Abstract

Society is still a lot need the best solution to select an appropriate treatment to address a variety of perceived grievances, from medical treatment to the treatment of non-medical or often called traditional medicine, betel leaves as one of the plants that are useful to be a cure for certain diseases and betel leaves public trust to be used as a treatment appointment is betel leaf segments. Processing betel leaves on a large scale is needed to determine the ease of retrieval of betel leaf segments. The purpose of the research is to utilize image processing algorithms thinning. The method used consists of betel leaf image acquisition, image changes to a grayscale, edge detection comprising Prewitt, Robert, Sobel and thinning. Furthermore, the analysis of the results of research showing the most thinning algorithm is good to get that appointment betel segment.

Abstract

One month hiring process of new workers if taken on average reaches 250-300 people, which consists of fresh graduates, experience and shipping workers (Ships). The hiring process is still done manually input into the system, so it is quite a lot of spending and human resources (HR). Reporting data and presenting data related to business processes within the company also need to be made better and informative. Therefore it is necessary to automate the system to be able to support the speed and accuracy in the hiring process. Automation is the initial general form of organizational change in the form of a tool for ease of daily work. The method used to answer, uses the TAM method. The purpose of this research is to find out how much automation on the SAP system can have an effect on working time, which is more than 8 hours a day so that excessive overtime occurs, to find out the system automation in SAP is able to efficiently process data recording that occurs repeatedly and to find out the system automation in SAP can reduce human error. The level of acceptance of SAP users towards Hiring Process Automation at PT. Pertamina (Persero) based on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use and actual use as a whole reached 87.74%, included in the category of strongly agree.

Abstract

High school alumni of the same level often experience difficulties in determining universities to continue their studies. The selection of tertiary institutions for equivalent high school alumni is constrained only by listening to talk, even often because of following friends. This is because there are so many types of criteria from universities that eventually make prospective students confused and choose without consideration. The selection of higher education institutions should be adjusted between the criteria of higher education and the needs and abilities of prospective students. This study uses an experimental model regarding the selection system of higher education selection decisions using the TOPSIS method. The purpose of this study is to help prospective students in the selection of universities to continue their studies. 7 criteria were obtained including Cost (BY) obtained from tuition fees, Accreditation Value (NA) obtained from the value of college accreditation, Achievement (PS) obtained from academic and non academic achievements, Lecturer Education (PD) obtained from education lecturers, facilities (FS) obtained from available facilities, scholarships (BS) obtained from scholarships at tertiary institutions and UKM (UK) obtained from student activity units available at the college. The results of this study can meet the objectives because the results of calculations can be faster in producing information that can help prospective students in choosing a college.

Abstract

Mutation is a change of position the post, a place or employment inside an organization or company that can occur over my own request or request of the company. But there were several problems in the service of mutation employees placement of them is the position of civil servants is in accordance with capacity so that may affect employee motivation work and also the effectiveness of our performance on the company. The purpose of this research is to find satisfaction service employees whether a mutation is according to competence of employees. Methods used in this research is fuzzy service quality (servqual). The results of the analysis method servqual consisting of 52 variables with 5 dimensions that the variable that need undergoing repair namely empathy (emphaty), physical evidence (tangible) and dependability (reliability). The highest the gap shown in dimension sensibility (responsivess) namely 0,034 there is a positive influence and the lowest gap shown in dimension dependability (reliability) namely -0,054 is the negative to the quality of services and satisfaction employees to mutation service employees.

Abstract

Laptop is a basic need for people, either for education or for business activities. However, choosing the right laptop according to customer needs, specifications of the laptop and the right price is not easy.One way to help the prospective buyer in order to determine a laptop that will be purchased in accordance with the requirements is the decision support system. Decision support system designed to support all stages of decision making ranging from identifying the problem, selecting the relevant data and determine the approach used in the decision making process to evaluate the alternatives that exist. The method used in this decision support system is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to assist in the selection of laptop. AHP is a method which is the main input of human perception. To complete this method, aided by application of Expert Choice 11.

