Traffic congestion in urban areas is a major problem at this time, efforts to reduce traffic congestion with alternative solutions making mobile apps Nebengers 2.0 which contains the share of transport. Nebengers 2.0 is the purpose of the alternative solutions to facilitate the search tebengan or share a ride to the base location. Features include a review profiles to strengthen security and to encourage users to be more extensive socializing. This project requires the support of all parties in order to provide a broader solution. Contribution to this application is a testament to the community in terms of social helplessness and transportation. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) Approach aims to analyze how individual beliefs user information influenced their decision to accept or reject the use of information systems within mobile apps nebenger 2.0.

Each new school year, teacher to report the activities of teaching and learning process. The report data is processed operational section PEMBIMAS Catholic teachers, teacher data are processed as for the completeness of documents personal data of teachers, teacher certification, retirement, and education history teacher. The processing still using the conventional model is ineffective and inefficient at the time of making the required reports. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is one of the alternatives of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) latter is often used in the system design to overcome delays that occur when using a conventional model. Superiority on the model of Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a software development time becomes shorter, accuracy, and relatively low cost compared with the conventional model. In the design of involving users in the design process lead to the user's needs can be met properly and user satisfaction as the system is increasing. There are some things in Rapid Application Development (RAD) model need to pay attention to the things that are important, the team in completing the design, the scope of the system, the user needs, and system performance. Rapid Application Development (RAD) can be one of the references in the development of information systems that meet user needs.

Information system development aims to achieve the mission of information system in order to provide quality of data/information for the sake of business. The first step of achieving the mission of this information system is to plan the information system to identify information needs and possible innovations in the use of technology to improve enterprise performance. Planning can use Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology which result blueprint of the architecture data, application architecture, technology architecture and implementation plan for the enterprise. In these cases, a study case for the planning of integrated information system development using EAP with applying value chain model and analysis approaches and tools is performed on AKPER Harum Jakarta. The result in this cases study is the enterprise model, information resource catalog documentation, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and implementation plans. Result also provide a foundation for overcoming separate of a legacy system, of data integration, and lack of support from information system for the business functions.

With the growing world of technology, especially Internet-based technologies such as a website where all the desired information can be easily and cheaply obtained. The presence of this information portal website is expected to help the public to get real-time information about entrepreneurship and SMEs in Indonesia. In building this system the authors use the support tools with the object-oriented methodology for UML. UML supports object-oriented programming languages or OOP (Object Oriented Programming), web applications, PHP and MySQL, whereas for the author photo editor using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and Macromedia Dreamweaver media to write PHP scripts. Browser serves to preview PHP commands that have been run on a web server. Examples of browsers are Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Firefox in this case I use Mozilla Firefox. The resulting system of tools above will be much better in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, reliability, and flexibility for UML is an object-oriented programming language. And other tools that are easy to understand because it is easy to learn.

Educational Information System up to now is off line information system generally, where information is only be created manually which are through official documents that are stored, print media and bulletin board on school’s wall. Based on the explanation above, then be increased services in the field of information. Manual information system becomes a digital information system (computerize) in the form of online website. On this online website, it’s used PHP script and MySQL database. The purpose of this planning system is facilitating in delivery of educational information widely, it’s not only for the teachers and students but also accessible for the public on the internet. Through thisdevelopment system, access information can be done whenever and wherever without directly related with existing resources.

This study discusses data processing in PT. Indoprima Media Pratama (Indopres), which is a media consulting firm that serving clients to provide information in the form of clippings based media list, keyword and press release in accordance with the client's request. Currently, a clipping news article is sent by email, which often has errors due to large file size when uploaded to the email. Learning system uses multimedia technology today's is growing rapidly, one of the areas that get a significant impact on the development of technology today's is the field of education. In the process of teaching and learning for students still using the one-way data transfer system by putting the student as an object and as a subject teacher. This makes the students tend to be passive and less showed a level of creativity in the process of knowledge transfer from material provided by the educator to the learner. Learning process in one direction only describes learners listen only, so it is not uncommon cause boredom in the classroom. Learning environment such as this will make it difficult for learners to understand and accept the material provided by the educators. Thus the concept of learning methods with using of interactive multimedia technology to answer these problems, because the multimedia learning with interactive animation to support the learning process by creating a pleasant atmosphere in the learning process, so it is easy for learners to understand and accept the material provided. Interactive animation application design for multimedia-based learning brain anatomy created by Macromedia flash applications, while the analysis used is the white-box testing and analysis of questionnaires using by a geometric mean method. The final results of analysis by the geometric mean method give the results is very good with a making decision score is 88.81.

Currently, the identification of Pap smear cells in the early detection process of cervical cancer is still an important stage of the process. The ease of detecting Pap smear cells will be very helpful in the introduction of cell abnormalities. Pap smear cell images consist of parts of the nucleus and cytoplasm. Proper analysis of parts of the nucleus and cytoplasm will facilitate the process of identifying cell abnormalities. This study presents Pap smear cell texture analysis on the pap smear cell nucleus and segmentation of the cytoplasmic area. Texture analysis was performed on 250 cell images of the nucleus. While cytoplasmic segmentation was performed for 887 cytoplasmic cell images. Senua cell image used has class categories categorized into seven classes. Three classes of them are normal cell image class categories that include: Normal Superficial, Normal Intermediate, and Normal Columnar, and the other four classes are abnormal cell image class categories which include: mild dysplasia, moderate dysplasia, severe dysplasia, and carcinoma Di There. The method used for texture analysis using 8-bit grayscale. And using the second sequence of Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) statistics, with contrast, correlation, energy, homogeneity, and entropy features. Cytoplasmic detection uses edge detection and some morphological analyzes. The results showed that the numerical results of all the texture of the nucleus for each class of Pap smear image had slightly different properties. As for the results of cytoplasmic detection showed that the stage of the proposed detection process results in a clean area of the cytoplasm and can be detected well

Schools usually set the rules or criteria that must be met by the applicants for the scholarship. The problems faced by the school in the process of determining the establishment of scholarships including data collection process is conventionally frequent errors and the absence of clear criteria for students to receive a scholarship and is having trouble because of the scholarship applicants and the number of criteria used to determine the decision of recipients. The research objective to avoid errors in data collection, and better process again what if you have a lot of criteria, so as to obtain the results expected by the selectors' scholarship. AHP calculation results obtained priority criterion in the assessment of the Scholarship Selection. Where Achievement, Non-Academic Achievement, Income Parents, and Personality become a benchmark in the selection of the scholarship. The final results obtained from the selection of the scholarship by five experts that Student B is superior to 0.221 (22.1%) while the Student A 0.213 (21.3%), Student E 0.207 (20.7%), Student D 0.182 (18, 2%) and the Student C 0.176 (17.6%).
