Abstract

Xyz Motor is a repair shop engaged in the automotive motorcycle sector by providing services in the form of motorcycle service and spare parts sales. All business processes such as recording of spare parts, sales and purchase transactions of spare parts, as well as television/monthly recapitulation are carried out manually so that business processes take a long time and are inefficient. To overcome the problems experienced by the Xyz Motor workshop, the researchers created a web-based management service application to manage all processes that occur so that it is easier for the workshop to see the entire business process and the owner can improve performance and productivity in recapitulation.The Management Service application was developed using the MERN Stack technology, namely MongoDB for the database, React Js for the frontend library and Node Js with the Express Js library to create the backend API. The application developed includes features for making spare parts, recording daily and monthly reports and creating customer invoices. This Management Service Application Development has succeeded in supporting responsive web design so that workshop owners can access the web from a laptop or smartphone

Abstract

In this study the authors will examine the scouting system where the system built is able to overcome various problems that exist in the scouting area, including the registration process, dissemination of activity information, money management and trainer requests. Data collection on scouting activities in the city of Sorong, West Papua is still mostly done manually, this has resulted in many files being damaged or lost. Therefore we need a system that improves services to manage data and can overcome these obstacles. The making of this scouting information system is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL for the database. The method used is the rational unified process (RUP) where in this method the steps for making a good and correct system are described as well as testing using Roger Prassman where the results of the research carried out got a 90% satisfaction level

Abstract

CV. Orbit Trust Corp adalah perusahaan percetakan yang menerima pesanan seperti undangan, buku, kemasanmakanan, paper bag, dan lainnya. Setiap hari, perusahaan menerima 25-100 pesanan. Saat ini proses pemesanandimulai saat pelanggan datang langsung ke tempat percetakan untuk memilih produk dan memperkirakan biayasecara manual menggunakan kalkulator. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi, diperlukan sistem otomatis untukmenghitung perkiraan biaya pada saat pemesanan. Pelanggan dapat memberikan desain cetak yang sudah jadi ataupermintaan untuk dibuatkan, tetapi antrian pengerjaan yang panjang karena waktu yang dibutuhkan untukmembuat desain. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem baru ini akandikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan framework Laravel, ReactJS, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Setelah selesai, sistem akan diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujianBlack Box dan Usability. Hasilnya adalah sistem pemesanan berbasis website yang akan membantu prosespemesanan di CV. Orbit Trust Corp.

Abstract

The use of video conferencing has increased in recent years. Even though now the trend of activities is returning to going offline, video conferencing is still widely used for various needs. However, the available video conferencing platforms have limitations, so users are not comfortable using them. The Jitsi platform is used because it is based on open -source and claims that Jitsi has better quality if it is built using its own server. QoS testing is conducted to determine the quality of JITSI if it is built on a container architecture using Amazon Web Services virtual machines. The QoS parameters tested are throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. QOS testing is carried out in 2 scenarios using a virtual machine and a mobile phone to join into video conference rooms. In scenario 1 the highest QoS values obtained include throughput: 3128Kbps, packet loss: 0.012%, delay: 2.39ms, and jitter: 2.39ms. In scenario 2 the highest QoS values obtained include throughput: 1778Kbps, packet loss: 0%, delay: 2.82ms, and 2.82ms jitter. Meanwhile, the use of server resources increases in proportion to the number of users who join each test. Keywords: Video conference; QoS; Cloud; Container; JITSI.

Abstract

Irfan Jaya's shop is a shop that sells Papuan-patterned clothes, bags, and sweaters since 2011. However, as the shop's business grew, there were several problems experienced in its business processes, such as information and store promotion systems which were only limited to shop banners. Another problem faced by the owner is the collection of goods and sales history is relatively long because they are still doing manual recording on the book. Based on the problems that occur, it is necessary to create a system such as an online shop that can facilitate the owner in managing and controlling his business. The purpose of this study was to design and determine the system requirements of the Irfan Jaya store using the Rational Unified Process method. the software is programmed using the PHP programming language and the implementation of the user interface display uses HTML and CSS. The software is built based on a website, with the hope that the device will be a solution to existing problems and able to simplify the business processes that run at the Irfan Jaya store. The results of this study are twofold. First, the system architecture design is at the inception and elaboration stages. Second, system implementation and testing at the construction and transition stages.

