Abstract

This study aims to determine the accuracy of the ARIMA method with the Carmer matrix in forecasting or predicting the number of house sales in the Bojongsoang area which is still experiencing a period of crisis. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data on the number of house sales. In the ARIMA method, we perform stationary data, then look for autoregressive (AR), moving average (MA), and ARMA (Autoregressive and Moving Average) values. From the available data, the number of house sales has decreased, therefore forecasting is carried out using the ARIMA (1,1,1) model for future home sales to assist property developers in estimating future development projects. the results of the forecasting carried out using the ARIMA (1,1,1) method, which shows that the prediction of the number of house sales in the Bojongsoang area in the June - December period experienced a stable number of house sales

Abstract

COVID-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system which was first discovered in the Chinese city of Wuhan. This virus spreads very quickly and spreads throughout the world, including Indonesia. West Java is the province with the most positive cases of COVID-19, on May 4, 2020, 193 positive cases were added, and on 28 June 2020 there were 1,396 confirmed cases with an additional 18 patients. The unpredictable increase in positive cases of COVID-19 has led to the unpreparedness of officers in handling this outbreak. The West Java Provincial Health Office acknowledged the lack of Covid-19 handling facilities in 52 regional general hospitals in West Java Province to monitor positive COVID-19 patients, one of which was the lack of isolation rooms. In addition, the quality of the isolation room and personal protective equipment does not meet the standards. Predicting an increase or decrease in cases of positive COVID-19 patients needs to be done, so that there is readiness from the task force team for COVID-19 to deal with the problem of lack of facilities including isolation rooms and personal protective equipment. Fuzzy logic is one of the derivatives of artificial intelligence that is able to predict something. The research was conducted using the fuzzy logic of the Tsukamoto method through several stages including fuzzification, formation of rules, inference, and defuzzification. The results showed an error rate of 4.5% which indicated that predicting covid-19 using the fuzzy logic of the Tsukamoto method showed a high success rate

Abstract

The research conducted is the Comparative Analysis of the ACO-TS and ACO-SMARTER Algorithms in Solving the Traveling Salesman Problem where the problem to be solved is the traveling salesman problem (TSP). The purpose of this study is to hopefully be able to provide a comparison result of running time and the shortest distance between the ACO-TS algorithm and the ACO-SMARTER algorithm in solving the TSP. The test results show that the combination of the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm and the Tabu Search (TS) algorithm is better in terms of achieving the optimum path and running time than the ACO and ACO-SMARTER algorithms in solving the Traveling Salesman Problem. The Tabu Search algorithm in the ACO algorithm acts as a controller for the routes that have been selected so that they are not processed again by the same ant. This will certainly make the ACO-TS algorithm faster in processing data because there is no data on the same route in the next round, where from 200 datasets the running time is obtained at ACO 11.5 seconds and the optimum distance is 76687, ACO SMARTER 8.5 seconds and the optimum distance is 74496 while the ACO-TS only takes 2.9 seconds and the optimum distance is 70558

Abstract

Technological advances will always develop following the progress of science. Internet technology has a great influence in every aspect, especially in the implementation of the service function of the Government to every citizen in need. The Publik Service Sector deals with communities in need with the government as a service-providing institution. The government is required to be able to keep up with the development of technology in service to the community more effectively, efficiently, quickly and accurately. With the internet network technology can be used to build an electronic-based government service system or E-Government. The use of information technology can change the pattern of publik services in reducing corruption, financial transparency, convenience of services and increasing revenue in each region. However, each region with its own geographical conditions of course there are still people in the lower middle class or the poor who have not been able to access publik services of their government, So in this thesis, researchers are interested in developing network infrastructure design so that people in villages or villages, especially RT who have minimal access, can enjoy publik services in Palembang City

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many hospitals around the world to experience difficulties both in terms of management and infrastructure advice in providing services because the number of patients soared in a short time so that treatments such as providing services, facilities, and medical personnel were unpredictable. Therefore, we need an application that can predict the number of positive Covid-19 cases 14 days later to help the Covid-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force team in order to provide the right policies for handling the provision of services, facilities, and medical personnel. Fuzzy logic that can be used to analyze Covid-19 problems that contain uncertainty at this time. The research conducted to design the system was obtained from the observation of existing data, in this study using descriptive research methods. The results of this study conclude that the fuzzy logic of the Mamdani method in predicting the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in West Java Province has an error rate of 50.16%. The application of fuzzy logic in predicting the number of positive cases of covid-19 uses the fuzzy logic model of the mamdani method to predict the number of positive cases of covid-19 in West Java Province with an error rate of 50.16%

Abstract

Land cover information is one of the basic variables in determining phenomena on the earth's surface as well as a measuring variable for the development of an area. Land cover with hyperspectral imagery can provide accurate information on the earth's surface. Limited labeled samples and imbalances data are common in land cover hyperspectral image classification. However, the data that available publicly is very limited makes it difficult to evaluate the performance of existing algorithms. Various methods were developed with several public datasets using as few training samples as possible to produce a method that is robust against sample limitations and imbalances data, but these studies have complicated parameters and the accuracy results are not optimal. In this study, several combination of Multiple Spectral Resolution (MSR), 3D Spectral Dilated Convolution (SDC) and Hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (HybridSN) were carried out to increase accuracy in hyperspectral image classification with very small training samples and simpler parameters and computations. This method was tested on two public datasets Indian Pines (IP) and Salinas (SA) with 5% and 1% training data respectively (only 500 training samples) and showed high accuracy results in land cover hyperspectral image classification. The best results were obtained with a combination of SDC and HybridSN methods which were optimized with Adam with 96.58% % Overal Accuracy (OA), 87.83% Average Accuracy (AA) and 96.09% kappa on the IP dataset, and 99.08% Average Accuracy (AA), 99.00% kappa on the SA dataset

Abstract

Giving rewards to employees is one way to increase morale and improve performance for employees who excel. At the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Deli Serdang in selecting the best employees, the workload cannot be used as the only reference for the awarding of these rewards. However, there are several criteria that are also considered in giving rewards. So we need a decision support system to help the selection of the best employees. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen which was carried out by giving weighting to each criterion that was assessed per individual employee using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The criteria that are also assessed in this study are workload, attendance, discipline and work ethic of employees. Later, 3 employees who get the best score will be entitled to a reward.

Abstract

Ayu Nadi Swalayan is a retail company that produces a lot of every day sales transaction data, and it is stored for years without knowing the benefits and the placement of the goods is still random. From these problems, an effort is needed to process the data so the data is useful in the future. One of the process is using data mining techniques with apriori hybrid algorithm to find association rules for an items combination. Data product sale in a certain period is used to find the association rules. The results of this study are the development of applications that are used to determine consumer spending habits. So that the company can develop a strategy to promote the product sale and close placement for items that are often purchased together. The application testing found the effect of minimum support, minimum confidence on the number of rules, and lift ratio testing. The smaller the minimum support and minimum confidence, the more rules are generated and vice versa. The lift ratio value is directly proportional to the minimum confidence value and inversely proportional to the minimum support value. The higher the minimum confidence value, the higher the lift ratio value and vice versa. The more items in the transaction cause the minimum support threshold to be lowered in order to generate rules for the data analysis process with the hybrid apriori algorithm
