Abstract

This research is a research on a decision support system in choosing the best android emulator to use on a computer as a topic of discussion. The Android emulator is a software that supports computers, both laptops and other computer devices, to be able to continue to access Android in computer use by simulating Android to a computer device. In choosing an android emulator, problems often arise to use which emulator is the best and in accordance with the specifications of the computer you have, so for this conditioning, emulator experiments must be carried out one by one in an effort to ensure which emulator is of the highest quality and in simulating android on. Decision Support System can be a good approach in selecting an android emulator, with several criteria in determining the best android emulator, the VIKOR method is used because it has a multi-criteria basic concept. The VIKOR method is an approach in ranking alternatives to get the ideal and best solution with the criteria that have been owned and determined. In testing by managing data, it was found that the genymotion emulator had a final result of 0 and became the best emulator. By applying the VIKOR method, android users or emulator seekers, namely the community of game lovers or gamers, and android lovers will help to determine the ideal android emulator according to the specifications and the best emulator quality.

Abstract

One of the policies that can be carried out by welding workshop entrepreneurs to maintain the best welders is by giving awards at the beginning of each month to the chosen alternative from the results of decision making by the leadership. The selection of the best welder who is entitled to receive the award can be done with several assessment criteria, including communication skills, knowledge of welding, welding techniques, and teamwork. In order for the decision making to produce good results, of course, a tool is needed in the form of a decision support system. In this study, the SMARTER method was applied in completing the selection of the best welder to receive the award. The results of the analysis of SMARTER's performance in solving the problem of selecting the best welder based on the relative standard deviation, it is known that the accuracy rate is 24%.

Abstract

In text classification, there is a problem with text domain differences (cross-domain) between the data used to train the model and the data used when the model is applied. In addition to the problem of domain differences, there are also language differences (cross-lingual). Many previous studies have looked for ways how classification models can be applied effectively and efficiently in these cross-domain and cross-lingual situations. However, there is one difference that is not given special attention because it is considered not very influential, namely the difference in text length (cross-length). In this study, we further investigated the cross-length condition by creating a special dataset and testing it with various commonly used classification models. The results showed that the difference in the distribution of text length between the training data and the test data could affect the performances. Cross-length transfers from long to short texts show an average decrease in F1-scores across all models of 14%, while transfers from short to long texts give an average decrease of 9%.

Abstract

Presence is an important thing in educational world especially higher education. One of students’ success keys is in their presence because it has correlation to the learning quantity carried out by a college student. Some colleges whose learning conducted face to face still use conventional way by using attendant list sheet until this system is felt less effective in the middle of digitalization development marked by the increase of technology usage. Face recognition attendance technology is a technology which can be adapted from one of artificial intelligence science namely machine learning. Machine learning with deep learning branch becomes the solution which eases human’s work. In its process, face recognition requires certain accurate face detection with certain algorithm. In this research, the method used was You Only Look Once (YOLO) algorithm where to follow some research which had been conducted previously it has high accuracy in face prediction. The test results obtained an average accuracy of 0.9793 by paying attention to parameters such as lighting and real-time sending to the website. Through this research, it is hoped that the attendance process will be more effective and can be monitored by lecturers.

Abstract

An important factor in carrying out daily activities is the fulfillment of good health conditions. Many people do not care about the condition of the body so that it can affect health where in the end the disease will easily come to cause conditions that threaten the body to death. This indifference is due to being late in anticipating the situation so that it is often handled too late. Anemia is one of the diseases that often come unnoticed by the community where if it is handled too late, it will be life-threatening. Symptoms of anemia suffered by the community are usually treated by going to the puskesmas for examination. Examinations carried out by visiting the puskesmas certainly take time and energy where not all people have free time. Overcoming this, this research can help the community to find solutions quickly and effectively when health conditions occur and treat anemia symptoms. The experimental method in this type of qualitative research is the choice in the current research. Data analysis was conducted to collect data by interviewing sources of information related to the research material. The system development method applied uses the waterfall model where each stage of development is carried out gradually downwards. The system development is then implemented in the form of a web-based system using PHP programming and MySQL as the database. The technical language of the system development itself uses UML tools such as activity diagrams, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams. This research produces an application in the form of an expert information system to detect anemia based on references from experts using the Forfard Chaining Method. The Forward Cahining method is a forward reasoning method that uses facts as knowledge representations to draw conclusions. This developed system produces output in the form of a diagnosis calculation for the user whether he is suffering from anemia or not.