Abstract

Lecture scheduling at a university is a very important element, because it determines the progress of the lecture activity process. At the Indonesian Digital Technology University, the lecture scheduling process still uses Microsoft Excel, this is considered less than optimal because it takes a relatively long time, the process is long and requires a high level of accuracy, which is something that often becomes an obstacle in the scheduling process. The genetic algorithm is an algorithm that can be used to solve problems on a large scale and with a high level of complexity, such as lecture scheduling. Genetic algorithms have advantages over other optimization methods, namely that genetic algorithms can optimize problems with complex problems and a very wide search space. There are several stages in a genetic algorithm, namely: initial population initialization, fitness evaluation, selection, crossover and mutation. The results of this research show that scheduling lectures using the genetic algorithm method results in faster and more accurate results, because the process is carried out by the program by finding the best solution from each generation iteration and the process will stop when the required solution is obtained. Meanwhile, scheduling lectures using MS Excel takes longer because it is done manually with the help of the VLOOKUP formula and requires a high level of accuracy so that there are no conflicting lecture schedules. From the test results, using Python software with a genetic algorithm takes 0.609356 seconds with an accuracy level of 100%. Meanwhile, testing using MS Excel with VLOOKUP takes around 20 minutes with an accuracy rate of 95%.Keywords— Scheduling, Lectures, Genetic Algorithm

Abstract

Produksi film animasi layar lebar menghasilkan volume data yang sangat besar dan bervariasi, mulai dari terabyte hingga petabyte, yang mencakup berbagai format data seperti file render, model 3D, dan efek visual. Penyimpanan data yang besar ini tidak hanya memerlukan kapasitas yang sangat besar, tetapi juga mengharuskan akses yang cepat dan pengelolaan yang fleksibel untuk mendukung alur kerja yang intensif dalam produksi, terutama pada saar proses render. Penyimpanan tradisional seperti NAS memberikan kecepatan akses tinggi namun memiliki keterbatasan dalam kapasitas, skalabilitas, dan biaya pemeliharaan yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih efisien, yaitu penyimpanan berbasis hierarki yang dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data sesuai dengan frekuensi akses dan jenis data. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengujian pada dua jenis penyimpanan, yaitu penyimpanan lokal (Network Attached Storage/NAS) dan penyimpanan cloud Tier 1, Tier 2, dan Tier 3. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan kecepatan transfer data, kepuasan pengguna dan keputusan berjenjang/hierarki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan storage on-premis (NAS) yang diyakini memiliki kecepatan stabil dalam proses tranfer file dan render, dan mengesampingkan storage cloud namun faktanya kecepatan storage cloud lebih baik dalam mengoptimalkan penyimpananan data produksi. Dibuktikan dengan pengujian di dua lingkungan storage (on-premise dan cloud storage) kedua sama-sama diberikan bandwidth 100 Mbps. Saat transfer data, cloud tier 1 mampu dikecepatan Up / Down rata-rata di 106 / 11 Mbps, sedangkan on-premise Up / Down rata-rata di 46 / 3 Mbps. Namun keduanya masih dapat digunakan untuk proses render walaupun selisihnya setengah sepertiga waktu. NAS memiliki keunggulan dalam latensi rendah dan efisiensi akses data, tetapi throughput-nya kurang stabil. Tier 1 cloud storage memberikan performa tinggi untuk data aktif, sedangkan Tier 3 sangat ekonomis untuk data arsip dengan biaya rendah tetapi latensi lebih tinggi. Pendekatan hierarki memungkinkan setiap kategori data dialokasikan pada jenis penyimpanan yang paling sesuai.

Abstract

Website security is one of the main concerns in the digital era, given the increasing potential for cyber threats. This research aims to improve website security by using the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method that refers to the OWASP Top Ten standard. The applied method includes four main stages: information gathering, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, and reporting. The results showed that there were several successfully exploited vulnerabilities, such as Clickjacking, Improper HTTP to HTTPS Redirection, Directory Listing, and Sensitive Information Disclosure, which were classified based on the OWASP Top Ten. The severity of the vulnerabilities was analyzed using Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE), Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE), and Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS). The analysis results show that some vulnerabilities have high severity after considering the factual conditions of the system. This research provides specific remediation recommendations to address these vulnerabilities, such as the implementation of security headers, deletion of sensitive configuration files, and dependency updates. With this approach, the research is expected to contribute to improving website security and provide effective mitigation guidelines.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di SMKN 1 Bantul mengalami berbagai kendala, seperti penggunaan sistem administrasi manual, komunikasi yang tidak efektif, dan pelaporan yang tidak terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web guna mengelola seluruh proses PKL secara menyeluruh, mulai dari pengajuan tempat PKL hingga evaluasi siswa. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Agile yang iteratif, serta menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode White box dan Black box, serta instrumen skala Likert dan skala Gutman. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan tingkat keberhasilan 91% untuk interface testing, 89% untuk content, serta 100% untuk navigation dan functional. Sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung efisiensi, transparansi, dan integrasi data pelaksanaan PKL antara siswa, pembimbing, dan DUDI.

Abstract

In a film, there are various things that must be paid attention to, one of which is the actor's expression in deepening his role. This is what can make the audience immersed in the storyline of the film and can provide value for the accuracy of deepening the role for the people who watch it. With the popularity of deep learning, especially CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) can automatically extract and learn for a good facial expression recognition system. In this experiment, we use Residual Masking Network (RNM). Building on this understanding, we evaluate this dataset with standard image classification models to analyse the feasibility of using facial expressions in determining the appropriateness of emotional content in an actor's role in a film. The accuracy results in this study were 99% for detecting angry expressions.
