Abstract

Intense competition between banks is increasingly tight good conventional banks as well as Islamic banks. The rivalry has led banks to get competitive strategies do customers. Strategy all aimed at satisfying the customer's bank. The key competitive advantage in a situation full of competition is the ability of the bank in improving customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction will be the key to success, not only in the short term but sustain- able competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyse the influence the commitment and trust of customer satisfaction on Sharia in Surabaya. The population in this study is bank syariah in Surabaya and the number of samples as much as 95 clients. The technique of sampling by using purposive sampling namely sampling with certain considerations. Design research is quantitative with the hypothesis. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression using SPSS 23.

Abstract

Risk based bank rating (RBBR) must always be monitored to avoid problems in the bank- ing system. The problematic conditions at a bank that can eventually end in bankruptcy can be identified as a measure of the company's tendency to financially fail and ultimately unable to carry out its business operations. Then analyzing the effect of the Capital Ade- quacy Ratio (CAR) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on performance (Return of Assets / ROA) on islamic banking is considered very important. The population of this study is Islamic Bangking and took samples of 2 banks in Indonesia for the period 2011- 2015. The sample method used is Purposive Sampling. From the results of the results analysis t test shows that the CAR variable partially does not affect the performance of islamic banking (ROA) while the BOPO variable has a significant effect on the performance of islamic banking (ROA). The results of the F Test analysis are known that the CAR and BOPO variables together have a significant effect on the performance of islamic banking. The results of the analysis of the Determination Coefficient (R2) obtained Adjusted Square (R2) of 0.969, this indicates that the performance of sharia banks can be explained by the variables CAR and BOPO of 96.90.

Abstract

In order to fulfill the planned change, an organization should seriously take the role of individual perception into consideration, in which the individual plays a pivotal role in the change implementation stage through their act. This study aims to investigate the attitude of readiness to change based on the multidimensional concept, with communication of change and change-efficacy as antecedents. This study involved shariah rural bank, located in East Java, as a research object. Furthermore, a quantitative approach was employed in this study, in which survey as a procedure for collecting data through questionnaires. In addition, PLS-SEM was employed as an analysis of research method. The results exhibit that communication of change contribute to develop of almost all forms attitude of readiness to change and change-efficacy can predict all forms of readiness to change. Finally, this study offers several implications, both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

This study to describe the picture of ziswaf potential and Ziswaf's realization in Indonesia explained the difference between potential and realization. Beginning with a quantitative descriptive approach method by collecting secondary data from various sources. A very large gap between the value of potential and the amount of realization. During the last five years until 2016. The realization of zakat receipts was only less than 1%. The development of Ziswaf funds in Indonesia must have strategic objectives that must be reduced in the policies of all stakeholders. Thus, muzakki and mustahik are important components in the development and succession of empowerment. The selection of the right strategy can be done using the SWOT analysis method to produce a condition map of the research group and the right strategy to support the strategic objectives. The results of the analysis show that Ziswaf's condition in Indonesia has experienced and significant development. The results of the analysis also show that there are 6 (six) strategies that can be used to achieve Ziswaf's strategic objectives, namely: (1) digitizing of Ziswaf, (2) Islamic Inclusive Finance Council, (3) Database Development, (4) Regulation Implementation, (5) Zakat Automation, (6) Tax incentives for muzakki.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of the core banking system based on technology readiness and acceptance model on Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Constructions used are optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, easy of use and usefulness. This research method uses quantitative with a survey approach. The results of the study show that constructs of optimism and discomfort have a positive and significant effect on the perception of benefits and convenience in using the Core Banking System. The innovativeness construct has a positive and significant effect on the perception of the benefits of the core banking system, but for users, it has a negative effect and does not significantly influence the perception of ease of use of the Core Banking System. Insecurity, easy of use and usefulness constructs shows that there is no positive and significant influence on the perception of benefits and convenience in using the Core Banking System.