Abstract

Congestion in Tangerang has become a daily sight. Many steps have been taken by the government to overcome congestion. However, congestion still happens. Therefore road users must find their own way to solve the problem. One effective way is to find the shortest alternative route that can be traversed by using Dijkstra Algorithm. The use of Dijkstra's Algorithm can provide a solution because Dijkstra's algorithm gives the output of the fastest and shortest path from the origin to the destination.

Abstract

Penilaian pelayanan TPU di Wilayah Jakarta Utara sesuai tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih (good and clean governance) dan harus memperhatikan kualitas tanggung jawab, fasilitas, pelayanan dan kesederhanaan prosedur. Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah sebuah kerangka untuk mengambil keputusan dengan efektif atas persoalan yang kompleks dengan menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dengan memecahkan persoalan tersebut kedalam bagian-bagiannya, menata bagian atau variabel ini dalam suatu susunan hierarki, member nilai numerik pada pertimbangan subjektif tentang pentingnya tiap variabel dan mensintesis berbagai pertimbangan ini untuk menetapkan variabel yang mana yang memiliki prioritas paling tinggi dan bertindak untuk mempengaruhi hasil pada situasi tersebut.

Abstract

Teknologi komputer dapat digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya pada bidang sistem informasi, sistem informasi merupakan kombinasi dari teknologi informasi dan aktivitas manusia untuk mendukung operasi dan manajemen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang berhubungan dengan system berbasis komputer, sehingga proses yang dilakukan dapat berlangsung dengan lebih cepat dan efisien serta dapat meminimalkan kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data meliputi studi literatur, wawancara (interview), pengamatan secara langsung (observasi), dan model pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, proses data meliputi data pemesanan, pembelian, dan laporan pembelian. Perancangan sistem ini dibuat berdasarkan proses komputer melalui tahap-tahap Use case Diagram, activity diagram, Perancangan Database, Kamus Data, Desain Input-Output sehingga menghasilkan suatu sistem yang teratur. Dari pengamatasn serta penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui PT. GRC Mandiri Jaya Sejati memerlukan pengolahan data informasi Pembelian, dan informasi lain yang efektif dan efisien, sehingga diharapkan akan menghasilkan suatu informasi yang lebih baik dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan Game Edukasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil yang diperoleh Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan penggunaan Game Edukasi orang tua siswa/i TK pada penelitian kajian penggunaan Game Edukasi meliputi kemampuan diri pada komputer, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, Sikap untuk menggunakan, perilaku niat untuk menggunakan, dan penggunaan nyata sistem. Jadi pembelajaran menggunakan game edukasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa/I TK.

Abstract

Sebagai pedoman dalam merancang ujian yang layak, yang terdiri dari soal-soal yang memiliki berbagai tingkatan secara kognitif, Taksonomi Bloom telah diterapkan secara luas. Saat ini, kalangan pendidik mengidentifikasi tingkat kognitif soal pada Taksonomi Bloom masih menggunakan cara manual. Hanya sedikit pendidik yang dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kognitif dengan benar, sebagian besar melakukan kesalahan dalam mengklasifikasikan soal-soal. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) adalah metode yang efektif untuk klasifikasi tingkat kognitif soal pada Taksonomi Bloom, tetapi KNN memiliki kelemahan yaitu kompleksitas komputasi kemiripan datanya besar apabila dimensi fitur datanya tinggi. Untuk menyelesaikan kelemahan tersebut diperlukan metode Gini Index untuk mengurangi dimensi fitur yang tinggi. Beberapa percobaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh arsitektur yang terbaik dan menghasilkan klasifikasi yang akurat. Hasil dari 10 percobaan pada dataset Question Bank dengan KNN diperoleh akurasi tertinggi yaitu 59,97% dan kappa tertinggi yaitu 0,496. Kemudian pada KNN+Gini Index diperoleh akurasi tertinggi yaitu 66,18% dan kappa tertinggi yaitu 0,574. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gini Index mampu mengurangi dimensi fitur yang tinggi, sehingga meningkatkan kinerja KNN dan meningkatkan tingkat akurasi klasifikasi tingkat kognitif soal pada Taksonomi Bloom.