Abstract

The Tutoring Institute (LBB) is a business service that is growing in Indonesia, the number of existing competitors greatly affects to customers number who use these tutoring services, so great strategies are needed to attract new customers or retain old customers. To select customers that eligible for the promo package provided by LBB, an application is needed that can accommodate the classification needs of which customers are eligible or not to get the promo. To overcome this problem, it is proposed to build a customer relationship management application with the implementation of the C4.5 algorithm which has a classification function in data mining method. Based on the analysis, data processing, and testing that has been done; it is concluded that the implementation of the C4.5 algorithm is suitable for use in case studies taken with an average accuracy value of 86%. In addition, it is also concluded that the more data used in the training process affects the level of system accuracy, this is evidenced by two tests using different amounts of training data.

Abstract

The activity of admitting new students (PPDB) is an administrative process that is repeated every year. This activity is the starting point for the process of finding quality resources according to the criteria of each school. Selection is done manually, such as using spreadsheets or number processing, causing problems, including the length of the selection process. This study develops a PPDB selection system that facilitates the process of accepting new students. The development of this research uses Javascript Node JS, React JS framework, MySQL database from Xampp, and visual studio code editor. The system was built using two methods, namely Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). AHP is used to select prospective students, while SAW is used as a way to map the majors of each prospective student. The input criteria are National Achievement Test (NUN), School Achievement Test (NUS), Academic Potential Test (TPA), entry path, and major interest. Research has succeeded in building an application that produces rankings and majors that are 100% the same as the calculation simulations carried out manually. The test was carried out with a black box test with 100% valid results. The results of the selection were then tested using the alpha test and beta test. Respondents gave responses strongly agree 83% and agree 17%, while the responses do not know/undecided, disagree, and strongly disagree each 0%.

Abstract

ARSCoV2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) is a virus cause of COVID-19 that has spread to many other countries. A variety of efforts is carried out mostly countries in the world to face this disease. The result of increased case of COVID-19 the economy is inspiring and providing pressure on the future economic growth including Indonesia’s economic growth. UN-defined COVID-19 pandemi, impact on sector transportation, tourism, trading, health and others. The purpose of this research is to design and create COVID-19 case development forecast in Indonesia by implementing REST API services and using the single exponential smoothing method as a mathematical method to calculate the development forecast COVID-19 cases in Indonesia are confirmed with the date to help minimize losses materials and immaterials, for the readiness of the Indonesian government in conducting rapid precautions and appropriately to help the general public to obtain COVID-19 and forecast information the development. Research results on COVID-19 data in Indonesia in March 2020 until April 2022 obtaining the value of the MAPE error model of 7.97% where 7.97% ≤ 10% so included in the level category high accuracy with forecast results in the next month, May 2022 is 5,327,773 cases.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second highest disease in the category of women that accounts for the most deaths based on data from WHO. Based on data from the Global Cancer Observatory (Globocan), cervical cancer has a total of 36,633 cases with a death rate of 21,003 cases due to cervical cancer and is relatively high. People with this disease are often difficult to distinguish between healthy and not. So the purpose of this study is to discuss the diagnosis of cervical cancer using the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) reduction to find the best accuracy in the diagnosis of cervical cancer. ANFIS is a system used for modeling based on fuzzy Sugeno, which considers the simplicity of computation. PCA is a method applied to express information expressed in data and specified in an alternative form. The amount of data used is 72 data with 10 features. Then the data is normalized and feature reduction is performed using PCA. After doing feature reduction by PCA obtained 4 influential features. Furthermore, analysis using ANFIS was carried out from the data that PCA extraction was carried out and which was not carried out. Then the accuracy test is carried out using the confusion matrix. The best result based on diagnostic accuracy is ANFIS using 91.67% PCA with the model obtained from the 3rd k-fold and the membership function type is trapmf, while the accuracy without PCA is smaller than using PCA, which is 86.67%.

Abstract

Xyz Motor is a repair shop engaged in the automotive motorcycle sector by providing services in the form of motorcycle service and spare parts sales. All business processes such as recording of spare parts, sales and purchase transactions of spare parts, as well as television/monthly recapitulation are carried out manually so that business processes take a long time and are inefficient. To overcome the problems experienced by the Xyz Motor workshop, the researchers created a web-based management service application to manage all processes that occur so that it is easier for the workshop to see the entire business process and the owner can improve performance and productivity in recapitulation.The Management Service application was developed using the MERN Stack technology, namely MongoDB for the database, React Js for the frontend library and Node Js with the Express Js library to create the backend API. The application developed includes features for making spare parts, recording daily and monthly reports and creating customer invoices. This Management Service Application Development has succeeded in supporting responsive web design so that workshop owners can access the web from a laptop or smartphone
