quality, service quality, and purchasing decisions is substantiated by a high R value. These findings have implications for businesses in the leather craft industry, highlighting the importance of pricing strategies, product quality, and exceptional service to drive customer purchasing decisions. Highlights: This quantitative causal study explores the impact of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions for leather craft products. Accidental sampling was used to select 98 respondents, and data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The findings indicate a significant influence, both individually and collectively, of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions. Service quality emerges as the most influential factor, emphasizing the importance of exceptional customer service in driving purchasing decisions for leather craft products.
